Entourage Sur-le-lac

We had another wonderful stay at Entourage sur-le-Lac. This was our third year visiting, and we continue to love this beautiful resort. Our original five-night stay was unexpectedly disrupted by a corporate event at the hotel. However, Monsieur Jean-Alex, the Room Reservations Manager, provided truly exceptional customer service. He arranged complimentary accommodation for us at another hotel for one night and then welcomed us back to Entourage for two additional complimentary nights. Although changing hotels and moving our luggage was inconvenient, Monsieur Jean-Alex handled the situation with professionalism, generosity, and genuine care. His efforts made the experience worthwhile and demonstrated how much the resort values its guests. We sincerely appreciate everything he did for our family. We will absolutely return to Entourage sur-le-Lac and highly recommend it.

The view is beautiful. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. For the price of this hotel, the level of cleanliness and customer service was honestly shocking. We checked into a room with sand on the chair, stained pillowcases and sheets, a ripped towel, sheet, and a broken toilet paper holder. We contacted the front desk and were met with complete indifference. No real concern, no urgency, and no effort to make things right. Housekeeping only comes once every two days, and even after the room was serviced, we were still left with the same sheets and the same sandy chair. The lack of cleanliness was not limited to the room either. Dirty plates and glasses were left sitting on lobby tables overnight. A great view does not make up for a dirty room and poor service. For what they charge, this was absolutely not worth it. Take your money and stay somewhere else.

We were not staying in this hotel for week-long trip to the area, but we found that for a CAD$50 fee (per person) we could access the hotel’s amenities including their beach along the lake, kayaks, paddle boards, pool, sauna, etc. We banner in the morning and stayed for several hours enjoying a beautiful summer day on the lake. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Absolutely impeccable! I was first greeted here by the kindest front desk receptionists! They were both incredibly helpful, making the very beginning of our stay already great. Both the morning and evening staff are outstanding. The room was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. I am a very picky traveller but couldn’t find any fault with this place! I got to enjoy their free bikes, paddle boards, lounge chairs, and sauna, all of which were a 10/10. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. There wasnt a great selection, but the food was great, and so were the waiters! I would return to Quebec just for this place!
