Good free breakfast, free happy hour. Plus the restaurant is right there with great food 😋. Our room was supposed to have a spa tub, which would have been great after walking all day, instead it has a kitchenette. Our room also faced the main street, which made it very noisy all night long. The layout of the room is fantastic, the beds are in a separate area, closed off by doors. Comfortable beds. Good location for getting to old town or downtown, even Mt. Royal. The couch is roch hard, and the floor of the shower is very slick, be careful showering.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in two separate occasions this September 2026 before and after a cruise. Hotel location is a short taxi ride to cruise ship docking.
The suites are large and very comfortable. The service has been suburb.
We enjoyed the restaurant meals . The patio was our favorite place to enjoy our cocktails and meals.
Our stay included personalized complimentary breakfast. Also if you are there between 5:00 - 7:00 guesrs can enjoy snacks and complimentary cocktails during Happy Hour.
5 star for service - because those working were so kind, friendly and hard working!! HOWEVER, please hire more staff in the dining and front desk!! Be grateful your employees working those areas keep a smile on their face despite the small staff.
Location is phenomenal, everything is convenient by walking, or the Metro station across street.
Rooms are large, clean, with wonderful showers.
We came to Montreal for a global cheer competition and couldn't be happier with our choice of accommodations! All of the staff, from the front desk to the breakfast staff and especially the staff on the evening reception made us feel incredibly at home.. Joey and Olivio and the rest of the team all treated us like family, happy to see us and treated us like absolute gold!! I would 100% recommend Emabassy Suites by Hilton in Montreal. Soooo close to old Montreal, right across from the metro station and super easy to get anywhere, and literally 5 minutes from Old Montreal and only 15 mins from the Underground City. Book here. A++++ you won't be disappointed. Thank you again Olivio and Joey, we will 100% be back if our adventures ever bring us to Montreal again!!
Great hotel really conveniently located right on the edge of old Montreal, with all the shops, attractions, and dining spots just a few minutes walking. The breakfast and (especially) the free happy hour drinks were big highlights. Parking was easy, with in-and-out access. We also brought our dog, and the staff was really great in accommodating us and our pup.
Rooms were big and spacious, and ours included a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, dishwasher, TV, and tons of storage.
Also incredibly close to the convention center, if you are attending an event there. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
