The staff here are great - friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant/bar and the breakfast was great - especially the omelets.
The rooms are well decorated and spacious. Only complaints are that the pillows are not great and the bed isn't the most comfortable, but it's not terrible.
The bathroom is nice and shower has amazing water pressure and gets hot very quickly. There is a small vanity outside of the bathroom that was very helpful for makeup application, but a brighter light and a small magnifying mirror would be much appreciated. The room temp was great!
Often stay for business. The suites are generously sized, well equipped and sparkling clean. Happy Hour includes free fresh veggies and dip, along with salsa and chips. Their free breakfast has many options, including a great omelet station. Closer to the airport, so further to travel downtown, but if that doesn't bother you, it's a wonderful place to stay. Not to mention, staff is amazing!

From the outside, the building looks a bit old, but once you step inside, it feels like the interior has been renovated and updated. The inside is much nicer than expected, with a clean, modern, and comfortable atmosphere.
The room was spacious and practical, making it a good choice for a family or an airport stopover. It wasn’t overly luxurious, but it felt well-maintained, clean, and comfortable for a short stay.
Breakfast was one of the highlights. The food was fresh with good variety, and the staff in the breakfast area were especially friendly and welcoming, which made the morning experience even better.
Overall, it’s a solid and reliable hotel with a nice renovated interior, great breakfast, and very friendly staff. I would happily stay again for a short trip. 😊
We loved our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal Airport. The hotel felt new, clean, and well maintained, and the staff was genuinely friendly throughout our visit. The free breakfast was a great perk, and we also appreciated receiving vouchers for happy hour, which made the stay feel even more welcoming.
The room itself was spacious, modern, and very clean. Room service was pristine, and overall the hotel felt comfortable and well run.
The only reason I couldn’t give this property a full 5-star review was the room lighting. The living area used very cold white lighting, which felt harsh and off-putting for a space that should feel warm and relaxing. White/cold lighting is much better suited for task-oriented spaces, not living areas. Ironically, the bathroom had warmer lighting, even though that’s where brighter, cooler lighting would have made more sense.
Aside from the lighting issue, this was an excellent stay and I would absolutely recommend the hotel.
The hotel provided a pleasant experience, with a clean room and consistently helpful staff. My assigned corner room, located near the elevator and stairwell, appeared to be an atypical size. The television's placement to the side limited optimal viewing, with the best vantage point being from the bathroom. The bed offered comfort, although the pillows were not ideal. I appreciated the provided drink and breakfast vouchers. I would consider staying here again, as the location is favorable.
