I had a wonderful experience staying here! The room was spotless and well-equipped, the pool and spa were fantastic, and the views were absolutely beautiful. I shared a minor piece of feedback directly with management, but overall, I strongly recommend this place!

This hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for the comfort and services of a hotel combined with the cozy atmosphere of a cottage. Although the property is somewhat older, it offers plenty of on-site activities that make the stay fun and memorable. Guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor pools, a jacuzzi, mini-pool activities, and an in-house games room featuring a pool table and foosball. There’s plenty to keep both adults and children entertained, making it a great option for families or anyone looking for a relaxing yet adventurous getaway without having to leave the property.
We booked 3 rooms at Chateau Beauvallon via booking.com. One was a family suite with two bedrooms and can accommodate upto 6 adults, had 2 separate full bathrooms, a kitchenette with two stovetops, mini fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Very spacious and clean. Plenty of supplies in the room. The other room had two queen beds and can accommodate upto 4 adults. The rooms had their own patio that opens up to the swimming pool and hot tub. There's a small bar, pool table, fooseball table, and plenty of space to sit and hangout in the common area. There's also an indoor pool and hot tub, gym, vending machines, paid coffee machines and common washrooms in the lobby. Peaceful environment though lobby can get busy and loud at times but barely noticeable in the rooms despite us being close to the lobby. Hotel staff was very helpful, though we had requested late checkout and they were fully booked so we could not stay till late. There's a shuttle that leaves from the hotel and comes back every 30 minutes from Mont Tremblant village. Cellular signals are not the best here. But there's hotel WiFi. Parking is free for hotel guests We tried to walk around but there are no walkways outside the hotel on the main road so walk with kids is not very safe. Rustic building and great price. We'd definitely be coming back!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience so future guests know what to expect. At first glance, this hotel has a quaint charm and appears to have a lot of potential. Unfortunately, what should have been a relaxing stay was overshadowed by poor management and a complete lack of customer service when a serious issue arose. A staff member aggressively banged on our door and accused us of smoking marijuana in our room. We had not smoked in the room. While being wrongly accused was upsetting, what disappointed me most was how management handled the situation. Instead of apologizing, showing any concern for how we had been treated, or making any effort to restore our confidence as guests, they defended the employee's actions. I was even told they had reviewed the security footage and heard me call the employee an "asshole." Rather than addressing the inappropriate way we had been approached, the focus seemed to be on criticizing my reaction. At no point did anyone acknowledge how unsettling the experience was or attempt to make things right. Unfortunately, this reflected the overall attitude we encountered throughout our stay. The staff were generally unfriendly and unwelcoming. The carpets throughout the hotel appeared dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning. There is no on-site restaurant, as it closed years ago, and the bar is only open on Fridays and Saturdays. Outside those times, the only food available on-site is from vending machines stocked with junk food. Housekeeping was not provided during our stay, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and cell phone reception in the hotel was poor. A hotel can have a beautiful building, but hospitality is measured by how guests are treated, especially when something goes wrong. This property has charm, but management's unwillingness to take responsibility or make any effort to resolve a legitimate guest concern left us deeply disappointed. Because of that, I would not return or recommend staying here.
I didn’t want to stay right in the village, as I was looking for a more low-key accommodation, and Château Beauvallon did not disappoint. The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the balcony was a nice bonus. All linens were provided, which made the stay even more convenient. If having an on-site restaurant is important to you, this may not be the best fit. However, if you’re happy to bring and prepare your own food, I think you’ll be very pleased with your choice. The village is just a short shuttle ride away, with complimentary service running every 30 minutes to and from the resort. I would definitely stay here again. Great value, comfortable accommodations, and a relaxing atmosphere.
