Wonderful stay! The cabin was cozy and charming, with a great view of the fjord and the saguenay bay. The relaxation area with sauna and indoor pool was amazing, with pretty views and a very peaceful vibe. Would stay here again!

Wonderful view and cabin facilities. Remember to bring some extra fresh water with you on site or available at the front desk. Room was nice with shower, sink and toilet facility in our room. Window had a broken screen so we could not keep it open but we had another window that we were able to keep open to cool off the room. There was a closet with hangers and extra towels available. One plug did not work in the room. There was the queen bed and two bunks as well as an ottoman to sit on. All wood interior cabin, great glamping feel. Fjord view was spectacular. Staff very nice and accommodating. Got to do canoeing but they also have paddle board, ATV, biking and more.
I was very disappointed with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the experience fell short. Several staff members were smoking beside reception and chatting amongst themselves, with little interest in welcoming arriving guests. It wasn't a great first impression. Our room was also extremely uncomfortable. Upon check-in it was well over 40°C, with no air conditioning or meaningful airflow. Even though the outdoor temperature dropped to around 15°C overnight, the room remained above 30°C, making it very difficult to sleep. Dinner was mediocre at best. A few simple requests were overlooked, and despite multiple empty tables by the windows, we were told we couldn't be seated there to enjoy the incredible view. Throughout the evening, the staff seemed disengaged and lacked attention to the guest experience. The grounds were another disappointment. Given the beauty of the location, the landscaping felt neglected, with overgrown weeds and very little care or attention evident throughout the property. Breakfast was equally underwhelming. The eggs were poorly prepared, the coffee was weak, and the overall selection and attention to detail were well below what you'd expect at this price point. What's most disappointing is that the property itself is stunning. The setting and views are exceptional, which makes the shortcomings in service, maintenance, and overall execution even more noticeable. Considering the rates being charged, I would not recommend staying here. This feels like a significant missed opportunity by ownership to create an experience that matches the quality of the location.
I'd definitely come back, the views are amazing, the location is very special. There is a however though one or two issues, the rooms for four people are small, difficult to use for four, the common corridors and entrance area of the accommodation blocks is tired. We asked and were told we could check out and reception would be open at 7am, as we had to leave early, at 715am the whole reception was still locked, we had to leave the keys outside, then later in the day we had reception on the phone complaining they didn't have the keys because we didn't check out, they were there, they just hadn't looked properly not great... Its a special place, we will probably come back, however I would expect more in the areas mentioned, hopefully someone is listening.
Phenomenal location with probably one of the best view in Québec. Friendly staff. Amazing déserts. The rooms are a little small and the noise level is too high. Could not control the thermostat.
