Zip Line Park In Punta Cana With Pick Up

This was my kids first time planning they loved it. I got a great view of the animals while I was going down to zip lines. The men that tookus on the tour with Angelo and Nicholas. They were very nice at first my youngest was scared. Angelo offered to take her with him on zip line. He was very nice. The admission fee was decent per person The length of the whole tour was good the drive getting there from my resort was longer, but we enjoyed it.

The communication before the trip was worrisome but it got SO much better after that! There weren't any other guests in our transport or at the park when we arrived so it felt like a private tour. The crew and our driver were just fantastic. The zip lines weren't the highest or craziest I've seen but definitely worth it for the cost and, more importantly, the time it took. We still had our whole day ahead of us after we got back. Our driver was awesome. The park isn't the fanciest or most modern but the parts that matter were in good repair. They even took pictures and videos for us!

Enjoyed the experience but it was fast paced and rushed. The staff was very nice .but for me not worth the money

We booked this trip online with hopes to experience this adventure here in DR for us waiting to be picked up. No one showed. We called the company and they had immediately informed us that it was cancelled. With no explanation as to why. They inform us to send us details through WhatsApp and they would work a refund and for me to also submit one through the app. I am still waiting on the refund as this is Day 3. Unacceptable service. Not Recommended.

No pressure like the other excursions. Crew made you feel safe while ziplining. Beautiful location. Would definitely do this one again.

It was good, the views were gorgeous and easy to get through. I wished it was a tad longer. We went through it very fast. However, they took photos/video for us for no extra charge, which was nice.

We loved zip lining but I am sure there are other places we can go to do this. The people were great nothing on them, but they were not ready when we arrived. We were picked up at 8 am and had to sit to wait for the instructor who told us that they did not open until 9am well after 9am. Nevertheless, we were the first ones there so we got done in under 45min just before a large group arrived. I would look into other ones as they may have better views or taller zip lines.

Nice staff, good intro and explained everything well. Lovely grounds etc Down side was toilets!! Very dirty and didnt get cleaned whilst we were there. Covered in faeces

Booked this excursion for 8 people. 7 went across the first zip line without issue. When the 8th person was going across one of her safety harness snapped and was only connected by a thread sending her into a panic. One of the workers had to help her finish the zipline as she stopped about half way across. He held his hand over the snapped portion, not sure if he was trying to hold it togther or just so she wouldn't keep looking at it. After that she was done. She did not complete any more ziplines and was understandably very upset. The workers were all talking about and also appeared visibly upset. Unfortunately the rest of the group continued on not knowing what had happened. Thankfully no one else had an issue with their equipment. The place is definitely not in the best shape. Some of the steps on the platforms looked to be held on with zipties and alot of trees need to be cut back as you smack your legs into them while ziplining. Paid $49 per person for a total of $392. Requested a refund for the one person who had the equipment malfunction who did not continue and was given a $26 refund. Would NOT recommend this excursion

My family loved this and the views where breathtaking. Our guided very helpful . The small group made it even better.

Fun zip lines. Great experience for the kids. They need to trim back some of the trees. Having a photographer follow you around is a pain. Overall the staff are great.

At first was a little hesitant but soon adapted after the first run. Always seemed to be facing backwards though.

First, the ride was excellent. We got to see a lot of the island on our way to the zip lining. Once there, everybody was courteous and friendly. The staff made us feel comfortable as they explained everything we needed to know. Fresh fruit was available after. And the views! Some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. 10/10 experience!

We were supposed to be picked up at 12 noon, and never did. Heard nothing from NO one until after 1 pm, and we had already left to do something else. Still waiting for a refund

We had an awesome day! Super fun! The guides were great, safe and friendly. Our driver Jarly was fantastic…super nice and had a great time chatting with him enroute back to the hotel. Highly recommend this excursion and if you can ask for Jarly! You’ll have a great time!

We were picked up at our resort by the driver on time(8:30am) & headed to the zip line park. After driving about 30 min., it seemed the driver had no idea where he was going. He pulled over & we asked him & he said he needed the navigation. He entered an address and he still didn't find it. He had to call someone and after another 15 min. he took us to the location. The actual activity was fine but the extra time being lost was not pleasant.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. The driver was polite and engaging (Jarly) and the staff was professional and respectful. You walk uphill for about a .25 of a mile but it is zip-lining after that. The views are beautiful and the wind made it refreshing. We are in our 50’s and thoroughly enjoyed everything! Highly recommend.

This was a lot of fun but 4 stars because there weren’t many lines. But good enough since it was our first time and the lines were easy. It was a bit disorganized trying to figure out the pick up time and location prior to the actual start time. Too much down time with cigar tour. But we loved our driver Osiris who was awesome and made the day so much better and why this will get 4 stars.

Our guide was so fun, thanks Jonathan! We had a blast on the ziplines and felt very safe! We tried fresh mango, cocoa beans, and watched how a cigar is made!

This excursion was fun and a little unique compared to previous zip lining experiences. The tour operator contacted me the night I booked the excursion via What's App to discuss a pick up time the following day. We were picked up just a few min after our scheduled time the following day and had nice cold AC in the 80 something degree weather. The driver arrived with my name on a card which helped my family and I to feel safe leaving with him...it is a foreign country after all. Shortly after getting into the van, we realized only 2/5 of us brought water (one previous reviewer stated there was no water at the facility so we wanted to be safe given the high temps) and the driver kindly stopped at a gas station to get bottled water for us although there ended up being a filtered water dispener at the excursion. The facility was about 40 min away from The Finest. Once arriving, we apparently had missed a few lines that the current group had done, so we were driven to the first line which was like VIP service and quickly got through the 2nd and 3rd lines. We eventually caught up to the group with the 4th line, waited some, and then quickly got through lines 5-7. The excursion lasted about 1.5 hours which was great given my parents' heat intolerance. Our driver took videos of us on his phone and sent them to us via AirDrop without even asking us for money which only made us want to tip him more. I think there was an optional cigar shop stop otw back to our resort but we wouldn't haven't been interested. We honestly had a great time and couldn't have asked for a better driver to accompany us!!!

The zip line park was great! Jarly picked us up from our resort and took us to get souvenirs first, and was very friendly. Once we got to the park, we were able to get hooked up right away thanks to Jarly, and had a blast. He even took photos and videos for us and sent them at the end.

The group we were paired up with was too large. It took way too long to do each course. My biggest complaint was that there was no water available. I have done many zip line excursions and there have always been water stations available. Our friend got very ill and could not finish the courses because of over heating with no water and waiting so long.

Good experience for first time zip liners. If you have been zip lining before it is a short course and one of the runs you just repeat.

Our driver was great, the experience was short and sweet. Exactly what we needed! There are 6-7 lines, the employees were very helpful and also took a lot of pictures for us.

We had the best time and the best guide. He took videos of is and shared them, stopped and got fresh coconut to drink from a local. Shows us mangos from the trees and even got me an actual cocoa pod. I have seen how chocolate was made on tv and this was super extra exciting for me. He went above and beyond what our expectations were and absolutely loved him. He answered all of our questions about local life here in the DR. I would highly recommend Jonathan from M & E tours as your guide. He is the absolute bestest guy ever.

Four of us had a great time zip lining. My 12 yr old was a little nervous but none of the platforms were too high and none of the zip lines were too long. She calls it the highlight of our trip.

The most fun time ! Exciting and the people / guides are funny and they watch out for your safety every step of the way! They will pick you up and bring you back. A quick lunch a and a sample of local coffee was also provided. Great excursion!

They picked us up on time and brought us to a ziplining place where we were able to do about 7-8 lines. I really enjoyed that we were the only people at the place. After ziplining, our driver brought us to a place where we were able to get souvenirs. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend this excursion if you’re looking for a quick ziplining adventure.

As other reviewers mentioned, this tour first makes a stop at the Cigar rolling shop - it’s a 10 minute “detour” learning how DR cigars are made. There is the obligatory shop with paintings and small trinkets and jewelry. After this stop, you reach the ZipLining park which was really fun! The staff are super friendly and their #1 priority is safety and #2 is that everyone is having a great time. The ziplining equipment is top notch (we went in Dec 2022). After ziplining there is a restaurant where you can buy fruit and snacks. Also there is a Mama Juana shop where you learn about the local drink and try free samples. The staff go to great lengths to make sure everything is immaculate. Definitely recommend this tour for first time zipliners or experienced riders.

Pick up time was confusing. booked for 10:00 with pick up at my hotel and had confirmation once arrived that it would actually be 9:30 at the main entrance to the resort. Other than that it was a great experience!

This is a great fun and quick excursion! We were pickup on time, taken to a cigar place, then to ziplining. We did 7 ropes and the whole excursion was about 2.5-3 hrs. I recommend this is you want to just do ziplining and only want a quick excursion.

The kids really enjoyed zip lining. My 8 year old said it was the highlight of his trip. Very professional and nice people.

Omg I loved loves this excursion. Literally every staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We even were able to get professional pictures.

Great experience. Lovely view of the mountains. The taxi driver was prompt and knowledgeable. There was also a chance to see cigars being made.

Horrible to the driving there almost died 50 millions times… took us to this cigars place which wasn’t told on the booking and coming as tourist we are confused on where we are going. The zip lining was just ok hot no water we went to pay for our pictures he said cash only we didn’t have any cash so they suggested take us to a ATM we explained serval times our cards don’t work over here we went 2 different atm’s and the last one took my card and i couldn’t get it out than all i got was a sorry we have PayPal instead.. I asked him before did he take any other form of payment he said cash only. He LIED!! And IM OUT OF A DEBIT CARD ON MY TRIP I’m highly upset don’t go there

The driver was very friendly and helpful. The Zip line experience was lovely and the staff made it enjoyable.

Ok so this place gets a 0 out of 10! The driver Carlos was great! When I got to the place (about a 45 min ride) I was the only customer there. The operators were not friendly and rushed me through all the lines like they had something better to do. All in all bad experience, I would not suggest anyone visit here. Take another tour

This was a smaller park and it was not crowded on the day we went. I found there were some wasps or hornets that were nesting in some of the pipes that made the towers that you climb to use the lines. I was nervous to get stung since I am allergic. The line guys were safe and friendly. It was fun for first time zip lining. Beware of the selling. Tour starts with a "cigar making tour" which was interesting, but mostly we were brought there for us to buy in their shops..... everything is over priced! Bargain bargain bargain. They also sell pictures but after spending money in the shops beforehand we only had a small amount of $ left. They wanted 80$ for loading their pictures on your phone..... Not going to happen...... again bargain bargain bargain! I love punta cana, but its all a money making tourist trap unfortunately. After bargaining for the pictures, the dumb ass threesome behind us paid full asking price plus left a 50$ tip. Because of this, this is what they expect now from the rich Americans/Europeans.... but the service does not improve. I know this is a poor country, but the service you get is not a 50$ tip. And downloading pics from a camera is definitely not worth 80$. Yes its vacation but being nickeled and dimed the whole time after paying thousands for your entire trip isn't fun. I thought what I paid was a fair price, and I left a 10$ tip after paying 134$ for the 2 of us. They did provide water and soda! Overall it was fun for my friend who was a beginner. But my friend loved the zip lining for her first time.

From start to finish our morning was an absolute pleasure. From being picked up on time, to being taken to see cigars being hand made, to arriving at the venue for zip wiring. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and made sure we all had a blast. Big shout out to Harley our guide, who was very personable and happy to answer all our questions about the island in general. Would definitely use this company again!!!

I would definitely recommend this excursion. This was by far the best excursion our entire trip. The young gentlemen are very professional, very polite, very helpful, very patient.

This experience was awesome! I would recommend it to anyone visiting punta cana( Dominican Republic) . We were picked up at our hotel The actual guides that were on the lines with us were so nice and funny. They made me feel like I was hanging out with old friends. This was my third time zip lining and I loved this one more . They do a great job. And the views are amazing! If you visit punta cana (Dominican Republic) you have to do try it.

Absolutely amazing experience. Collected from hotel. Drove through the country side and saw the Dominican. Stopped to watch cigars being made before going zip lining. Staff were excellent and friendly. Had some amazing photos taken. Would highly recommend

Excellent. Not crowded and all the people are very nice. It is little bit of a distance from Punta Cana, but it was worth it and landscape is different with hills. Got to see lot of different vegetation and plantations along the way.

It was truly a great and fast experience we didn’t have to wait at all to start. One thing I will say is don’t bring kids at all, unless they are like 10 and up. The age says 3 but a toddler can’t participate me being naive thought my child can go but it’s fine, I still had a great experience!

Ca 4 Stunden wurden angeboten und 6 Ziplines. Es waren 2 stunden und 15 minuten inklusive transfer, und auch nur 4 Ziplines die man ein mal nutzen durfte. Für einen Preis von 66 $ völlig überteuert. Ansonsten waren die Zipline,s sehr gut.
