**⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 out of 5 stars** I recently used **Global ** and had a mixed experience. While the ride itself was smooth and the vehicle very clean, communication with the company was a serious issue from start to finish. Upon arrival, it took **almost an hour to locate our driver**. Repeated calls and texts to the company went unanswered, and for a while it felt like we might have to book a completely new ride. Thankfully, another transportation company at the airport kindly helped us track down our driver. Our driver, **Marco**, was pleasant and helpful once we finally connected, and the trip to our destination was comfortable. Unfortunately, the same communication problems happened again for our **return pickup**. Even though I confirmed the time and meeting place the day before departure, I was still left waiting at the curb with no clear updates from the company. In the end, **Global did complete the service**, which is why I’m giving them three stars instead of fewer. But the stress and uncertainty—especially wondering if the company was even legitimate at times—would make me think twice before booking with them again.
Absolutely first class service. Sergio was a terrific driver who kept us entertained on the journey. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Always professional..Always on time. My go to transportation for Punta Cana. I had 2 different drivers this trip that were super nice and made sure I got from and to the airport safely.

They were on time and communicative with me prior to the trip. They also made sure to keep me up to date and were super professional. You do have to ask them to have water ready for you in the car prior to riding.

Our new chapter I’m honestly left speechless by the five star hospitality that this car service provided me and my 3 friends. Did they pick us up and take us back to the airport but they also picked us up for Coco Bongo in the middle of our trip. Excellent service/drivers, This is the only company to book if you’re trying to experience five star luxury while in the DR
We had the same driver to the hotel and back to the airport and he was amazing and attentive and awesome and played great music and kept the vehicle comfortable temperature wise and it was clean.

Great pick up initially. Departure was late and not in a Cadillac Escalade. Things happen I understand but no communication until I reached out to them. Pick up was about 45 minutes late.

Great pick up and ride from the airport. Driver (Sergio) stopped to let us enjoy the local Dominican beer (Presidente). It was great. Car was clean, luxurious, and plenty of room for me and my girlfriend. Looking forward to my pick up back to the airport.

Excellent transportation service! We did private transport in a Cadillac Escalade. Our driver, Miguel, was punctual at pick up and drop off. He was very nice and told us about common areas in the city, i.e. downtown, the mall, Macao Beach, and even stopped us at a souvenir shop. We also used this service for private transport to our ATV excursion. Our driver, Jovino, was also punctual and kind. I highly recommend this service.
I have used this company our last 3 visits to Punta Cana. We used them for airport transportation to hotel and for an excursion. Great company, extremely reliable and will continue to use them for our future visits!!!

The fact that our driver NEVER showed up!!! …let alone with a personalized “VIP sign” that I paid for!!! Waited for over an hour and through a series of local phone calls, from guys at the airport (NOT VIATOR) these gentleman got me taken care of with a vehicle that wasn’t what I paid for. Nevertheless, I didn’t want my vacation ruined in the first two hours, so we got in and proceeded to our resort. Should have just gotten a cab, but I wanted it to be a memorable experience for my family who had never been to the Dominican before. Boy…it was memorable alright!!! Haha VIATOR is a scam! I’m happy to tell everyone I know about it also. Here’s your damn review: Thanks for nothing!!!! I want my money back
Our driver was excellent. Was there waiting for us when we arrived out of the airport terminal. Vehicle was fantastic and clean.
They were excellent. I had a few hiccups in the airport but they still waited for me with no issues. Also setting up my ride back was definitely easy. And I love the fact they had a car seat ready and waiting for my little one. Definitely would use them again.

Excellent, top notch service. Driver was at the airport on time and waited as we were delayed in a long customs and immigration queue. Offered us water and made the ride to our hotel pleasant. He was also on time for the trip back to the airport. EXCELLENT service and highly recommend. Will be our go-to for transportation and tour services on future trips. (I had previously booked our tours before arrival but will use this service in the future).

They were there waiting to pick us up. (Use a local bag guy at the airport when you get to the DR to take your bags to the private transfer- tip them 5 or more it’s worth it). We reserved a Cadillac Escalade and we got that. Our driver was super friendly and he had cold drinks (iced down in a cooler) for us for the ride. Will definitely use them the next time I’m in the Caribbean. Excellence service!!

The transportation from and to the airport was amazing! They responded quickly, AC was on, we felt luxurious in the SUV, and we were able to play our own music. Oriel and Sergio was wonderful! I would highly recommend

Driver was prompt; Vehicle was clean inside. Ronny was very courteous. We stopped at a local restaurantt on the way to the resort, an extra $20. I would suggest having cool beverages available for your guest upon arrival. I would recommend and use the next time I’m in DR.

Once we booked our hotel we were so excited for our trip until we realized the hotel would not provide transportation to and from the airport. After some research I’m so happy I found this one. We were able to communicate via what’s app which is so convenient while in DR. And I was even able to call the company when we couldn’t find our driver once we walked out of the airport so that was extremely helpful. Both drivers that we had were very helpful and friendly. I felt safe and taken care of. Would definitely recommend and will use them again on my next trip to DR. Side note: be sure to communicate with the company a day before your departure so that pick up is confirmed. Also keep in mind, they will pick you up 3 hours prior to your flight departure. I wish it could have been earlier because you never know what can happen at the airport as far as checking your bags in and fixing any last minute details before your flight.
