The pickup both ways were fine and timely but no water or soda offered on either trip. Coming in was crazy and we waited a while because they gave our car away to someone else so about 40 min later another car came nothing offered and we were so thirsty and hot by that point.

I booked a same day transfer from my hotel to the airport and the process was so quick and easy. Daniela set up the ride service and sent over a confirmation within minutes. She made the process very seamless. Our driver, Yeison, even arrived at the hotel half an hour earlier to pick us up and waited until our scheduled pick up time. He was very friendly and attentive, asking if we needed anything and if everything was ok. The booking and ride were both very seamless. I would highly recommend and would use again!

The reviews were hit or miss, but I wanted to make it clear that this service was great, and reliable. They had great communication and they were very helpful. The van is not a luxury van, so if you’re expecting that, be prepared but it didn’t bother us at all. It got us where we needed to go. I would recommend if you’d like a private transfer.

I recently used an airport transfer service in Punta Cana and had a good experience. The driver was not easy to spot on arrival, they were friendly, but spoke limited English, and did help with my luggage. We had to wait with some female employee before the driver arrived. On the departure from the hotel they had the sign and they were prompt. The vehicle on arrival was older, but spacious and clean. The air didn't work too well either. The car on the depature of hotel was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with perfect air conditioning. The drive was smooth as can be expectedfor the terrible Punta Cana roads, and the driver was kinda quiet due to language barrier. The service was delayed for arrival and prompt for return trips, and booking was simple online. I felt taken care of and would recommend this service to anyone visiting Punta Cana.
