We booked the round trip with this company with ease and help. The service was top notch from p/u at the airport to the resort and return. The greeters and drivers were very friendly. Joseph did an excellent job in communicating with me prior to arriving, upon our arrival and prior to our pick departure. Just book with them. It was definitely a VIP experience. We booked a RT and the hotel was a 40-45 minute drive from PUJ. It was by far one of the best decisions I made when booking my trip to DR. - Clear communication (they were great about confirming dates, times and instructions before flight and after landing) - We felt safe and secure - Really nice and well maintained and comfortable vehicles, just like the pictures! The trunk was easily able to fit 2 large suitcases , 1 medium suitcase, 1 carry-on and a book bag - with room to spare. - Personable and friendly drivers - On Time, zero wait time whatsoever I would definitely book with them again. I really didn't want to spend the money ($170 US roundtrip) for the airport transportation to our resort, but it was well worth it. I started reading about why you don't want to book a shuttle with other people as you may end up waiting on them because of different flight times. I wanted my vacation to start ASAP so I read the reviews and decided on this one. A few days before our trip, the service contacted me through What's App and explained the process and the DO's and DONT's of the airport in Punta Cana. The man who picked us up at the airport had a sign with our name on it. He took our luggage and opened the doors for us. We were transported to our resort in a clean, air-conditioned, large SUV. The day before we left, they contacted me to find out our room number at the resort and what time we wanted to be picked up. Again, the man had the sign with our name on it and was actually early to pick us up. He took us to our gate and unloaded our luggage for us. I would definitely use this service again and again!

We had the airport-hotel service through this company in Punta Cana, DR and it was just perfect. There was constant communication via Whatsapp - showing us the picture of who would be our driver, providing his name, having a sign with our name on it at the airport. It was worry free. As my husband uses a cane and has difficulty walking and sitting - the driver we had (Disla) was fabulous. We had him on both trips to/from airport and he was so caring of my husband...getting us a wheelchair, helping him in and out. Would highly recommend this company and their service!

This transfer was great! We took a round trip transfer from airport to hotel, and back. It was a great experience. The drivers were timely, handled our baggage for us, the SUVs were luxurious and very clean. Couldn't have asked for a better transfer, will use them again in the future!

booked 2 cars to hold whole family. Staff was super friendly and easy to get in touch with via whatsapp. Airport has free wifi so easy to connect! They contacted me night before flight to verify, and gave me the main number and also the driver's numbers.

Poor pick up experience. Took almost 30 mins to get hold of the operator upon arrival. Would have been better off getting a regular taxi. Would not recommend

This place is a scam, our flight was canceled and we were working hard to get on another flight and yet this company took my money anyways and would not refund or reschedule. Please don’t book with them

I love this company. Very attentive and supportive. Very understanding. I caught covid and had to stay a few days over but my wife had to get back home without me. They took good care of her and made sure she made it on time to the airport. They even gave me their attention during my sick time and was able to take me when I was covid free with no issues. I recommend this service to anyone. If there were 10 stars they would get it.

VIP Value-deluxe!! This is our second time to book with them. We received a confirmation that gave us full details once we arrived and prior to leaving. Our driver was well dressed and waiting for us providing true VIP service as we left the airport and upon our return to airport. Our vehicle was spotless and we were offered refreshments during our trips. I wouldn’t hesitate booking them each time we are in Punta Cana.

Our drivers were very professional and safely got us to our hotel. We did not have to wait at all upon arrival at the airport and communication during our stay was awesome. The car was really comfortable and spacious.

I want a complete refund. The driver got there ans tried to extort and extra $265 US from me. When I refused to be extorted for the extra money he left. I had to pay cash for a cab to get to my destination. I spoke to someone from the provider and they tried to substitute a minivan for $200 with nonprood od cancellation of old booking before reqiesting I pay for the new booking directly ro them.
