After a long trip, it was nice not to have to worry about transportation to our hotel in a new country. Rashel met us and stayed with us until we were safely on our way. I know that we will have no worries when we have to go back to the airport.

Had issues during the experience but the customer service team with viator was awesome and resolved everything. I will definitely use them again as it seems like this was not a typical experience and I enjoyed the ease of the site and getting in contact with a customer service rep that responded directly with me.

the beginning was a little shaky with the pickup in the crazy airport area. Lots of chaos. We eventually got a ride to the hotel by a pleasant driver. We ended up trying othem on the way home and that was much more pleasant. On-time pick up, comfortable ride and pleasant conversation. Overall, I'd use them again especially knowing more of what it takes for a successful transportation.

We have been trying all day to find out what time we’re being picked up tomorrow to go to the airport. And no one seems to be able to tell us.

Very professional. Quick process and arrived when requested. Driver provided information for the island as we drove to the hotel.

There was nobody waiting for us. There was no reference to our name. We had to search to ask for the Quality Transport and then wait for someone to call the company to send the van. The hotel called to arrange the return trip. Nobody showed up for the return trip to the airport. We had to take a taxi.

My only complaint is that I wish they were already at the airport when we arrived at DR. We didn't wait to long but I rather they had been there already as it was very hot and traveling is exhausting and we just wanted to get to the resort ASAP. Other than that they were good and I would use them again.

My husband and I were lucky to be connected with Hector, Larimar Tour and Transfers for private transportation to and from the airport. We got married in Punta Cana and had a large group of people traveling from all over the World. Hector picked up all of our people at all hours of the day due to different flight times and arrivals. He even picked us up with a bottle of champagne and beer which was so thoughtful. We loved it! He was nothing but short of amazing. Communication was easy, he was always early for pickup and responded promptly to all my questions and confirmations. During this trip to Punta Cana we did not have time to do any excursions, but if we did, we 100% would have booked through Hector. Sometimes the resorts seemed a bit unorganized with their transfers so we felt super grateful to have booked privately through Larimar Tour and Transfers. Great service, great communication and very reasonable pricing. I would recommend this service to anyone and we will definitely be calling Hector when we are back in Punta Cana!

★☆☆☆☆ 0/10 – DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY OR BIANIEL I had an absolutely horrible experience with this transportation service in Punta Cana. I originally booked through what I thought was a legitimate service, only to find out that Bianiel—who claimed he was in the Dominican Republic—was actually in another country entirely. He misled us from the start and had completely different people show up for pickup without properly identifying themselves or communicating. He charged us $160, claiming our excursion included round-trip service, but we were stranded with no return transportation and had to figure out how to get back to our hotel on our own. He outright stole our money. Bianiel is supposedly working with Quality Transport but is clearly trying to build his own side business (Royal Transfer Services) by stealing clients from Quality and making shady side deals. He was manipulative, dishonest, and completely unprofessional from beginning to end. To make things worse, Quality Transport drivers were rude and had no communication skills. No one ever showed up for my departure pickup—I had to arrange last-minute transportation to the airport myself. The whole experience was stressful, unorganized, and disappointing. Avoid at all costs. 0/10. Save yourself the headache and book with a reliable, professional company instead.

My experience with Quality Transport Service was amazing. I used them for a group trip of 20 people that I planned in Punta Cana for my bday. All the drivers were nice and let us hook up to the Bluetooth to play music every trip. They were on time picking us up from the resort and also picking us back up from our activities. The cost was very reasonable for all our roundtrips. I would definitely use them again.

My college age daughter traveled alone from the resort to the airport, which worried and concerned me. Quality Transport Service was excellent and extremely professional. I spoke to Quality Transport via WhatsApp the day before her travel. They also updated me when picking her up and dropping her off at the airport. I highly recommend. Very safe!

We booked transport to/from the resort as well as the private boat for 12 people! Although there were some small hiccups getting picked up from the airport (I would also double confirm the terminal for pickup as the airport website has outdated information :)), Jose was extremely responsive at all times via WhatsApp and resolved any issues or answered any questions almost immediately, which is very important and super helpful. The boat experience was also amazing! Highly recommend the private boat option (shared option fits 50+). We had a double deck, almost brand new boat with a slide and infinite space for 12 people, not to mention the amazing boat host/guide (and free rum with fruit mixer). We had a brief stop to snorkel (gear provided), took a detour to see some dolphins and nurse sharks, and finally partied at the playpen for an hour or two. As a travel agent, I would definitely book with QTS when I'm back in Punta Cana and for my clients as well!

The service was amazing. They helped us with luggage and stroller. They even had availability for car seats car seats for infants and were good quality as well.It saved us extra things to carry from and to airport by including car seats on their transport.

We booked 24 hours before our departure date, Jorge responded right away and was able to accommodate us. Bianel F met us at the airport, he was on time , he was AMAZING!! and super helpful. He spoke English,French and Spanish, it was great practicing my Spanish with him!
