Transfers From Punta Cana Airport (Puj) To All Place At Uvero Alto Punta Cana

Nothing was as advertised. Driver was over 30 minutes late. He did not meet us with a sign. He did not meet us at all. We had to walk on the road out of the shuttle pick up area to the road at the end of the airport drive. We hauled the luggage ourselves. No assistance. Driver did not have water or anything for us. I chose this company because they offered child seats which I confirmed before arrival with an email. There were no child seats. Some of the seat belts did not even work Stay far away from this company. I advise TripAdvisor to drop them from there listing to preserve the integrity of the TripAdvisor platform.

Very good! The driver was waiting for me with a sign. It was pretty easy to find. Had enough space for 4 adults and 1 kid of 3 years old.

Greeter was friendly. Drivers were professional, on time, and had a clean vehicle. We had a 45-minute round trip drive to Zoetry. Great service!

We booked this service while traveling to Punta Cana, our flight landed a bit late and we came out of the airport about 40 minutes late. Jose, our driver waited 40 mins for us!!! We had the best airport transfer service from Esteiby Beltre. He was super attentive and lots of fun. He made our airport transfer painless and seamless. From waiting at the airport exit with a sign with our names, to taking pictures when we got here, and even serving us champagne. 12/10 would book again and request Esteiby Beltre, he's a real pro!

Pick ups were on time and communication was good the entire trip. Cold water or beer was provided. Our driver gave us some great history on Punta Cana.

Our flight was delayed and customs took longer than expected but our transportation was still waiting for us when we arrived. Our driver was very kind and made the 49 minute ride to our resort very pleasant. Oh, and he had much needed ice cold waters ready for us. I am very pleased that we chose this transport service and expect that our airport return will be just as pleasant.

Everything from start to finish working with Transekur was perfect! The website was easy to use and made you feel very confident when your flight and flight numbers were listed for selection. The email notifications were full of information and made you feel very secure without even having to speak to someone. At both arrival and departure the vehicles were waiting for us and it was super quick and easy! The vehicle was exactly what I selected and both comfortable and clean. Sergino and Sandy were both friendly and very safe drivers! I will use them again and would highly recommend!

This will be the third transport with this company and will highly recommend again. Transportation was great! Transportation from Punta cana airport to grand sirenis spa. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and our driver Luís was there waiting for us still. Had ice cold beverages on hand and a very clean vehicle. Air conditioning and music were perfect. Luis was a great driver and will request him again.

Was a great and safe ride!! Baby seat was ready and strapped in proper. The vehicle was spotless and very comfortable. We should have booked a bigger vehicle because we had large luggage, but all managed to squeeze in. Driver had drinks as requested as well! Was super easy to find, name in large letters on an iPad when we walked past the taxi people. Above all it was a very safe and satisfying transfer to the hotel.

We enjoyed our transfers to and from PUJ Airport to our resort. The drivers are extremely punctual! We were greeted both times with signs with our names on them. They helped with our luggage and were very respectful. Also, when the driver arrives, you are sent an email informing you that they are there. Lenny and Luis were kind and friendly and very good drivers. They also were willing to share useful information about the area during the drive. The SUVs were not new, but they were clean.

We were told a Cadillac Escalade would transport us. The car was late and everything Cadillac was either a seat cover or screwed on emblems. Seat belts were broken and we couldn't buckle the kids in. Driver was on his phone and had to make a hard stop sending the drinks and ice flying forward and getting everything wet. Not the experience we thought it would be.

The original driver had an inconvenience a few minutes before our pick up, he immediately sought the assistance of another driver who completed the ride.

Great experience! After a long day of traveling and arriving in the middle of a humid rain storm the car service was luxurious and comfortable and the driver even had water for us. Would definitely book again if we return to Punta Cana.

Unfortunately they were not waiting for us and our name was not displayed anywhere - our flight was on time. Also, they were supposed to have water and soft drinks available for us, but they did not. When I asked for water, the gentleman had a cooler and said he only had one for himself. The driver got us there and the vehicle was fine and it was a private ride, bit telling my family who was thirsty that we'd have drinks on the ride and there weren't any was disappointing when then are so few things to get right about a providing a ride. I did appreciate the driver's attention and great driving.

Luxury Transfers did not show up for my airport pick up today. No sign with my name on it. No email to let me know they were sending another driver until after I was in the car. When I called them for help the man that answered the phone was deaf and did not speak English. I had to have someone translate basic information so he understood the situation. When I made the management aware of this awful situation they told me to read the Terms and Conditions!!! They think they should be paid even when they do not show up for work! Crazy! Do NOT risk it - find a different transportation company. You don’t want to arrive and have to deal with chaos and confusion.

Pick up was there when we landed and he called us to let us know that he was waiting for us at the pick up area. He greeted us with respect and he was polite. We had a pleasant ride with the service provided by Manny. Car was clean and he was wearing his mask. He was careful when his driving.

Our driver EDWIN was very professional excellent driver and he was very knowledgeable of the area and it's around it which it helped us a lot. the vehicle was very clean comfortable and well equipped Including a car seat for our baby. Round trip so 2 different vehicles and drivers. Both Escalades old and worn out, missing trim, mirrors. Return trip driver could not hand us our luggage because he was using both hands to keep trunk door up. No wifi, or even charging ports for cellphones.. Neither would be sold at a used car lot in present condition. Not even close to luxury! Drivers- both gentlemen polite and safe drivers. Customer service- responded promptly to messages. We made it to our destination safely both, but definitely not in luxury and not worth $230+taxes.

Edwin drove us both ways and he was awesome. We were greeted upon our arrival just as we were instructed. Edwin was ready and waiting with our name clearly displayed on a tablet. Our return trip to the airport was just as effortless. Edwin arrived early and we got to PUJ with plenty of time. The cars were clean and well air conditioned. Round trip to Breathless PC without a hitch. We ordered a Tahoe, got picked up in a Suburban on both legs. Edwin was friendly and answered all our questions about PC (our first time). Adriel was early picking us up from our hotel and waited patiently for us to check out. Both greeted us with signs and were very professional. We are returning in July and will definitely be using this service again.

Henry was absolutely amazing. Our original resort we booked was closed due to remodeling (unbeknownst to us) and Hebert was extremely helpful in recommending a new resort that We absolutely loved. He saved our honeymoon!

Book with them and they were great, on time for both services, the departure and arrival services, their driver, Mr. Adriel, met us at the airport and gave us cold water, his driving style highlighted his experience and dedication to his work. Overall good experience. Driver was in time for both pick up & drop off. Driver was polite and courteous. I requested 2 child seat, which they did provide but wouldn’t install themselves and the 2 car seats were also very dirty.

This was one of the best vacations I’ve had thus far. I booked this company after many positive reviews from Trip Advisor and I could not be disappointed. Please follow their instructions and do not stop inside the airport and come outside they will be waiting for you. My departure left no stones unturned just confirm your return time and the driver was waiting for us at least twenty five minutes before our scheduled time. The ride was nice and smooth both ways. Would always definitely book with them again.

Used their services on February 21st. On time, Henry was waiting for my wife and I as planned. Clean SUV. We had requested a bottle of sparkling wine for a fee of $20 USD. It was waiting for us in a cooler, on ice. Way to start a vacation. Nice drive , had time to chat with Henry all the way to our Hotel: Chic Punta Cana, a 30 minutes drive in a comfortable and secure environnement. No doubt we will use their services on our next adventure in Punta Cana.

They were on time and spacious I was sick on the way back in the taxi but the driver was helpful. When we arrived at the airport we did have to wait for about 15 minutes in the heat until it arrived.
