We had to have someone at the airport give our driver a call as they were running a bit late and the airport was extremely crowded due to the rain. But once we got togther the experience was good we got to where we need to be:) safe and clean

Myself and Mom, we have been using the Luxury Airport Transport RD company for the past few years for our annual trips to Dominican Republic. They are the most reliable transfer company there is in Punta Cana. Always on time, professional and with great communication either via WhatsApp or email. All the drivers that we've encountered over the years - Luis Miguel, Juan Jordy, Genny Sanchez & Jose Alberto- were always very kind and helpful. The Limo was a TERRIBLE experience! For starters it was late! It was a piece of s**t. You can see the pictures the door was broken and didn't open. The seats were torn and cheap. It smelled and was shaking the whole way. I accidentally scheduled it on the app and didn't know until it arrived what it was, and the agency and asked for a refund. Not sure what they will do yet but DON'T schedule a limo. It is a scam! Loved the trip to the DR and this was the worst part, but the agency was not willing to accept any responsibility and hasn't responded.

I recently used their services and the car that arrived to pick us up from the airport was dirty and run-down. Our driver was silent, didn't even say hello. He did help us with our luggage, though. Awkward ride and very disappointed with the quality of the vehicle.
Luis was ready for us when we arrived. He had our sign Casa Sea Forever and a big smile on his face. My partners were a few minutes behind me so we grabbed some drinks for the road. After 1, I left my phone behind! He brought it back the very next day Nothing but professionalism and class. The car was a clean black caddy SUV and he rocked it Thank you Luis!
Great arrival and drop off, poor departure. That’s why this review gets an ‘Average’ We told driver that we were departing American Airlines at TERMINAL B . he dropped us off at Terminal A as result was long walk with luggage to the other Terminal .
The suburban SUV was older model and AC wasn’t working, only warm air was coming out of the vent. All the way to the airport we were sweating and my baby was agitated and sweating. I honestly would not recommend this company at all. Driver was quiet and on time with a black super hot car, I think he was parked outside under the sun for a while and no AC.
Second time using Luxury transportation for our round trip airport transportation from the Punta Cana airport to our resort in Cap Cana and once again it was a great experience! Excellent communication, easy online reservation access, super affordable and the drivers are always courteous and extremely professional. Manny was extremely helpful and courteous. The car was spacious and comfortable. He's so knowledgeable and speaks amazing English. Not only did he pick us up at airport and return us safely he also took us on a private tour that was so interesting and we got a typical Dominican lunch. He's definitely the best
My wife and I booked airport transport to and from our resort, and what a fantastic experience. We were met by Manny who is a true professional. Punctual, he speaks both Spanish and English and has great knowledge of the area. He safely drives his modern suburban with care and concern. He also does a great tour of a typical house and plantation, and showed us how cigars are made. Can not wait to use Mannys services on our next trip.

Upon recommendation of my son-in-law, I booked and prepaid private transfer for 2 couples to and from the airport to the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana. The driver was waiting for us outside the airport and was identified by a sign with our name. Vehicle was clean and driver was courteous and friendly. The cost was about half of the service recommended by the resort.
Service was professional , drivers were punctual , in contact and excellent response to inquiries via Whats app with change in pick up times . If we go back to the DR , would not hesitate to use them again

Very professional. You could see the difference from the other companies. My driver was in a suit and holding an IPad with my name on it. The others looked like bums holding cardboard signs. Would definitely recommend and use again. Driver was very knowledgeable and gave good advice about the resort we stayed in. Great job.
