Driver was a no show. 2nd late.

Advertised as Luxury private transfer. Car was old, in need of repair and an hour late. Driver was a nice guy. I would not recommend this service.

We had our luxury airport transfer take us to Secrets in Punta Cana. Our driver Miguel took care of our luggage, offered us beverages and answered all of our questions along the way. The ride was very comfortable in a full size Cadillac SUV. Miguel was very knowledgeable and eager to assist us.

I always do a ton of research and although smaller I would recommend this company. The driver that picked us up was AMAZING!! Ronny Garcia de los Santos was kind and educated us a lot about Punta Cana upon arrival. Had to book return with short notice. While driver was there I didn’t get email confirmation with details like arrival.

Would recommend booking this. Private transportation for my family. Very professional and easy. Air conditioning and comfortable ride.

An airport employee used his phone to call our driving service to let them know we were there. Our driver Jose was very friendly and helpful. He had beverages for us and his vehicle was very clean. We would highly recommend Jose again.

Greeted with a smile. José was professional and on time. The drive was about a half hour. Beer and water were available. Fully air-conditioned and comfortable.

Easy out from the airport and on time pickup from our resort in a nice private vehicle with safe friendly drivers and refreshments. Ronnie and Charlie were both excellent. Couldn’t ask for more. Our experience was excellent. Miguel was amazing; so knowledgeable and kind. We requested Miguel again for our return drive to the airport and we’re so glad we did. He was flexible to adjust pick up time to match our flight delays and as we arrived at the airport our flight was cancelled. He drove us to a close by hotel so we were not stranded and made sure there were rooms available before departing. Thank you Miguel. Tips: Let your driver know if you don’t have checked bags, so they can adjust pick up timing accordingly. Use WhatsApp to communicate easily.

Great transfer to the airport. Very easy to book. They provide constant updates as the pickup and drop off time gets closer. Very punctual on arrival with name in hand. Super Mark did a great job on our return sharing some history of the island, getting us to the airport on time and helping us with our bags as well as having refreshments available. This is a great company to use for private transfers.

In and out. Great! They had our name displayed, large vehicle, and seamless transit service. We traveled with our kids and it was easy, great, and needed to timely escape the Punta Cana airport.

The arrival in Punta Cana was a little rough. There was no one at the pickup point. Representatives of other companies noticed we looked a little confused and asked who we were looking for. One of the guys confirmed we were in the right place and called the company on his phone after telling us the guy we were looking for wasn't around. The rep we talked to on the phone apologized and said somebody would be there in 2 minutes to get us which turned into 15 minutes. Once the driver arrived everything was fine. Confirmation of the return trip pickup time was very easy. The return trip to the airport was great. The driver arrived exactly on time and was very friendly and helpful.

Our driver was excellent and professional! We didn’t have to look far for him and instantly grabbed our things. It was very hot outside but he had the SUV already cool and comfortable for us.

As a solo, young female traveler that speaks broken Spanish, the obvious concern is will I make it safely to my hotel not using hotel transportation.. took a gamble due to the other reviews by mainly couples.. and was very very satisfied with this company. On time, professional drivers.

Terrible experience the diver was late the sign did not have the correct name on it at the airport the car wreaked of cigarette smoke and no one was answering the phone when I could not find the driver.

Buyer Beware! We booked directly through their website and were thoroughly disappointed with both pick up and drop off! PickUp: -they had to stop to air up a tire at a sketchy gas station. No apology offered for the delay. I feel as though this isn't something that should happen on a "luxury" transportation service. -we booked a Hyundai van so we'd have plenty of room and wouldn't have to climb into the backseat of a SUV. Of course, we had an SUV at both pickup and drop off. Super frustrating that we didn't get what we paid for, even though it was probably an "upgrade" in their mind. -every other transportation company I've used provides water and beers for pickup. we requested beer but it was never disclosed that it wasn't included like all my previous airport transfers! They provided it as requested but never said it wasn't included (super shady to not be upfront) so we drank them... $20 charge in which they chased after us after dropping us off... NOT CLASSY! I feel as though including the beverages would've been very reasonable considering the downgraded SUV and the stop for air in the SUV's tire! and if you insist on charging me, be upfront about the pricing and don't chase after me once you've dropped me off... email me about the charge or discuss it at pick up. Drop-off -same SUV, not a van like I had booked. -second "driver" in the passenger seat who seemed very unfriendly. Weird situation to have a second employee in the car. -I got very car sick with the return driver's driving... so erratic and unsafe! overall, buyer beware. They're not upfront about the vehicle you'll get, the beverages they "provide," and the SUVs are run down (needed air and very unsmooth ride).

Amazing service. Accountability at its best. Dulce—the coordinator—is the best. She communicated with us even before we left the airport, and upon arriving in Punta Cana. Our transfer experience from the airport to the hotel was delightful. BUT we were dropped off at the wrong hotel and didn't realize it until our driver had already left.

We are very happy with the service we received from Luxury Transfers when we arrive in Punta Cana. Our driver, Jose Alberto Caraballo was amazing! He was there when we arrived and waited for us even though our flight got delayed. He was super friendly, and an easy drive from the airport to our Hotel in Bávaro Beach. We still have couple more days left in PUJ and we will also be using this company to return to the airport. Very recommended!!!

The driver was not in place. It took us an hour to find him. There was no sign waiting for us on arrival or contact prior to arrival.

Very Disappointed with this car service so far. The driver was not there when our plane landed. We waited over 45 min. The reason we do a car service is so you don’t get hounded by people asking you for rides, giving you their cards, and trying to sell you stuff. Well that was pointless. We have a scheduled return trip with them. Let’s see if they can be on time for that?

The limo was very old and air conditioning non existent. We would expect much better for $240. We def would just take a cab for 30$ next time as it’s pretty uncomfortable riding in a 80 degree limo

We traveled from Punta Cana to Las Terrenas, a fairly extensive trip we traveled with small children, and throughout the transfer, both outward and return we felt safe. The driver made several stops to eat, wash up and visit some places in the middle of the trip, always ready to help us with our luggage and any questions. They have child seats at no cost and they welcomed us with water, beer and juices for the kids. We will definitely return to the Dominican Republic and use LUXURY AIRPORT TRANSFERS RD again. I recommend them.

They are the best From the website that is super comfortable to book and safe, they send you a confirmation of your service with the driver's information and a photo (very important on an island where you arrive and you do not know) Comfortable and safe vehicles, drivers who They know the area and they take you with confidence and security. Our drivers were on time with water and beer for us. Our child had a car seat at no additional cost, this is appreciated. In short, my family and I recommend Luxury Airport Transfers RD to all our friends and family on their trips to the Dominican Republic. They driver wasn’t at the Airport when we arrived so we had to ask around for him, after 15 minutes he arrived. The driver was texting while driving and they missed to provide us with 1 baby chair.

I booked the transfer from home. Easy online booking and everything went well. The driver was pro and friendly. The price was fair compared with taxis. Henry was our driver this vacation, as he was the last time we were in DR. Once again he was great, he was easy to find at the airport, the vehicle was very clean and comfortable and he promptly delivered us to our resort. First of all I paid 150 round trip for the Escalade truck expecting it to be new, clean and up to date. Instead the trucks were run down, old, missing pieces all over the truck big rims looked like a gangster's car. Listen this is suppose to be VIP 150 is a lot of money USD this is far from VIP. If your okay with getting driven in a car with no license plates, big rims, old model truck then proceed. Other than that I would not book again. Don't say VIP when your really not. Run down Poor service. Oh and I wanted to tip the driver at the end and he didn't even have change for a 100$ bill. Like come on. Poor service
