Transfer From Punta Cana Airport To Puj Miches Tourist Zone

We booked a round-trip private transfer from Punta Cana Airport to our resort, which was about an hour away, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport with a sign making it easy to find him after our flight. He was friendly, professional, and got us to our resort safely and on time. When it was time to head back to the airport we were happy to see the same driver arrive promptly for our pickup. Once again, he was courteous, professional, and made sure we arrived at the airport safely and with plenty of time for our flight. The entire experience was smooth, reliable, and stress-free. Any questions I used WhatsApp and they answered me promptly. They confirmed my transfers the day before pickup. We will definitely use Your Local Expert DMC again the next time we visit the Dominican Republic. Highly recommend!

Hello, Just want to share our experience with this company as we just finished a Week Long trip to Dominican Republic DREAMS Punta Cana Royal Beach for 86 family members. After reviewing different companies, including AMSTAR who is affiliated with Unlimited Vacation Club, we are ecstatic with our choice to used this outstanding company. First off, their prices were very competitive and appreciated. Second, their organization of transferring 86 family with luggage at 8 different arrival and departure times went flawlessly!!!! We even had 2 families with delays but the Local Expert team made adjustments and all family members were transferred in high quality vehicles and in a timely manner. I will ALWAYS use this company when we visit Dominican Republic. Third, we used this company for Family Beach Photos for our family of 86... They sent 3 professionals who coordinated a group photo and then individual family photos for our individual families. You can only imagine this takes coordination and execution to accomplish without stress. They were OUTSTANDING, quality photographers who took excellent photos and delivered all photos within a week! I cant say enough good things about this group and company! Very appreciative of their kindness and service!! I HIGHLY recommend! Your local experts service was excellent. Booking transportation round trip was the most economical and easy. They provided valuable travel tips, such as ensuring to have your DR e-ticket etc. Samuel was waiting for our family with a yellow sign that had been sent to me via what's app. He drove safely and was very courteous.

This was a seamless transfer to and from the airport. They were on time and kind. Great customer service.

Everything went very well until the end. I found the company and messaged them directly on WhatsApp. They were very responsive and was able to accommodate all the transfers I would need. I paid a small $50 deposit. When I arrived, I was told to pay the remaining $200 in cash. I explained I did not feel comfortable paying for all the future transportation, I only wanted to pay per trip, which the company agreed to. Drivers were always prompt and made sure we were at the right location before taking off and was very good about carrying our luggage for us never asking or expecting a tip. For our last trip from our Airbnb to the Punta Cana airport I was quoted $70 and once we got there, the driver told me it was $100. We argued about it for a few minutes before he told me just to go. While I was going back-and-forth with the driver, I was messaging the company via WhatsApp. The transportation company via WhatsApp told me I was short $20 on a previous trip and so they were adding on $20 to this trip which I needed to make right. My problem with this was I double and triple counted each time I paid the driver and was never short and was never advised I was short until my last trip. Plus if I was short $20, 70 +20 is 90 but I was being told to pay 100. The other thing is he charged me full price for each ride instead of deducting the $50 deposit I had already paid. Overall, I felt very safe and as mentioned, their transportation was very prompt and attentive, and if you don’t mind, potentially being charged more than agreed upon then I would recommend.

On time pickup from the airport. Clear signs with our name for easy location. Clean comfortable transportation. Our drivers (both from airport and back to airport) were friendly and talkative.

Used them for transfer services between Punta Cana airport and Secrets Esmeralda. They were extremely dependable and communicated on Whatsapp without any issues. Would definitely use them again.

I paid for round trip transportation from PUJ to our hotel… about 90 minutes drive. The arrival went ok. The departure they didn’t show up. I confirmed the day before and they failed to show. I had to scramble to get a taxi and paid a premium price to avoid missing our flight. Absolutely unreliable service. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
