Airport transfer return and Soana Island trip was excellent and perfectly organised thanks to Aubain for making it so simple for us. Always in contact with us via whatapp. All made easy for us. Transfer catamaran speedboat trip and bus was excellent. Excellent service highly recommended. Franklin and Micheal were great people responsible for our transport. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The experience was great I was greeted with a smile . They arrived coming and going on time and accommodate me when I needed to depart early . Will book again soon !

Overall I would recommend this company for your travel needs. We used them in late April of 2026. They are in the middle of construction at the airport currently and this has created a huge traffic jam for drivers going to the pickup spot. The lady who greeted us while we waited for the driver asked us to walk a few minutes to meet him but we declined because we didn't want to walk in the sun. That was a mistake because the traffic made us wait for over 20 minutes. If we had just walked to meet him we could have saved a lot of time. If she asks you to walk to meet the driver I would accept if I were you. On the return trip days later from the resort the communication was great and the driver picked us up right on time. Glad we chose this company!

Upon landing I text to say we landed. We looked for our transport for 15-20 minutes. I asked for a pick up for 7:45 am the day before my departure. The message was confirmed received. On day of departure were arrived at the front 10 minutes early. We picked up 40 minutes late!!!! I reached out and was referred to speak with the owner. Though he was very apologetic and shared issues with the employee, I was not pleased with the service and shared with him, this is not a good look for his business.

Unfortunately, communication was very poor. I was given a photograph that I was supposed to make my way toward, however, there was utter mayhem in the arrivals / pickup area. Communication also required internet access, which I did know, or have. These things are not inherently the company's fault. However, I had had many phone calls with the company's dispatcher, explaining exactly where I was, and I was being told over and over again that both the driver and the liaison were coming to find me. It took over 40 minutes for their liaison to find me, but the driver still couldn't find us, and she even looked annoyed about the whole thing. I had just been traveling, I was very tired, and very hot, and was not super thrilled to be trapped standing on the pavement for that long. That's also not the company's fault, either. However, it is their fault that, once I was finally in the car, the driver had no idea where I was going. For these reasons, I'm forced to give a low score.

Vehicle arrived on time with polite driver and clean van. Driver responded to our initial text promptly and even set a picture of the exterior of the building where he was located located

Be sure to confirm your destination. The options in the app are not as accurate as they should be. I booked the option for “Breathless” they waited until the day of to contact me telling me that the price charged was wrong. I don’t mind paying what I owe, but business was not handled correctly. The actual cost was significantly higher than the original payment. Id rather book directly through a transportation company. Note having a hard time getting a refund for the return trip since I’d prefer not to use them.

Very prompt and easy! Would definitely use them again. This is my first time in Punta Cana and I had a really good experience.

We used Aubain for both our airport to hotel transfers and excursion in Punta Cana. They were always punctual, thoughtful, well planned, and communicative. Overall very professional and provided an excellent experience. We would definitely use them in future.

The driver was a no show. Waited over an hour and spoke to him in the phone. He had a flat and there was no backup plan. Needed to get a taxi.

Safe, prompt response to messages and clear instructions from driver, Christopher. Our flight was delayed but messages were always acknowledged. Modern, clean shuttle. Driver engaged in conversation with us and gave us DR history along our route.

We had an excellent experience hiring the Aubain team. We were met at the airport promptly and transported to our hotel smoothly. During the ride, my son lost his earbuds. I reached out to the team which found them and returned them to us upon our transport back to the airport foe our departure. Honest, reliable, great communication. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again for the great service

Schedule to be picked up from my hotel to be transferred to the airport, and no one came. I had to order a taxi, so I wasted money using this company.

Awesome transportation service. He always stood in contact and was easy to get a hold of either through the trip advisor messaging system or the cell phone number he provides so it’s easy to just text or call him. He was always on time and very polite. Thanks again!

Christopher did a great job getting us to our hotel. We got moved to a different flight and arrived about 3 hours early. Christopher dropped everything and came and got us within 30 minutes. We took the "free" shuttle from Riu for our trip back and regretted it. Waited around at every Riu hotel and eventually got dropped off at the wrong concourse. We will be traveling with Christopher BOTH ways next February when we return!

The driver was professional and prompt. All we had to do was text the driver on WhatsApp and he came right away. Friendly driver and great conversation. We were so satisfied, we booked him for the ride back to the airport. Definitely will book them again next time I come.

This has got to be one of the most unorganized shuttle services from the airport to the hotel resorts in Cap Cana. Today 04/26/25 was told I’d be picked up at 1100 but driver didn’t show up until 11:29. No call to say I’m running late, sorry for the inconvenience. Wouldn’t recommend this company because they are totally unprofessional and drive and in dated vehicles.

Christopher was amazing! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and Chris made the trip great to begin with! He drove us to our resort telling us about the city and even pulled into downtown punta cana to show us some local spots! He was communicative even when we had difficulty finding each other at the airport. We randomly called him for a transport elsewhere and he was available and so cheerful! We will ALWAYS use Christopher when we travel to Punta Cana!!

Chris was very nice. He took us to a gift store to get some souvenirs for a great price. He can help you book your excursions. Ask for Chris! Definitely recommend you book!

The Driver Chris was amazing . Arrived on time and made sure to explain different historical facts about the island. He recommended some tours for us to take while on the island . Overall we had a great experience and will definitely book with them again.

Jenni was very attentive that I arrived at the airport and was waiting for us outside. We only waited a few minutes for Chris to arrive. Chris was a great driver and very nice and friendly. When it was time to pick us up after our vacation ended, our requested time was easily accommodated. Once Chris picked us up to take us to the airport, we asked him to stop by a Dominican restaurant to try a few fry foods and he did not hesitate to recommend a place that was along the way and take us. He made us feel valued and went above and beyond to make us happy! He even made us feel sure we had plenty of time to eat and arrive to the airport. Good experience with this company. Reasonable price for a late evening trip from the airport to Bavaro. Our driver, Cristofer, was careful and considerate and speaks English.

Do not trust this company with transfers if you have an infant or small child. Our package came with a free transfer but we wanted to ensure that our infant son would have a secure car seat. So we booked this company as their website advertises car seats for children 0-36 months. Prior to our travel, as well as on the day of travel, I confirmed that the car would have a car seat for a 4 month old who weighs 14 lbs. Every time, the answer was “yes yes.” On arrival at the airport, the driver said he had no car seat at all. He was waiting to see the size of the child. If “old enough” he would have pressured us to just drive without one. When he saw our infant, he went around the airport trying to find a car seat. After 15 mins, he found a car seat for older children (claiming that infant car seats did not exist in the Dominican Republic). He then made no effort to install it. My wife spent another 20 minutes fighting to install it, in the heat, after a long flight with an 11 pm arrival, while we were caring for our baby who had to be fed and changed. For the return trip, the driver “compensated” us for our troubles with a $6 discount. He then arrived with an infant car seat (which yes, does exist in the Dominican Republic). He was very proud of himself for finding the car seat, but again, did nothing to help install it. After a further 20 minutes in the heat fighting with it, we concluded that it was incompatible with his car that did not have proper over the shoulder seat belts. We were forced to hold our baby in a carrier as he drove to the airport. This was not safe. 1 star is for his actual driving, which was fairly safe.

Christopher was excellent at communicating with me. He was courteous, patient, prompt and polite. This was my 2nd trip to the DR and a better one thanks to the professionalism of the team.

Absolutely horrible. Tried constant contact with the company to confirm trip, no answer. I confirmed with the owner finally the day before departure through WhatsApp and told them my pick up resort. Day of, we're in the lobby at 1130 for a 1200 pick up and no one's there. 1215, then 1225, now 1235 owner finally answers my messages on WhatsApp and said the driver was there and he was at the WRONG RESORT. Confirm resort again, 20mins later, still haven't arrived, called again said the driver was there and he wasn't, again at the WRONG RESORT. It's now after 1pm flight leaves at 3pm and still have to go through lines for customs. Long story short, we had 10mins to spare bedoee boarding and will NEVER book transfers with this company AGAIN!! HQT showed up on time and that's who I'll be using from here on out.

Mr. Kalcy sent a message (via whatsapp) to let us know who he was and to confirmr that he was there. He met us outside the airport and was very personable. We were able to get a bus to ourselves (for a family of 5). Transport was very affordable!

Return trip to Punta Cana airport was flawless! Aubain was at our hotel early and waiting for us and our driver was awesome . We pre arranged a round trip and it was a private van- didn’t want to stop at multiple hotels - very affordable for round trip and better value than bus/taxi- if you want hassle free they are you best option!

The ride was smooth and the driver was on time. Wasn’t expecting the type of van that I got picked up in, but he got me to my resort quick.

Unfortunately our transfer experience was awful. We had prepaid for child car seats which were not present when the van arrived. We then had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the van to return with one car seat and not the other 4 we paid for. Terrible!!!

We had booked our airport transfer with tbis company. Everything went smoothly. Contact via whatsapp was easy. An agent responded quickly.
