Transfer From Punta Cana Airport, Taxi, To Hotels In Bavaro Punta Cana

The flight was 3 hours late from the original ETA. However, Taxi company was aware of the new arrival time 10 hours prior to the original ETA. The plane arrived as scheduled at 1:00AM (revised ETA). Driver was not waiting for us. We actually asked some local to call him and he was sleeping in his van. We spent about 1 hours in this process as we went back and forth looking for the driver (parking lot and terminal). The taxi company must train the drivers how to use websites like flight-status (flightaware). Also, the minivan breaks need pads replacement as the noise was metal to metal. At least the driver was not speeding (rare fact in Punta Cana). Bad experience.

Everything was wonderful. The driver was very polite and friendly and had us laughing. He was on time and got us to our destination safely.

The company was in constant communication with me from the time that I booked. Once I landed, I was contacted via WhatsApp letting me know my driver Alberto was waiting for me. The van was clean, the driver was personable and informative. I’m a travel agent and I plan on referring all of my clients to them when I book them for the DR!

This was my first time in the DR and I didn’t know what to expect. It was awesome, the driver was there waiting and very professional. Took us straight to the resort, told us about the scenery on the way and was right there when it was time to take us back. It was a very worry free experience. The company emailed us the time we had to return to the airport. They took very good care of everything. I will use their service on the next visit

The driver was easy to find at the airport and was waiting for us. The car was clean and the ride was smooth. We also went from La Romana to Bavaro and from Bavaro back to the airport in Punta Cana. The drivers always arrived early. Since we chose the most basic vehicle, it was not luxurious but it was clean. I was very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to use them again

I used Quality Transport week of July 20, 2019 I have to say very accommodating and Friendly. I went from the Melia Punta Cana to Casa de Campo in La Romana and back. They were scheduled to pick me up on the 20th. but I had a change of plans and I sent them a message to come a day before and he was able and on time. The day of my return I switched the pick up time two times and again they were accommodating and were on time. I knew i had to give at least 3 hour notice but non the less they were understanding. Great service good prices ! I highly recommend.

There were difficulties with booking the transfer to the site. The booking is not reflected in the personal account. Booking in both directions is carried out by two different bookings, not very convenient. At the last stage of the booking there was no link to payment via PayPal. I had to ask questions through WhatsApp. They instantly answered, confirmed the reservation and gave a link to pay via PayPal. They answered all my questions. Upon arrival at the airport, a representative was waiting for us with a sign of the company. The car came clean, well-groomed, pleasant driver. The day before the return trip, we were notified that they would come for us tomorrow. The driver arrived on time. He was helpful, punctual, attentive. The car was also clean and tidy. Having based my choice of this company on TripAdvisor reviews. So I share my feedback and I confirm that the company Quality Transport Service is really very, very good!! We were a family of 5, we used their service in February 2024. This is a serious company. Advance booking of transfers from the website. On site very good communication, friendly, punctual, drive carefully. I highly recommend !!
