Transfer From Or To Punta Cana Airport

Had communication issues when arriving to Punta Cana. Pickup from airport was late. Pick up at hotel was approximately 20minutes later due to a driver change.

Very felxible with the arrangement. I was able to change the time of appoinment easily. Very patient with delay from airport

Driver was prompt and on time. Provided detailed info on meeting point and, drive safely.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our driver was awesome. We took him to and from the airport. We also booked with him a couple day trips. Prompt easy communication over WhatsApp. Prompt service. Good driving.

Had an amazing trip and great easy service with our driver, Arlinton Rodriguez. Very nice and on time for our transportation. Will be using this service again! Thank you

We had an incredible experience with Arlinton’s transportation service during our recent trip to Punta Cana for our wedding. Coordinating travel for a group can be stressful, but Arlinton made the entire process seamless. We arranged a total of 7 trips, including airport transfers and transportation for family and friends, and every detail was handled perfectly. His communication was outstanding—always responsive, clear, and proactive, which gave us complete confidence throughout our stay. The service itself exceeded expectations. Every vehicle was clean and comfortable, all drivers were professional and courteous, and most importantly, every pickup was right on time. Not once did we have to worry or follow up. What truly sets this service apart is the combination of reliability and value. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the high level of professionalism and consistency. If you’re planning a trip to Punta Cana—especially for a wedding or group event—I can’t recommend Arlinton enough. He played a big part in making our trip smooth and stress-free, and we are incredibly grateful for his. Thank you Arlinton for everything over the past 10 days. Alberto and Lisa

We are so happy with this transportation line. They are responsible, puntual, reliable. They made sure our group was comfortable, safe and happy. We will use them for out next vacation.

Very friendly and very timely. Excellent price and I would definitely use them again!

The airport was a mess of people. Our driver had an airport handler that was great with communication on where to meet and kept checking in on us to make sure we were progressing through all the checkpoints. Ramon was great and expeditious! Navigated through traffic perfectly.

The arrival was quite chaotic, but thankfully, Ramon and the girls were able to assist us. The pickup at the resort was excellent. Arlington was incredibly kind, informative, and respectful. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent, safe, friendly, punctual transportation! Will definitely use their services again!

Great service, fast , and came early to hotel to get us. Very on time

Ramon was awesome. Showed up early with our name printed out on a sheet of paper for us to see as we were exiting the airport. He took us all the way to mitches and back. We felt safe with him which was important to us. Very friendly and easy to organize a ride with him.

Ramon was friendly and punctual. He also helped with excursions although there was a couple of hiccups. Overall, good service.

We had a very good, seamless experience. Booked online, got contacted by WhatsApp on the day with the name of the driver and while waiting for luggage, reached out to say we arrived. The gentleman was waiting outside ready to go. Same easy process on the way back from the hotel. Would definitely recommend and will be using them myself in November. Safe vehicle and great service. Thank you very much. Gracias.

From the moment I landed, the communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring. Ramon was absolutely great—he was on time, professional, and very friendly. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, especially after a long flight. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout the entire ride to my Airbnb. Ramon was courteous, drove carefully, and even shared helpful local tips along the way. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for this company. I would definitely use this service again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends or family looking for reliable airport transportation.

Use this service! Ramón is the best! We used this company round trip to and from the airport (family of 4). Very professional. He was waiting at the airport the second we got through security. He uses WhatsApp to communicate and will send a picture of himself so you feel safe and responds immediately. He confirmed with us the day before as well as the day of. Thank you again for making it so easy and not stressful!

Difficult to find shuttle pick up area for first timer to DR. Many people holding signs with names on it as you go thru rental car area and taxi area. Needed to know shuttle area was across from the taxi area. Once we found them it took about 10 min for the driver to arrive. The woman at the kiosk walked us to the shuttle to meet the driver which was nice. Vehicle was nice and driver drove like rest of locals. We arrived safely.

Excellent service, ready and waiting for us on arrival just as promised. Great communication at arrival and for return pickup at the resort. It was the best rated and the best price we found and will use them again for sure. Highly recommended!

Affordable, easy to book, and the drivers communicated very well regarding pick up and drop off times. Would recommend!

Excellent service, great customer service and good communication Ramon is the best, definitely we will book again with him.

I contacted Arlington via WhatsApp and he was quick to respond. The round trip fee from and to airport was very reasonable, and also the adherence to the time schedule was very efficient.

Very efficient; timely roundtrip PUJ/Hotel transfer. The van has really Good air conditioning which my wife truly appreciated. The cost of the R,/T was the lowest price from any transfer service. I used the extra savings to provide a well earned tip. Most important was the professionalism and timely adherence to the schedule. Will always be my first choice when traveling to Punta Cana

I contacted Arlinton via WhatsApp and he was quick to respond. The round trip fee from and to airport was very reasonable for our party of 8. Our flight was canceled on arrival day and we had to change some things around and they were super accommodating. Always on time and had a smooth ride.

I stayed at the breathless resort and booked this service due to the good reviews I booked the round trip service..when I arrived to PUJ International airport driver was late and there was no indication that he was my driver no paper with name on it nothing…. The driver communicated through WhatsApp…he confirmed my pickup then on my pickup day he never showed up…I reached out multiple times but no answer intil an hour later…I almost missed my flight and had to pay 80 extra dollars for a driver through my hotel…next time I will be booking through my resort!! Still waiting on my partial refund

Fantastic communication through whatsapp. Pick up at the airport was easy and stress free. Staff was very friendly. Our flight was delayed leaving Punta Cana and the company responded quickly for our request to change our pick up time from the hotel. Vehicles were in good condition, safe driving. Price was better than other companies or uber.

Punctual and reliable: they arrived even before the scheduled time and waited patiently without any complaints. The driving was safe, and the price was fair. When I return to Punta Cana, I will definitely book with them again.
