I cannot recommend this company enough! My flight was delayed, and after racing through customs and baggage claim, I didn’t arrive at the booth until 5:15 PM—nearly two hours after my scheduled 3:30 PM pickup. I was so relieved to find that they actually waited for me. The communication was seamless. They pre-message you with clear instructions on WhatsApp, which is definitely the best way to stay in touch with the team. Upon arrival, I was even greeted with a nice drink, which was exactly what I needed after the long flight. The team is incredibly professional and organized. Despite the heavy airport construction, Clariza Sanchez went above and beyond by personally walking me to the pickup zone to ensure I got into the correct vehicle. If you want a reliable and professional transfer, look no further!

The driver didn’t arrive until about 8:30am (pick up @8:00) the. We drove around for about an hour picking up other people and getting to the venue. Then we sat through a sales pitch for about 20 minutes. There is a man who asks if you want to take a photo with an iguana and then tries to charge you $20 for a photo. The cave stop was maybe 15/20 minutes and the beach was less than 10minutes. Instead of trying to sell souvenirs I would’ve preferred spending more time doing the excursions I already paid for (but the already had that money). Also, the photos they try to sell afterwards is another $20.

This transportation is not listed as shared. When we arrived at the airport there were 2 other parties arriving at the same time. We all had separate transportation to our resorts. When it was time to schedule the pickup back to the airport all of a sudden they say we booked shared transportation and we are getting picked up over 5 hours before our flight. (Drive time only 30 minutes to airport) when I requested a partial refund it was denied and told me it was shared. That was never communicated to me. Nothing in the description or tickets. Just for the 10 of us being booked. The response I received was 'where does it say private?' I asked the same question 'where does it say shared?' Because it says max 100 persons they said it's shared. As far as I'm concerned that means they can transport a part of as many people you need. Especially when the other parties didnt ride with us to our resort from the airport. Oh and the complimentary bottle they are talking about is about 5-6ounce little tiny bottle of the island drink. (I can't spell it. Lol) for the whole party of 10.....one little tiny bottle. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Everything went just as we were told. We met our driver at the counter, and he escorted us to the car and we were delivered safely and promptly to our resort. Definitely worth the money

They never picked me up. I had to find another way to get to my hotel. I had no contact information and wasn’t able to reach anyone.

The pickup at PUJ airport was concerning, first I had to wait for another customer to get off the plane and arrive at the pick location, it was too hot in the waiting area, because they speak Spanish, they were dropped off first after I had to wait for them. The heckling at the airport for ride to your hotel was irritating...

I’ve done multiple boat parties in Punta Cana, but this one was a step up, everything was perfect; the music, staff and activities on the boat. Thank you Yuli for helping me book this, and also our rep Willi who’s also an amazing MC, and Juanita the bartender! If visiting punta cana, this party boat is a must. Perfect addition to your trip because it’s not a full day tour, so you get to enjoy swimming, snorkelling and partying without taking up an entire day.

They did not show up. We waited 20 minutes at midnight with three kids. Found an alternative on the spot

If I could give them negative stars I would. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. Upon arrival at the airport, we waited a full 40 minutes before finally leaving, even though we were told our ride would be ready. We were not the only ones having issues – another family ended up waiting over an hour because they were picked up from the terminal the flew into and then dropped off with their luggage to wait for us to arrive and another person as well. They were dishonest about pricing as well. One lady was charged $50 for a one-way trip, which is outrageous. To top it off, there were ants in the vehicle, and the van was far too small to accommodate all of the luggage. I had luggage stacked beside me and above my head, which made for an uncomfortable ride. When I reached out to cancel my return trip due to the awful experience, they were incredibly rude and refused to refund me, citing that I had already used the first leg of my round trip. This is terrible customer service. I will never use them again and highly recommend AVOIDING THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, COMFORT, OR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Clariza was very welcoming and made the shuttle meet very easy. Shuttle ride was quick amd the driver was very helpful

Reasonable price, excellent communication before arriving making it very clear how to find them at the airport. They also texted so we could reach them directly with updates or questions and send messages throughout our stay asking if we needed transportation for other things like shopping or sight seeing. Angel was the manager and Clariza was the person who met us at the airport and stayed in touch. Highly recommend!

Lousy service we were told that they pass by us at 10:30 am, but we had a problem at check out and we delayed until 10:42 am, we told him to wait for us xrq we had to go to the airport and just left us throwing more done the bravos, when they have to wait 15 minutes, it is a country that lives on tourism and they make the bravos made the angry as if they worked for free, instead of worrying about the customer they make the most flat and you can not claim anything xrq they answer you facts the most bravos, xrq help you uuuuu do not want to do it as if they were free, I do not recommend it I have traveled to many countries and this mediocre company should go home, has not worked giving customer service xrq are spoiled and that the tourist does not like. Lo encontré por recomendación a través de TripAdvisor y no pudo ser más acertada, lo ofrecido fue lo obtenido, en mi caso éramos un grupo de 17 personas incluyendo adultos mayores y niños, y desde un inicio la información fue clara, constante y el servicio 10/10. Usamos el servicio de transfer ida y regreso, cotizamos y dejamos el servicio ya pago desde antes de llegar y no tuvimos que preocuparnos por nada, nos esperaron en el aeropuerto a la hora indicada, nos dieron información general de la isla y de opciones adicionales para disfrutarla durante el trayecto de ida y para el regreso muy puntuales, en definitiva la mejor opción para su viaje. Fernando, el mejor!!!
