La Hacienda park was a great experience. The overall atmosphere was enjoyable and well organized, making it easy o relax and have a good time. Everything felt smooth and well managed throughout the visit. Overall, a positive experience, and well recommending.
The catamaran trip was ammazingg.
Flight got delayed by 2 hours but they were still there when we landed. Maximo knew exactly where our hotel was. nice comfortable ride after a long flight totally recommend
The service was okay overall. pickup took maybe 15 mins longer than expected but once we got going it was fine. driver was nice enough and the vehicle was decent. not the fanciest transfer ive had but it got us to the hotel safely. price was reasonable compared to other options at the airport tbh
Very reliable. Use their service. Cheap and on time. Maximo is the best! Try their service in Rep Dom. We used it from the airport and to the airport
Very poor communication. When asked where and how to meet, I was e-mailed just look for someone holding a card with your last name. We arrived on time and couldn’t find anyone. His phone number was not on the confirmation. We got another company to help contact him and told he was stuck in festival traffic but would be there in five minutes. An hour later, he arrived, more than an hour and 15 minutes late
The transfer from the airport to our hotel was perfect. They provided us with water and refreshing towels, a detail that made all the difference. They ensured everything was in order before we departed. A five-star service!

The driver took care of everything as soon as he saw us. He guided us directly to the car without making us wait in the sun. A magnificent service that is greatly appreciated.
Much more economical than the options offered directly by the resorts, and with the same level of privacy and comfort. It was a great decision to choose them.
We booked the round trip package; both journeys were seamless. For the return to the Punta Cana airport, the driver arrived at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
The assigned driver was extremely courteous. He gave us a warm welcome to the island and helped us arrange the heavy luggage in the trunk. I will definitely hire them again.
The prior logistics through messages provided us with very clear instructions on where to meet the driver. No complications, extremely coordinated attention, and a staff of ten.
It was a great relief to leave the airport and have our private transportation ready. The process was extremely smooth, the driver handled everything very professionally, and we avoided the endless lines of regular taxis.
