The submarine motorized scooter is based on the same theory and as you go down a seal is formed around your helmet so you are dry inside the helmet bubble. This experience is excellent for those who need to use prescription lenses. Our motorized scooter does not have uncomfortable constraints or conventional dive equipment. Our unique underwater motorized snorkeling scooters work on the bell theory. When you turn a glass upside down in a bucket of water, no water would enter the glass.
This excursion was amazing. Had never done anything like it. My son and I had a time. The group we went with were very inclusive and great to be around. The guides were very informative and fun!
It was definitely a great experience! You literally get to ride a scooter in the water! Not to mention the snorkeling and the boat ride were an amazing addition! The staff was excellent, very fun, very friendly and very professional! Just do it!!!!

The transport to/from the hotel was horrendous. The bus was very uncomfortable with no room for your feet. No seat that could be used. No proper Aircon. The driver was an idiot, sticking within 1m of the car in front, overtaking where any opportunity arise wether safe or not. Throwing the rear passengers around all the way especially on tight fast corners. Great experience, snorkeling first, then scooters and then glass bottom As others have said you are guided around by divers, but still very enjoyable.

We were picked up at the main gate. It was quite a drive to the location. When we got there, we were given our life belts and a safety talk. We had a glass-bottom boat trip out and saw some turtles and fish. When we got to the platform, we had time to swim since only four people at a time can go down. The Scubadoo was easy to get into and definitely had the wow factor while being underwater. Both my wife and I loved the experience. The staff were professional and helpful, and they made sure everyone had a brilliant time and remained safe. I would definitely recommend this trip.
It was a lot boat to boat and it's only four at a time. When your lowered in the water your rushed to decide if your good 👌 or want up 👍. FYI if your claustrophobic DO NOT TRY and if you have asthma bring your inhaler. Overall it could be a cool experience

Scuba-Doo is a good excursion if you’re looking to see something different and super adventurous. Be aware the product that they rub on the inside of the helmet can make you a bit nauseated. Also, if you suffer from respiratory issues like asthma, be aware that you may feel short of breath while underwater.… Other than that the experience was pretty cool and definitely one to remember.
The crew was professional and the equipment was good. The only negative is the sargassum level, and the boats churn it up, so it’s smelly. You load on the shore, so you’re wading through it to board. Once you’re out on the dive barge, it’s perfectly clear and beautiful. Still very worth it! Still 5-stars with one smelly speed bump. Recommend.

Water is Salty. But overall, experience was great.It is not too deep. You can see 2-3 type of fishes. They also offer snorkling as well if you want to do snorkling which is included in the package. Tour guides were very Friendly and helpful. Inside the sea you are all time witn professional scuba diver who control the speed of your boat. They click pictures of you inside sea which they offer you after ending the excursion all photos for around 60-90$ US. It is worth one time excursion if you want to see fishes.
If I could give this tour 0 stars, I would. This tour was a complete scam from the operator’s side. The listing clearly stated that hotel pickup was included. We waited in our hotel lobby for 1.5 hours, wasting half a day of our vacation, with no one showing up. We tried contacting the operator multiple times. When they finally answered, they told us to leave the resort and walk about 4 km outside because the resort staff supposedly wouldn’t allow the driver to enter. This information was never disclosed in the tour listing. As a family traveling on vacation, we did not feel it was safe to walk that far outside the resort to meet a driver. Both the tour operator and Viator failed to provide accurate and essential pickup information, resulting in a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking this tour.

The tour guys was very patient and thorough with the instructions. I felt comfortable enough to go ahead with the scuba doo under water activity.

I was super excited to go on this trip. Morning of the trip an hour and a half before pickup I got a text saying they were canceling it because of bad weather. However they did try to reschedule but we already had that day booked up and they offered a refund which is being processed so I mean not a horrible experience but I was super excited to go and to find out about 2 hours before kind of sucks.
A fun and amazing experience, snorkeling and experiencing all the fish instantly as soon as you get in the water. The scuba doo experience was a 10 out of 10. Great staff and an all around great experience

When we booked the tour, it said it was 3 1/2 hours. We spent one hour doing activities. The glass bottom boat you could barely see through it. It’s all scratched up. We did get an opportunity to see dolphins that are locked in a pen, not out in the ocean. There’s snorkeling gear with an a soapy bucket not actually clean. Incomprehensible that the snorkeling equipment was not sanitized. The fans were broke on the glass bottom boat so it was very hot in the center. When there was an opportunity to see fish or the dolphins, our group was too large for everybody to fit up top. Boats did not seem to be properly maintained. Then when you came back from the short tour, you were expected to pay money to use the restroom.
It was a nice boat ride to the area. The only thing that wasn’t good was the fact we can’t move our own scooter. The tour guide is the person who moves the scooter for you other than that it was a great experience. The admission for the excursion was very reasonable. Being underwater the length of time could be a bit longer.
Our scuba diving experience was canceled due to weather, which is understandable. However, what is not acceptable is how the situation was handled afterward. The operator clearly told us to contact the booking agency for a refund, implying that a refund would be processed. When we reached out, we were later told that the refund was “not approved,” leaving us stuck in the middle with no accountability. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. As a customer, you rely on clear communication between the operator and the agency. Being told one thing on-site and then denied afterward shows a lack of coordination and transparency. If an activity is canceled due to weather (which is out of the customer’s control), there should be a clear and guaranteed refund policy. Instead, this turned into a frustrating experience with no resolution. Would not recommend booking through them unless you’re willing to risk losing your money with no proper support.
Me and cousin had a great time. Staff was friendly, communication was excellent and it was an awesome experience. I recommend bringing gum for ear pressure under water.
This was unorganized fun that lasted maybe 10 mins in the scuba doo gear. The staff was super friendly but unorganized and I was fighting mosquitoes on the trip there and back on the ride. I did not have time to look and enjoy when I was in the gear they were focusing on taking pictures and not even trying to get the fish or good pictures . I didn't get to see and enjoy the reef or the fish. I wouldn't do it again but it's an experience that I had done before and loved however this time I didn't really enjoy it as much. I did it in Hawaii and it was a different experience so if I had not done it before I might would've enjoyed it more.
They charged me right away for a trip that they knew was not going to operate because of it being a holiday. Even accepted charge for one more person the day before excursion without informing me that it was cancelled. Still getting notifications for a trip that never happened. Have not received credit yet.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We got rescheduled due to “weather” but it was a perfectly acceptable day. We attempted this 2 days later, and asked multiple times if it was ok because a storm was rolling in. Our concerns were disregarded and about 20 of us were crammed into a tiny boat to go out to the “glass bottom boat” which was a complete joke. We had to transfer from the smaller boat to the other boat, which was filthy and the “glass bottom” was a circle no larger than 10 feet that we were all supposed to sit around in an enclosed space. At this point my husband and I requested to be brought back to shore because clearly safety was not a concern of the staff as the storm was moving even closer and the water was extremely choppy. We waited for over 20 minutes for our “taxi” that they called until finally getting our own uber. Would NOT recommend.
Great! Tyson was the life of the party. This is an activity for swimmers and non swimmers. We truly enjoyed this underwater experience.

It was a cool experience. You only do about 10-15 mins on the water bikes but seeing all the fish is worth it. Plus you can still snorkel. Buy the pics cost about 50 but also worth it. You get a bunch. You can take your phone underwater but you are so busy driving the bike you really can't. If you have problems equalizing your ear pressure pop in a piece of gum before you go down.
The underwater scuba doo and snorkeling was super cool. To short. The transportation getting there was horrible.
This was a super fun and new experience for us. The staff was great and friendly. I do wish we were able to scuba doo longer though. We got under and it felt rushed. Move away from the boat, take pictures, and back up onto the boat.

Booked this through Get Your Guide, info said 2 rides and no glass bottom boat which we hate, we got one ride and stuck inside a hot sweaty glass bottom boat that frankly was rubbish. However the actual scuba ride and staff where fantastic on the dive platform , which was a bit basic, thevdivers that come out with you are more interested in taking photos and selling to you when you get back on land, took 30 of me which was far to many, more ride less photos would be better. Didn't meet expectations but the dive is good when you actually do it. The company needs to up their game and this experience could be so much better. Get rid of glass bottom boat as no fish to see only bottom of ocean and give more time for the ride.
Free transport to/from hotel, was about an hour trip from hotel. Small group, 11 total. Once we got there they boat you out to the platform. You can snorkel as much as you want. The Scuba Doo itself was awesome! There weren’t many fish, but saw some. The glass bottom boat wasn’t as cool as I expected. All we saw was reef. Overall, a fun experience.
The scuba doo adventure was amazing! Being under the water and seeing the different fishes was a beautiful experience. The team assisting us especially the dive team made us feel safe. I never been that deep under water so it scary at first but after a few minutes I was able to enjoy the beauty of the sea under the water. The dive team did a great job If you want videos under water make sure you bring a gopro camera or your phone they will offer plastic cases for a cost so you can film under water. We only got pictures that they take we didn't get no videos. I would have like to have had videos as well. But next time I will be ready and have my gopro camera lol

Great ocean experience snorkeling on the surface and scuba doo scootering underwater. A little disorienting going under water in the pressurized helmet, then immediately going on a glass bottom boat ride, but very fun nonetheless.
Very well run and safe outfit. Experience will vary based on what fish is around, but the team tries everything to get you the best 10-15 minutes underwater - about 10-15 feet. We had a blast as a family, were let down one at a time and the team got us together underwater .. they had some fish meal to keep the fish in proximity. its a VERY easy practical first Scuba experience... lower down on a ladder and ease your head first into the bubble and sit on a scooter like seat and steer following the diver ahead.

The most memorable part of the whole trip was going underwater and still being able to breathe. I’m not a swimmer so I was pretty scared, but the staff who was under the water with me letting me know it was OK with God and there help I was OK and I would definitely do it again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had so much fun on this excursion. We both are non-swimmers so this was the perfect experience for us!!! The divers and instructors were very helpful and attentive.
Excursion started kinda slow. After an hour van ride to the Excursion spot and waiting around for another half hour, we finally started the Excursion. Got on a small boat and then transferred to the small glass bottom boat. After a little boat ride, we transferred to a floating platform. This is when the Excursion started to turn around. Saw lots of fish snorkling. The scuba-doos were amazing! All of the tour guides and divers were great! Had lots of fun! I would definitely recommend this!

Nope nope and nope. Trash and puke filled beach. No organization or direction. Shuttle service sketchy. Didn’t feel safe. Very poorly run. If you have trouble with balance do not go. You have to transfer boats 5 times. From beach to shuttle boat to jelly bean glass bottom boat to the platform back to a transfer boat and from a boat back to the beach. Says half day tour, it is not. We were gone 3 hours that is counting the 30 minute commute from the hotel each way.
