Our trip from the resort in Punta Cana to Santo Domingo was seamless and enjoyable. Our driver Jose Miguel was highly professional and made us feel safe the entire journey. He even arrived before the scheduled time, making our departure very convenient. The vehicle was clean, the service was friendly, and we arrived at our destination ahead of schedule. It was a fantastic value for the money.

Everything was amazing! He was patient with us while we went thru customs! And came and got us! Highly recommend

Drivers were on time and very friendly. We went from SDQ to the Riu in Punta Cana so it was about a two hour and fifteen minute drive and we selected the round trip option. Would recommend, company is trustworthy and works well with your schedule!

Very reliable. Great communication and nice car. The driver really wanted to please and was great about staying in touch with us as we took forever to get through customs.

Driver was polite and on time.m despite my flight being at 6 in the morning 2 hours away! They accommodated me when a lot of other companies wouldn’t or would charge me an arm and a leg. I would utilize this company again!

I reached out with a concern about drop off location, and Hector reached out promptly to assist. Very happy with service

The vehicles were clean, air conditioning was Antarctica cold and the drivers we friendly, We had Carlos as our driver going back and he took care of us, definitely will be booking with them again and shout out to Yuleidy who ensured that our ride was perfect.

This was my 1st time coming to DR after missing my 6AM flight, I had to inform Carlos of the extreme delay instead of a pick up of 2PM I would now have to be picked up at “2AM” 😩 he was very patient and told me in these exact words “It's okay!!, send me the flight number and that's it, we'll wait for you as long as necessary.” Wow that is great customer service this company picked me up at 2AM in the morning and drove me to punta cana that’s a two hour drive from Santo Domingo… what can I say EXCELLENT service book with them ❤️ no worries 🥳

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Excellent VIP transfer. Our driver was courteous and drives really well. He waited for us for hours at the airport for pick up due to flight delays and he was on time at our hotel for return to airport. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service provided.

The best service!!! Very efficient and on time and polite and welcoming will be using next time! They drivers are also very nice and attentive

I don’t even know where to start, let’s start at the part where our flight was canceled and I notify the company , then they reinstate the flight and I reached out again for pick up about 2 am , the service was exceptional no frustration , everything was perfect we felt safe and secure with our driver , I would recommend this company to anyone. Service was top notch 😊😊😊☺️😊😊😊😊

This transfer service was reliable, safe and on time. The drivers were professional and accommodating to your needs.

Outstanding all around!! Great communication (via WhatsApp), clean, prompt, and a safe ride that took care of our family during our time in Dom Rep. If/when we return, we will CERTAINLY use this service again!

Juan Miguel was very patient. My flight was delayed and he waited the extra almost 2 hours until I came out the airport. I appreciated that soo much having visiting Dominica Republic for the first time. He is very warm and pleasant. 🤗

Vicente was awesome! He made our trip flawless! We had a great experience. We will keep you in mind for our next trip.

Great ride from SDQ to Punta Cana. Good communication and it was easy. I would use them again and recommend

This was the most flexible and useful service this far. They were very professional and on time. Very responsible and responsive through chat. Used the service from Airport to SD, SD to Punta Cana, and back to SD. They were always early and helpful.

Contact at the airport was not well coordinated, but safe and reliable driver. overall, good quality price.

Driver did not speak English at all and it was very expensive Cut a road with another couple but instead you try to get more money out of us by getting 2 vans. thought that was kind of a joke

Carlos is the BEST. Super friendly, he made our 2 hour ride super fun and nice. His car is super comfortable.

Excellent service! Always watch for all of us despite arriving on different Flights! We were picked up at the airport gate and taken straight to our accommodation! Very attentive 100% recommended

Super services à l’heure avec une pancarte à notre nom. Super chauffeurs à l’aller comme au retour impeccable
