Roundtrip Private Transfers From Punta Cana Airport (Puj)

When the driver picked us up from the airport. HORRIBLE!!!!!! Instead of him picking us up in the ac van he made us walk 2 blocks away from the airport in the heat sun all out. Meanwhile other pick ups was right in front of the airport. Disappointing.

Did round trip private transport between the Punta Cana airport and Cap Cana. Both drivers were kind, helped with luggage, and were good drivers. Messaging the company via WhatsApp was great. Abundant communication helped make sure we knew where to be and when.

We arranged a transportation from PUJ Airport to Grand Sirenis Resort and back. The service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Julio Rodriguez, who was exceptionally professional, reliable, and courteous throughout the entire experience. Traveling as a group of 15, we truly appreciated how smooth and well-organized everything was. The transportation was punctual, comfortable, and handled with great care. We were especially impressed by their willingness to accommodate our last-minute booking without any issues. Wonderful experience- received great service! Our flight got delayed on the way to Punta Cana- they check the flights arrival and wait for you right outside with the IPad that has your name on it. The drive was easy, safe, quick, and the driver had cold water bottles for us. On the way back they were waiting right outside the check out lobby with printed sign of your name. We had timely, efficient and safe drive to the airport. The price was very reasonable as well. Thank you for great communication and great service!

Alex picked us up on time and took us to our hotel. He was pleasant, well dressed and the van was spotless. We are using his service for our return trip to the airport. Reasonably priced and highly recommended.

The ride and the drivers were good. The shuttle company reached out a couple weeks before we left on vacation which I thought was pretty cool. My biggest concern was that we had no communication or confirmation on the return shuttle until the day before even after reaching out to them 2 days before. I had to keep messaging them in order to get updates right up to the point the driver arrived at our resort. It would have been nice to have a confirmation sooner in the week.

Upon our arrival at PUJ, there were many private drivers holding signs on the right-hand side outside the terminal. Unfortunately, I could not find my name or the company’s name, and it took close to an hour before we were finally connected with our driver. During that time, I had to call Julio, the owner, to let him know I was waiting at the Tour Operator desk (located outside) for pickup. Eventually, a tall driver named Chai—who was professional and friendly—came to the desk holding a sign with my name. The situation was slightly distressing, as I walked back and forth carefully scanning for both my name and the company’s name. From my understanding, my sign was positioned inside rather than outside where most of the other drivers were located. It would be much more effective for drivers to hold signs directly in front of the exit where guests first come out, or to call out the guest’s name, as the area can be very crowded. I had requested water bottles upon arrival, and Chai kindly provided them. Our return transfer with Joel was also professional and friendly, and we arrived at the airport a few minutes earlier than scheduled, which made me feel very comfortable. Julio, the owner, is extremely professional and communicative and speaks English very well. He stayed in contact throughout our stay in Punta Cana. Despite the initial pickup confusion, I would recommend his private transfer company to anyone seeking direct, reliable service to their hotel.

The drivers were punctual and courteous, the cars were fine. We also did a group tour of Santo Domingo through them, but I wouldn’t recommend that. I think that they just acted as an intermediary. The driver was late, the bus was old and we had difficulty understanding the guide. If you want to visit Santo Domingo, seek out other options.

Julio the manager was very attentive with our travel schedules and made sure to include two car seats for my kids that I forgot to request until the last minute. I even asked them to do a separate private transfer the day before leaving (the previously booked company marked the transfer scheduled for 7/5 completed on 7/1 & never answered any of our inquiries). I gave a 5/5 review mostly for our return transfer to the airport. The arriving transfer wasn’t terrible but the driver wasn’t the most friendly or professional and the condition of the vehicle was just ok. However, our transfer back to the airport was amazing. Our driver arrived early, looked very professional and the vehicle was impeccable. We felt safe, although most drivers there are crazy! We would definitely recommend using this service and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks to Julio for arranging everything for us!

This is one of the best car services we’ve booked on our trips. The driver was on time and he took us to the van where he blasted the A/C. Punta Cana is so hot that we were dying by the time we got to the van. We appreciate the driver having cold water for us. On the way back, he was on time as well. On the way to and from the airport we talked about the country and things we could do and see. We’re very happy with the service and recommend it 100%!

We booked round trip transportation. The company reached out via text prior to our trip. Upon arrival it was a little hard to find our driver but I finally did. Safe ride to the reset. Upon our departure date the driver did not arrive at the scheduled time of pick up. I texted The company and was told there was a mix up of the time, they were sorry and a driver was on the way. The driver was there within 15 minutes and we made it to the airport on time.

I highly recommend this company for your transfer. The last 2 years the company I used was never on time either at the airport or to bring us back. With this company, they were at the airport waiting for us and was on time when it was time to pick us up at the resort.
