Round Trip Punta Cana Airport Transfers - Private/vip

Jesus arrived to take us from our resort to the airport. He was actually early which was great because we were ready to go! Good communication.

I booked this transportation on the advice of a travel blogger on YouTube. This could not have gone any better! Great communication prior to and upon my arrival! Seamless transfer! It was a mad house upon leaving the airport and was so happy to see my name on the Maga Tours clipboard 😊

Avoid MAGA Tours. I booked an airport transfer under a listing explicitly titled "Round Trip Punta Cana Airport Transfers - Private/VIP". However, as soon as we got on the bus upon arrival, the operator informed me that they would not provide the return trip to the airport unless I paid an extra $20 in cash, claiming a "Viator website error." The exact same listing has remained active with the "Round Trip" title for days. They intentionally use "Round Trip" in the main title to get bookings, then try to shake travelers down for extra cash under the table once you arrive. I refused to pay their unauthorized cash surcharge and had to book my return transportation with a different, honest company. To make matters worse, after filing a formal complaint and dispute with Viator, the company refused to reimburse me 50% of the fee for the return trip they failed to provide. Complete bait-and-switch and zero customer protection from Viator. Save yourself the headache and book with a different company directly.

I purchased a round trip transfer from the airport to Dreams Macao Beach. The company gave me a great price and even a better one if I paid cash, which I did. We waited a bit for our driver to get us at the airport due to traffic but it was smooth sailing after that. The driver picked us up at the hotel exactly on time. Both were pleasant and professional. The vehicles were clean and comfortable. We will use them again!

We had a fantastic experience with this private shuttle service in Punta Cana! From start to finish, the communication was clear, prompt, and professional. Our drivers were friendly, courteous, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the ride. On our way back to the airport, the driver was running just a few minutes behind but took the time to message us and keep us updated—so appreciated! The vehicle was clean and cool, with amazing air conditioning, which was a huge plus in the Punta Cana heat! Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for reliable and friendly transportation. We’ll definitely use them again on our next visit!

The driver arrived punctually and conducted themselves in a professional manner. They confirmed my airport pickup the day prior. Upon pickup, they verified my return flight details and scheduled the pickup from the hotel to the airport.

Great service! Easy to contact, communicated effectively, and were timely. Had a sign with my name while coming out of the airport, took us directly to Excellence El Carmen. As well as communicated with us a day before departing to confirm details for timely arrival to airport for returning flight.

Convenient, affordable, safe, comfortable and well organized. Our driver messaged us when they were waiting at the airport prior to us landing with a picture of them holding the sign with my name on it and kept in constant communication with us until we picked up our luggage and made our way out to him. He was super friendly and got us to our resort quickly and safely. When it was time to head home, they messaged us a day prior to our departure with expected pickup time and then again when they arrived at the hotel lobby entrance - on time. The driver was again super friendly and got us to the airport with more than enough time for us to catch our flight home. I will be recommending their service to family and friends and will continue to use them for my next trip to Punta Cana.

I have to say that Sebastian and Daniel with their good personality made our trip a pleasant time! They shared with us a lot about their culture, they were very friendly and from the moment they received us at the airport they treated us with a lot of professionalism .. I usually do not leave review but these guys deserve it. They are 100% recommended.
