Round Trip Punta Cana Airport Shuttle

The travel company showed up 35 minutes late, and did not communicate with us . Their explanation - traffic was heavy.

10/10 Marley was the best person we met there. Helped us book tours and even took us to get souvenirs. I much recommended them

The pickup from the airport was straight forward and we had no issues. However the shuttle service I purchased stated “round trip”. There is nothing round trip about it as I have had no contact or confirmation in getting picked up from my hotel and taken to the airport. Also they marked my booking as complete.

We had an amazing and professional experience. Sebastian is super sweet and attentive, had a great conversation during our short wait pick up to the hotel. The drive was also pleasant and spoke about the new construction in Punta Cana. I highly recommend them A+

Our experience with Vacation Shuttles of Punta Cana was excellent. We were greeted with our name on a sign once we arrived. Our driver was waiting on us outside. If you have not experienced a van ride in DR just know the rules of engagement are different for traffic there. But we felt safe on both the departure and the return. Both drivers were very friendly, which we discovered is a common trait of the Dominican Republic. English was pretty good but there is always Google translate if needed. We will use Vacation Shuttles on our next DR trip. Highly recommended.

Great service. Was waiting at airport and even called to check on us while in customs line. Also picked us up when going home on time at the hard Rock.

This company was amazing. They texted to confirm the day prior, the second we stepped off the plane the driver was there holding a sign with my name so we didn't have to go looking, helpful with luggage and info on Punta Cana. On the return trip they texted again day in advance to confirm pick-up, arrived exactly on time and again, assisted with luggage. Friendly, responsible for reservations and great drivers. I would use them again the next time I go!

Both roundtrip transfers were great! Very happy with service. Our departing transfer from Excellence Punta Cana to the airport was great. Our driver was a Steelers fan (God help him, haha) - he was great to chat with on the way back to the cold weather!

They never turned up at the airport on arrival, said they phoned me, I had no missed calls, I walked up the line of drivers holding names on 4 times, definitely not there. I decided not too take a chance on them letting me down on my return journey so decided to get the TUI bus. Take my advice stay well away from the company, if you don’t want too lose money and be disappointed

Excellent service, on time in the airport (they waiting for us with a sign), on time in the hotel to get us back to the airport. I made the booking the night before after getting knowledges that we don’t have round trip transportation to the hotel, the confirmation was receive fast and they provide all we need, considering the difficult to walk from my parents and Myself. No waiting at the airport. The driver was waiting for us with a sign with my name on it and he was a nice guy.

Transfers were seamless, on time, professional, and spoke English which was a plus! They kept in touch via texting which was nice to have a point of contact. Very clean vehicle. Would recommend them and use them again!

Love the service. As soon as we landed, there was a driver waiting with our name. We did not have to wait. Love that! It was also easy to change our pickup time from the hotel to the airport on our way back home. The operator was friendly and responded immediately (we sent a message through viator). The driver was 10 minutes early which worked out great since the airport lines were insane!!! Highly recommend!

Vacation Shuttles (Driver Marly)- My wife and I were impressed with the level of service that we received. They were patiently awaiting our arrival with our name on a sign. Everything was absolutely perfect. Pick up was on time, the driver was nice and professional. We talked with him the whole ride to the resort which made us feel extra comfortable.

We used Vacation shuttles for airport transportation to and from the airport for our entire group. The transportation was provided across numerous days and times with pickups on time. At the airport and the hotel drivers were easily identifiable by holding a paper with the customer names listed. We also booked excursions (Sanoa Island, and ATVs) and I would recommend booking excursions through Vacation shuttles. Not only do you get the booking but the private transportation to the excursion without all the pickups. Once at the DR we communicated through Whats APP with ease! The drivers are great, responsive and professional. I will be using the service again.

We had a family vacation of 25+ people in our party, and Jose made our trip 10x more fun & 20x easier. Very prompt and detailed on his responses with any questions I had (there were A LOT). The shuttle service was perfect. On time, great space, clean, friendly staff, and overall service was just phenomenal. Vacation Shuttles did a fantastic job with our transportation. We had to change our flight and push back the entire trip by one day due to being stranded with the hurricane that hit Florida in November. I reached out to the company and spoke with Jose, who is based in Fort Lauderdale if I'm correct. He adjusted everything at no additional cost. When we arrived in Punta Cana, I didn't see the driver that was supposed to pick us up (miscommunication within the company) so I called Jose and he said that he was sending another driver and for me to text him a picture of myself. I did that and 5 minutes later a driver showed up and showed me my picture on his phone. He happened to be a police officer. Took us to the resort expeditiously and when they brought us back for the return flight 4 days later it was smooth sailing. I highly recommend this company!

Good service and on time to pick up at an airport. Driver was not understood English, his was driving fast in each turn make my mom so headache.

Boa noite, lamento informar um erro grave do operador que me ajudou pelo chat. Eu informei, muito claramente, que desejava um transfer ida+volta (round trip) entre o aeroporto de Punta Cana e o Catalonia Bayahibe. Pedi, e paguei ida e volta, contudo o motorista informou que apenas tinha sido pago um percurso. Como aconteceu isto? Muito grave. Agradeço a vossa posição sobre esta irregularidade.
