Reliable Private Transfer In Punta Cana

We had an excellent experience with High Level Transport for our round-trip transfer between Punta Cana Airport and our resort in Miches. Communication was great from the moment we booked until the end of our trip. They were always quick to respond, confirmed everything with us, and both pickups were right on time. Saúl was our driver on the way to the resort and José Miguel drove us back to the airport. Both were extremely professional, friendly, and excellent drivers. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, and we felt very safe throughout both trips. Reliable, professional, fairly priced, and very easy to deal with. I would absolutely use High Level Transport again next time I’m in the Dominican Republic and highly recommend them to anyone looking for private transportation in Punta Cana.

We had an excellent round trip experience from beginning to end. We felt safe and secure traveling to a new country. I highly recommend.

Great service and friendly staff. Clean and professional. I fully recommend this service

Driver and Eduardo team is good with response. I would recommend you to contact them.

On time. Driving was great. Price is reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Everything was accurate, the price, the wait, the communication, everything. They are very reliable.

Excellent service quick and available on short noticed used service 3 times no issue will used again in the near future.

I booked my excursions with Christo. He was very professional and offered me my best options. He also checked in with me daily to confirm my transports and to make sure everything went smoothly.

We spent a week in Punta Cana and the agent Christo was so helpful, he went above and beyond to help, put together an itinerary and make us comfortable. We had so much fun with the drivers and the tour guides like Eloi and Roberto. If we come back to Punta Cana, we would definitely be booking with them again.

The service was good! They took us to the resort and back to the airport with no issues.

The pick up process was extremely easy! We got out of immigration and they were waiting for us. Eduardo and his team were professional, friendly and amazing drivers. I enjoyed speaking with him about the area, things to do while in the Dominican Republic. I recommend his services to everyone we had a great experience.

Eduardo and his team are very professional and were accommodating to our needs. Our flight was almost 2 hours late and they held our transportation without any compromise. We also were able to request a custom pick up time. Great team, great service. Good way to start and finish our time in DR.

my pick up and drop off was super easy. the drivers were always on time. i felt safe. thank you for taking care of me on my visit to the DR. Mi recogida y devolución fue súper fácil. Los conductores siempre fueron puntuales. Me sentí seguro. Gracias por cuidarme en mi visita a República Dominicana.

A very reliable service. Communication with them was very easy. They were very prompt to return answers to any of my questions. They were also very fleas we had an hour flight delay. Our driver Aneuris was a lot a fun. He made the trip enjoyable.

Very easy and professional service and transportation to get to the hotel . I totally recommend it to anyone who wants to visit PUNTA CANA

Good transportation from the airport. Great service. Reliable and fast to answer when we needed to be somewhere. Overall good experience.

Need better instructions on where to meet. But took 30 minutes to discover they were at counter 8. Everyone was very nice.

This operator is extremely impatient. I asked to reschedule the time and they agreed. I confirmed with them multiple times to ask them not to leave me. At the second reschedule, I messaged them to confirm the pickup and that I could be running a little late. Only to find out they weren't even there but made me panic for no reason. Then, afterwards they asked for my feedback, and said, "desperately called me" - this is how they talk about customers. They made me believe they would leave without me and understandably I wanted to ensure that didn't happen and it turns out they weren't even there. See attached screenshots from the operator

Vehicle was comfortable and clean. Trajectory felt safe. Commumication was easy. Price was good. Driver was polite and helpful.

Eduardo drove us to the airport with urgency cleanly and navigating through the chaos of what seemed to be standstill traffic. He saved us at least 5 minutes on a 30 minute trip. The music was also lovely for my girlfriend and I.

I made a booking few hour prior. The driver message me right away after my reservation. The driver showed up 15min before the time. The driver was very friendly. I would highly recommend to use this service.

Even after being confirmed of pickup including flight number and time the driver was a no show. This led to much confusion and it took an additional 35 minutes to find a representative and eventually get our transfer.

Great comunication and great service. Very friendly and helpful. Recommended. Fast service and assisted us with the luggage.

The airport transfer service gave us Great service at a reasonable cost. Very prompt and good communications. Highly recommended.
