With Jeudi the tour guide, that was so wonderful, we like this tour and recommend it to all.

We never actually went on the excursion because no time for pick up was given after many attempts of asking both the tour company and Viator. I had booked this tour 2 1/2 days prior. As soon as I booked it, I looked for the pick up time. Usually it is very clear. I couldn't find it and reached out to the tour company. No response. Tried again. Nothing. Reached out to Viator. They tried to reach the tour company and also got no response. So they tried again upon my prodding. Nothing. At NO time during any of these interactions with Viator, did they say, "oh, by the way, it is normal to not have a pick up time because they will let you know the night before". Not one person conveyed this to me. So, I continued to contact both but we are now at about 6:00pm the night prior. My family is expecting to go Zip Lining in the morning. I had to contact a different company and pay twice for the same excursion. I'm at the zip lining facility and I get a text that they are at our hotel to pick us up at 10:30 am. So they clearly had my number to text but chose not to. When I showed Viator that even on the app the time of pick up still showed 00:00, they told me that since the tour company came to pick us up, they are not refunding my money! This is unacceptable and Viator should be help accountable. Do not use this company! Unless you just have time to wait around for them to decide they are ready for you.

It was a lot of fun, scenery beautiful and the staff were organized and very safe. I’m glad we went. The zip line course took approximately 45 min.

Tour guides were absolutely amazing! I lost my phone on the ATV tour and they went back with me and my husband to help me find it! The price is great for all the activities you get!

First time Ziplining and it was the best. Definitely one of the most freeing adventures to date. Professional from pick up to drop off.

All the activities were very fun. We were a bit unsettled by the treatment of the horses. They were definitely underfed and their guides were quite rough. There was no quick jump

My experience was excellent! The price for all the Excursions where approximately $500 US dollar for all 3. The length of the visit was approximately 3-4 hours. Hood vibes only. Food was amazing. Staff and crows was excellent

Our tour guide Jeudi was great, he gave us all the information we needed right away, he was very upfront about anything that might come up or happen as well as best places to get souvenirs. The excursion itself was great and well led and set up. The food might have been one of the best I’ve had this trip!

Eloi was amazing! He made sure we were all comfortable the entire time and anything I needed he was willing to help with! For the activities that I was nervous about, he provided me with a partner so that I wouldn’t be as scared! He even helped me practice my Spanish the whole time! Everyone was so very nice and understanding, I would definitely come back :))

Eloi was our tour guide! He was so much fun. He explained everything every step of the way. He was attentive and was eager to answer any questions we had. We horseback road, zip lined and road dunebuggies.

If you want the real zip line experience book with them. Friendly , safe, amazing. Our experience since we were picked up was incredible. We rode in a Van with AC , our driver was very friendly and on time. Thanks. We will come back and do it again.

Jeudi did a great job explaining everything in detail to make sure we were safe and had fun. His English was great since I speak limited Spanish. He guided us between the various activities to make sure we stayed on track. He was great!
