Horrible experience do not book work them , Not only do they bring a saleswoman along with you for your entire way to your hotel , When it was time to come pick me up they did not come they lied to me and said they were actually at my hotel , Then after playing on the phone with them for about 20 minutes they admitted that they were still 45 minutes away what kind of business is this

Getting picked up and going to hotel was fine! Just know that on your suppose to be peaceful ride you will have someone in the vehicle with you guys trying to get you to book excursions through them or trying to get you to go do a timeshare. My biggest issue is our driver almost had us late for our flight! He came late picking us up, and when I called the company “about 10 times “ nobody answered! Why would you have us at the airport 30 mins before boarding knowing we have to go through security etc. If we didn’t pay extra in airport for a fast past we would of missed our flight! I do not recommend this company if you are trying to get to airport on time! They are not reliable

No show at the airport, no one there to greet us. Another company helped me contact this company. They finally showed up in a Multi passenger van after the other company helped me reach them. The driver contacted me the day before with his information and show up in the SVU that was expected. Not sure if I would use again, not when you expect services promised to meet at the airport. Not sure if they received the correct info from Tripadvisor.

Ride provided from the airport to the hotel was not relaxing. It was constant questions on our plans and resulted in attempts to sell multiple excursions. After booking one excursion they were late, after stating the pickup time multiple times. Then the price increased “for transportation” after specifically asking if it was included in the quoted price and we were told yes. It was a different car which would have been fine if 3 adults didn’t have to squeeze into the backseat. I received multiple calls and texts about additional excursions throughout the duration of the trip. When it came time to receive a pickup time for transportation back to the airport it became hard to get anyone to respond. After calling multiple times and confirming a pickup time, the next day we were told we would be picked up later than what was confirmed and when I vocalized concern I was told it wouldn’t make a difference. We were already cutting it close so had we not went ahead and booked our own transportation to the airport we would have for sure missed our flights.

The driver was not at the pickup location. I messaged the company through Viator and did not receive a reply until almost 15 minutes AFTER our scheduled pickup time. They offered an excursion to make up for their error.

Natalia was our driver and she is now my titi! I love her! She took us to the hotel and told us if we needed anything to call her, so I did. I asked her to take me shopping and to get some tacos. Natalia did just that! She drove us around and showed us Punta Cana stopping at the beach on the way to show us the fresh fish they catch daily. I really had a great time bc of Natalie. I will always use her! She has such a beautiful spirit.

Our experience with the agency was amazing! We made excursions to Saône Island, Parasailing and Monkeyland, and all exceeded our expectations. The guides were attentive, friendly and punctual. Everything was very well organized, from transportation to every activity. Saône Island is a paradise, the parasailing was exciting and the visit to Monkeyland was very fun and educational. I recommend the shuttle service in Punta Cana for its efficiency and quality. During my experience, we were taken to two excellent places to buy souvenirs at affordable prices, where we were also given samples of Mamajuana and coffee, which made the visit even more special. We were also taken to a local restaurant with delicious and affordable food for only $5. The city tour was very enriching, with a friendly guide who shared information about the culture of the country while enjoying typical music. Undoubtedly a complete and highly recommended experience.
