Alot of walking. Main waterfall pool has strong chlorine usage. Blue whole and cave swim were worth the walk.

The park itself is fun. My suggestion would be show up 20 minutes sooner than the operator says because ours left 1 minute after the arrival time when they said it was a 5 minute grace period.
It was amazing! Let me tell you now, wear your tennis shoes because the terrain is very rugged in many areas heading to the different events. The monkeys were very cute, the cenote jump was so much fun and the zip lining was the crème de la crème for me! It was my first time and it was an experience I will never forget! I also got some pizza from the pizza place on the grounds (the Margherita) and it was DELICIOUS!!!! We met a very sweet British couple who joined my partner and I the last half of the trip! Overall, 10/10! Advice: bring a small lock for a storage and have some type of water proof casing for your phone so you can still take pics!
Amazing I go with my family and my kids love this place, pool, zip line, animals, they overjoyed everything
The best excursions in the hole Caribbean Great services All the supe línea and the water fall was amazing We are so happy
Very scammy! I would gave 0 stars if I could’ve. We were told to arrive at meeting point at 8:15, which we did and no one was there to pick us up. They wouldn’t give us a refund because the vendor sent a “timestamp” with no date, stating they were there at 8:18. Mind you, we sent screenshots texting the person that was suppose to pick us up that we were waiting; time stamped for 8:20. This was within the 5 min “grace period they supposedly give. There was no communication; very disorganized and rude. An Atlas rep also told us it was messed up and didn’t understand why the person left before 8:15.
Our family and friends visit to Scape Park was a wonderful discovery that Cap Cana offers more than beautiful beaches and great hospitality. It also offers an amazing adventure one can share with loved ones. I really enjoyed the experience of spending quality time with family and at the same time discovering some adventurous treasures like ziplining and cenotes in a beautiful natural setting. It was an unforgettable and refreshing way to spend a day in Cap Cana… We were so busy enjoying that I think I only took a photo of a bird… an experience I’d happily recommend.
They informed the night before about Pickup at 8h15, i was there at the time scheduled and 5min later sent them a message saying i was still waiting. A hour later they answered with pictures of the entrance but no time frame or something to show they were there at the time they Said. Refused to Pickup and Said that i could still go there at my expense. Bad costumer service and bad transport organization. Dont recomend it. Asked for refund.
The high rope obstacle course was challenging but fun - the zip wires weee great you just followed on one to the next - the whole park was amazing definitely recommend
There is no one to guide you, you must find everything on your own, you have to walk between 35-40 minutes between each attraction, climb mountains of pointed stones, we arrived at 9 in the morning and left at 4 in the afternoon and we could only do one attraction because almost everything was closed, the employees all on their phones and ignore you, I lost a day of vacation and 400 dollars
This was a superb experience!!! I totally enjoyed the Superman ride and the blue cenote!!!! Would definitely return.
This was on ok experience. Overall the place was confusing to navigate, and felt like all the experiences were a couple minutes of fun, then done. Cave tour was great, Blue hole was cool (quick). From Alto-Vero hotels its a LONG day. Ended up taking Uber home 2 hours early.
Very fun experience! Booking the shuttle was easy too. Our resort was not on the pickup list so we ended up choosing the location of the closest resort & emailing them after. They immediately responded & changed our booking so we could be picked up at our resort. Make sure to be on time! The park itself is a cool experience. Make sure to bring water shoes. You can buy lockers there if needed. The restaurant there is pricy but surprisingly good. We enjoyed the traditional Dominican dish.
The best experience for my kids, they enjoy everthing.
We had a nice and exciting day at Scape Park. We booked direct on their website with transfer, which was precise. After entrance - which went fast, we had to buy locker and swimshoes, so if you don’t want to purchase there, bring with you. They have a big souvenir shop too. We could go independently, so we checked the opening times for each attraction and go around. There was not so much people so we didn’t have to wait. The zipline was fantastic, as well as the blue hole. We ate lunch at the buffet, it was good enough, saw the animals on site. The iguanas could be presented more strikingly, we noticed their place by chance. After a coffee and fruitshake at the end we did the superman zip. Amazing. Get ready, you have to go up a lot, I mean a LOT, but it worth! After the whole day we left at 4pm with the same transfer. We’re glad that we did it.
Very good experience. I did this with my 14 year old son who loved it and done most of the driving. Pick up and drop off was prompt with a very friendly driver. Would definitely boom this to do with my other children if I return
I went with my family and had a blast. One of my favorite things to do is zip lining, so I truly enjoyed the zip lines that they offer in this park. I think that they schedule things out pretty nicely, and everyone is so warm and welcoming and attentive. It’s already my third time within the past five years going, and it never disappoints. Thank you to all staff for being so kind, warm, and attentive.
We paid $676 for 4 tickets directly through the park via PayPal, but we never received the tickets.
I would not recommend Scape Park for Americans/English-speaking travelers. We recently went as a group of 5 and discovered that most staff spoke almost no English or very poor English. As a result most instructions were via pointing which can be very dangerous based on the activities provided (i.e. ropes course 30 feet in the air, ziplines, climbing, spelunking in caves, etc). Additionally, we found key attractions closed for the day, including Cliff Hanger, which were not announced when we purchased our tickets, yet we paid full fare. Lastly, we encountered multiple safety concerns. One example was their Cave Expedition Tour's where you walk inside an lightly-illuminated natural cave with uneven ground and walls with tarantulas roaming free, etc. Should be cool, right? However, on this tour, the lights were malfunctioning so it was pitch black. In lieu, the Guide brought a small flashlight as the sole source of light for the entire group! The footing is a natural cave and therefore unstable, wet, and slippery. As a result, one of our party tripped and cut herself as a result. Although I found it awesome to have tarantulas potentially lurking around every next step or on the wall I was holding onto, some of the rest of my party really, really didn't appreciate that which led to a less favorable experience for them. More importantly, when I provided these 3 pieces of feedback to my booking agent (TUI), it was passed to Scape Park. However, instead of acknowledging or correcting any of the measures, Scape Park's leadership instead denied that they ever happened -- stating that Cliff Hanger was in fact operational (it was not and was denoted as Closed by all staff for the entire day upon check-in), the lights in the Cave Expedition were in fact working (they were not, we have photos), and that signs were posted around the park in English as their defense for the absence of English speaking staff throughout the Park. In fact Scape Park leadership went further and accused us for not immediately reporting the slip and fall in the Cave to their front desk (other side of the park). To cut to the chase, there are a lot of options in the Dominican Republic for thrill seekers and to be honest, most of Scape Park's attractions are actually small and subpar (i.e. by comparison to a proper standalone zipline Park, a standalone ATV experience, or the more authentic and larger attractions at Xcaret Parks near Cancun by example). As a result, Scape Park's attractions are best for children 8-12 or adults who are more risk averse (scared) of larger rides. It's not a great fit for younger kids (who wouldn't be permitted on many attractions), teenagers (who will find it a little boring), seniors (a lot of slippery ground and safety concerns), adults who are true thrill seekers (you'll be let down by comparison to other experiences you've had elsewhere), or people who don't speak Spanish well. By example, my son was 10 and wasn't permitted on the main Super Zipline due to size/weight, but the other attractions were timid enough for him to enjoy based on his age, but those same attractions were a little on the watered-down/boring side for the adults. Given that they bus you in at ~8-9am (Park is 60-90 minutes away) and then you can only leave at ~2:30pm or 5pm (another 60-90 minute drive back), if you aren't having a great time, it can make for a long day. If you were considering buying tickets to Scape Park, hopefully that helps you in your decision-making of who Scape Park's attractions are best suited for and considerations as it relates to your ability to communicate with staff as well as potential Safety considerations (and insight into their leadership's response if an incident were to occur).
Extremely exhilarating experience. Breathtaking. Professional guides. Low challenge level, but still gives you a can conquer anything attitude
Absolutely amazing! So much fun! Highly recommend. We had a blast. We forgot our towels, but never felt we needed them. I highly recommend you bring water shoes. My daughter ruined her Nikes as she had nothing else. Please don’t skip the superman zip line. That was absolutely the best zip line ever, we have done so many in our life, but this was by far the best! The rope running was so much fun as well. Do it in the morning as the first thing before you change into your swimwear. The ropes and harness will burn if you just go in your bikini. Amazing!
Its a really nice place! But why you guys only offer interaction with parrots in morning time? I missed it
We booked to visit the ScapePark through a vendor at our resort. In comparison to booking several different activities individually, coming here was a good value. We did the Buggies, took photos with the parrots, saw the squirrel monkeys, walked through Iguanaland, did the EcoSplash zip line, and swam in the Blue Hole Cenote. Going on a Friday means there was less crowds. Pay attention to the schedule because certain activities are only available at certain times. It is advisable to bring a small lock to place your belongings in a locker, bring a waterproof pouch for your phone to hang around your neck and water shoes or comfortable sandals that will not come off your feet. The walk to the Blue Hole Cenote is almost half a mile trek through uneven jungle terrain. It's a beautiful walk but long, so if you have limited mobility or balance issues I suggest asking about the shuttle that will take you to the Blue Hole. The staff were all nice and answered questions. On a couple of the EcoSplash zipline platforms there was the distinct smell of marijuana. It is unknown if this smell was from the young men operating the zipline or if it was other guests. However, since the EcoSplash has you getting wet I have a hard time envisioning a guest carrying around a marijuana blunt, but that is purely my speculation. The people I went with tired quickly, were not fans of stairs and so we left on the 2:30pm bus back to our resort even though I would have wanted to explore further and get on the Superman zipline. Highly recommend staying all day to get your money's worth. The photo package will be more valuable the longer you stay and have photos taken.
This place was amazing, the kids enjoyed taking pictures with the monkeys and the parrots. They loved swimming in the blue hole. I believe the price was well worth the experience. Its definitely a big place that requires some walking but they do have someone who can bring you to different parts of the park.
A great day - so much to do! Note, there is a lot of walking to get to the center and the cave swim, the maps are not to scale. There are shuttles, so take advantage of that if hiking is not your style.
One of the best activities to do in Punta cana scape park got everything
I had an amazing experience on this tour! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. The places we visited were absolutely beautiful, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated the professionalism, attention to detail, and the positive atmosphere throughout the day. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Thank you for making this such a fantastic day—I would definitely do it again!
Went with my family to the park the park is very large with all sorts of activities to do. We walked to the blue water hole, wich was a long walk through the jungle. Zip line we fun aswell.
A great experience for all ages. It wasn't to crowd for the day I visited. The staff is helpful. All in all I'll do it again n maybe next time try do all the rides
I have to say they were very accommodating because my husband wasn’t feeling well (due to over indulgence from the night before) the day we were suppose to go but they rescheduled us for the following day. They picked us up from the hotel and were dropped off at the entrance. We waited for a hour to get into the park. I think they needed more people to check in everyone waiting or if it was because we had to write our names and age on the form they had. We were told us we needed to purchase a lock to secure our items but honestly we could have carried our back pack and left it on the side by a rock or on a chair, like many people did. People were very respectful of items left on the side. This is a very active experience a lot of walking and going up and down stairs to do some of the activities. We had an amazing time and the places we saw were absolutely beautiful!! We truly enjoyed this excursion and highly recommend Scape Park!!
Left the hotel at 850, picked up 6-7 more hotel guests and didn’t arrive until 1045. Then the check in process took another 30min. We finally got in around 1130! Wish we had a full day vs half day bc they close at 430. Still had a blast! They nickel and dime you to death… so many “upgrades” or equipment needed to buy for things:
Booked via tui rep in hotel slightly higher prices than other options. Waited 45 mins on arrival in a queue to get wristband and sign in before entering. $5 for a locker padlock, you can take your own. Bring towels, suncream, money, water shoes, swimwear, water case for phone, hair band for long hair. Lots of steps to climb to reach the zip lines, lots of walking around the park as all spaced out. Very safety conscious here which is great, helmets required in cave and on some zips, lunch ranges from $8 for hot dog and chips and upwards you can have burgers, chicken wings, ribs. Plenty of drink stations around the park roughly €4/5 a time for water or Gatorade. Staff around to help if you need it all very friendly. Obviously the super ride was the best bit flying like superman 80ft in the air down a zip at speed up 75kmph. They have go pro you can hire for the ride to get a good video. Monkeys, turtles, Iguanas, snakes all here to see (like a mini zoo) Option to add many extras to your day inc boat ride, buggy’s and lots more. All in all a tiring but very enjoyable day.
Scape park lived up to all the hype! Such a blast and a must do when vacationing in the DR! Driver prompt and made to travel a breeze.
This was amazing, we would do it again
We visited Scape Park as a family of four with two older teens (16 and 18), and we had an absolutely brilliant time. If you have active kids and want an action-packed day, this is exactly what you are looking for. The park is full of great activities, from standard zip lines to jumping into natural lakes and swimming in the beautiful blue cenotes. The absolute highlight of the day for us was the Superman zip line. You launch from so high up that we actually had hawks soaring right alongside us as we flew down — a truly unforgettable experience! A few practical tips for anyone going: be prepared for a lot of walking, and water shoes are an absolute essential, so make sure you bring a pair. The logistics were completely stress-free. Communication was great from the start, and our hotel pick-up and drop-off transport was perfectly on time and well-organized. We were also really pleasantly surprised by the food. Theme park food can often be a letdown, but the offerings here were much better than expected — the fresh chicken and rice was genuinely delicious. Overall, an amazing, adventurous day out. Highly recommended!
Everyone inside the park is amazing but in hammock are i think his name is Jeremy he did everything to found my glasses. I call him my angel. I believe the people training all the workers at the parks nail it they are amazing. They all treat all like queens and kings, but I am very sure the story does not have the same manager. Those people are so rude (taking away the girl on the information counter she is so sweet and helpful). The people that are to help around the store are just there talking to each other, no good morning! of can I help you? The cashier never smiled, she look tired ans mad. I buy a phone cover and it was defective, I asked for and exchange she complaint and accused me of broke it. She make it hard to replace it. It was very oncomfortable. She was very mean to me. Is very sad, because the store is the 1rst thing and the last you see when you get to the park.
Theres so much to do here. We stayed with rope runners which is definitely challenging and tests your strength/determination. Zip lines go by quick but theyre cute and fun. There are also some sight seeing for animals which is always a plus. Water cave was super cold but refreshing.
Pick up was 30 mins late, had to queue for another 30 mins on arrival for wrist bands and sign waivers (surely could have done this via email day before). The park itself is fab, lots of activities to keep family happy all day. Trails were not to far to walk in between attractions and terrain wasn’t to bad. Bus journey home was a nightmare, music blasting at full volume the duration of the journey. And to top it all off, after all other guests were dropped off at their main hotel entrance, we were dropped off at resort gate and had to walk 2 kilometres to the actual hotel. Great attraction but logistics and organisation needs improvement.
This all day excursion was everything we expected and more. The company was beyond accommodating, responding to all our concerns in a timely manner. Pick up and drop off was seamless. Lockers, showers, food, & shops on site. This is perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers. Prepare to walk as you take a self paced adventure through the jungle park. We went during a slower period in July so we were able to fully explore everything with little wait.
The place was very nice but you need to be aware that there is lots of stairs all over the place and lots of walking. The waterfall was awesome! Make sure to bring comfortable water shoes and don't bring too many things with you as you will have to carry all over.
Something for everyone here: nature, animals, adventure, relaxation. Cave pool was really neat, cenote and cave nice. Iguanas are rad, monkeys and birds cute. Zip lines great. Shade trees everywhere. Some lovely views.
I loved every part of this adventure. I especially loved that you get all your photos thru out the park for a low price at $40! My only complaint is that I did not get my photos of my wife with the monkeys.😩
We had the best time at ScapePark! Worth every penny spent! We stayed for the entire day and never got bored! Lots of walking but for the amazing views it’s definitely worth it! We cannot get over how amazing our new friend LEWIS is!!! He is great, took amazing photos of us and I can never repay him our thanks and gratitude! He’s truly the best and I’ll cherish the photos he took for us forever! Thank you!
Scape park was amazing!! So much to do and the photographers were absolutely phenomenal!! We got so many good pictures and met our new friend Lewis!! He took pictures of me and my fiancé and he took the time to talk with us and made our experience even better with some great photos as well!!
We had such a memorable day at Scape Park! The Blue Hole was definitely crowded, but still a blast — the energy made it feel lively and exciting. The Cultural Trail ended up being one of our favorite parts: beautiful, peaceful, and full of fascinating history and scenery. The waterfall was absolutely stunning and offered a relaxing break in the middle of all the adventure. The cave swim was the perfect refreshing dip on a hot day, and we even spotted a tarantula tucked inside the cave, which made the experience feel even more wild and authentic. The animals were a delight — the parrots were hilarious and made for some great photos, and the monkeys were completely adorable. Our only complaint was the transportation mix‑up. Our driver gave us the wrong pickup time, so we ended up paying extra for a taxi to avoid waiting around for two more hours. It didn’t ruin the day, but it was definitely frustrating. Overall, Scape Park delivered a fun mix of adventure, nature, and culture — a great experience with just one small hiccup.
I had a blast definitely going again. 100% recommend
Scape Park was fun for the entire family! There is a lot of walking, so I highly recommend comfortable shoes/water shoes. The walk to the cenote is long, but absolutely worth it. The zip lining was a huge success with our group—They also offer a hammock zip line, which was perfect for those who didn’t want to do the larger zip lines. The kids had a blast, and there are plenty of different areas to swim and cool off. The water is so refreshing after the long walks in the heat. The scenery is beautiful, and the staff stationed throughout the park are very helpful with directions and answering questions. The only downside was that the food is overpriced. $20 for a small pizza. Overall, it’s a great excursion to get off the resort and enjoy a different side of Punta Cana. Plan for a full day—we were all so exhausted that everyone fell asleep on the bus ride back to the hotel!
This was so fun. The zip lines are a must and Lewis the photographer is amazing!
There is a little bit of everything for all ages! The staff works extremely hard to please their customers and to make sure everyone is having fun.
Amazing time the zip line laid down was class! Cave swim was cool too. Highly recommend, however I did get poorly for a whole day after swallowing a bit of water from the hanging pool jump
