Punta Cana Private Airport Transfers

Francisco was an amazing driver. He was very friendly and personable. The van was clean and cool during the hot summer months. Would def book him and Punta Cana transfers again!

I wanted to be prepared for my trip so I booked transport to and from the hotel. I waited around for a 1/2 hour, then guy who had my name on his list disappeared. I ended up taking a taxi directly. I will be requesting a refund.

Punta Cana transport, right on time at the airport and the pick up at the hotel. I would book again with this company, driver was nice clean van.

Vehicle was adequate, AC worked, no seat belts on one trip. Had some trouble with communication, especially on return. We needed to resend (round trip) reservation number on text chain, though they should have recognized my phone number and been ready. They wanted to P/U 1.5 hr later than we stated in text and they had to scramble to get us to the airport on time.

They literally DID NOT PICK US UP! 4 am time for a 6:25 am flight confirmed by text night before, but no one showed up. Called and texted without a response. We had to scramble for a taxi at that hour and it was NOT easy. Very disappointed! Don’t waste your money, you’ll need to get a taxi anyway! With kids in our party it was added unnecessary stress.

Unfortunately, I tried contacting Erika several times to arrange the pick-up time and she kept on ignoring my messages and calls. Not exactly someone I would recommend to book with.

Car service is excellent! We’ve used a few different companies in Punta, Cana, and this one is my favorite so far. Very nice vehicles, very professional drivers. Very flexible with a time change on our return itinerary, and easy to communicate with!

Outside the Punta Cana airport can be chaotic but I received a text beforehand and knew what to look for. We only waited a few minutes and then received a stemless ride from Jose to Hyatt Ziva. Would recommend and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Booked this ride from the hotel to the airport, first the driver Jose Velez, was on time, actually early! Had the iPad with my name, that was professional on my opinion. He was courteous and polite, the ride was nice, got us to the airport on time with time to spare. The van was clean too, a plus in my book!

Daniel Mora was great. He went above and beyond. Pickup and drop off was smooth. He picked me up from Punta Cana airport and dropped me off in Punta Cana and waited until I checked into hotel successfully.
