For $35 fhis experience was worth every penny. 3 stops with 25 minute rides in between. They will pressure you to make purchases at each stop but that was expected . Great tour guide. And the kids had so much fun.

Jean Carlos was an amazing tour guide ! Great experience with him and the tour
Was excellent i recommend this A1. The owner are responsable. The tour and pickup was on time . The price was great for a group.
Jon Carlo was awesome tour guide. We had a great time riding around and seeing the countryside.
We had a blast. Great time. Tour guide John Carlo was awesome!
Had a wonderful time, trip includes round trip pick up and drop off at your hotel. Reasonably priced, fun excursion for you and your family!
Lovely experience lovely stadf
Pick up- we had no issues with pick up, just beware that the drivers can’t come into some hotel areas due to privacy (hotel policy). Also beware that you aren’t the only resort they are picking up from. Drop off- now this is where it got bad, our driver never came back for us , we had to ask loads of other drivers if they would take us back to our hotel, luckily one lovely male agreed to take us for free (we tipped him due to the inconvenience). Sales- personally I enjoyed the tasting of chocolate, coffee and tea. All I said was “I don’t want to buy any” and they left me alone, don’t be scared to say no. Buggy’s- they weren’t in the best condition, most started by wires but honestly I didn’t judge, got on and still drove it with my partner but we had a main issue, our break was faulty, we didn’t massively go quick so we weren’t bothered. Until our forward pedal got jammed and we started going at full speed due to it being stuck, my partner had to slam his foot on the pedal 3 times for it to un-jam itself, it was scary due to the fact we nearly crashed into other buggy’s at full speed, I’m happy my partner handled the situation as well as he did but I feel like some people wouldn’t be able to handle it the same way. Staff- guides are lovely, funny and kind but when I had an issue with my buggy I told the guide and he said “okay” then we kept driving, we felt completely unsafe for most of the time as my partner was trying his hardest not to trigger it to jam (we still don’t know what caused this but it happened more than once and we told him that). I wish they hadn’t have brushed it off like that as we genuinely were enjoying ourselves until that point. Views- the sights were okay, if you love villages etc this is for you. Cave- it was so crowded me and my partner couldn’t get down there, we were most excited for this and we couldn’t even get to see it. Organisation- to be honest I feel like it could’ve been more organised but I feel like pick ups and drop offs make it more challenging and chaotic for it to be organised. Beach- the beach was my favourite part, I loved the bar (prices were actually okay), I loved the beach, so many places to sit. I just wish we were there longer, 20 mins didn’t feel like enough time, give us longer Pleaseeee. Pictures- the guy took pictures etc but no one told us how to get them pictures we wanted to pay for them but no one said how to. Would I go again? I would definitely go for the views and not the buggy’s, take away the buggy’s and it would be a fun experience.
This experience was great. The staff friendly and the guide (Juan Carlos) excellent. He was very accommodating and helpful.
Absolutely one of the best tours I've ever done. A complete must is you come to Punta Cana. The tour guide by the name Jean Carlos is incredible, responsible, respectful and so kind. Ask for him! Totally worth every dime says this California Girl. Have fun!
Great experience with Jean Carlos
Pickup was horrendous, waited for over an hour…but Overall, the experience was fun! They sell masks/glasses, so I recommend bringing your own if you already have them. The actual riding was nice, and I enjoyed getting to stop at different places along the way. The cave stop was cool, although the experience there was pretty quick. We also stopped to learn about chocolate and other local products. My biggest advice is to be prepared for someone trying to sell you something at EVERY stop! There’s also a photographer taking pictures of you throughout the ATV ride. The pictures were actually really nice quality, but they were expensive when offered at the end. Also, pay attention to prices and don’t feel pressured to buy. One guy tried selling me Mamajuana for around $50–$80, only for me to get to the gift shop at the final stop and see the around $15! 😂 So definitely shop around before buying anything. Aside from all the selling and some questionable upcharging, the ATV portion itself was a good time. The overall experience went by pretty quickly, but it was fun and I’m glad I did it. Just go knowing what to expect, bring what you need, and don’t be afraid to say no!
Jean Carlos is the best in the business!!!
The Tour was amazing Jean Carlos was friendly and respectful. There was no pressure to purchase additional items. He took us out and we enjoyed our time. I definitely recommend you take the tour
Super fun had a great time. Good price.
Jeffery was an amazing guide who helped us through everything
Had a great time!! Jeffery was a great tour guide!!
The tour was great I enjoyed myself
We had a wonderful day on this ATV adventure. The bikes were awesome, and we had a lot of fun getting muddy along the way. We also got to swim and enjoy some food, including chicken patties. It was a fun experience from start to finish, and we had a great time.
Jeffery was a dope tour guide and the experience itself was one not to forget
To start, was very excited for this excursion. Did similar in Mexico. That’s the highlight. Let’s start with the false add. First pick up was late. Sent multiple message to move the time earlier then they picked us up 45 minutes late. Others as well so it was poor planning. Stated they provided water included. Yet nothing. Had to pay for water which is falsely advertised. Then it doesn’t tell You to bring a mask, glasses or dust mask… but they sell you cheap glasses for $20. Again misleading ad. The buggies are in bad shape. The shops were over priced yet had more vendors stopping you while your trying to swim in the cenote which they charge to sue a life vest. Then the beach. Beautiful if you can get to the water. Vendors putting monkeys on you or iguanas then taking pictures to beg for tips. The vendors don’t let you sit without disrupting your peace. Then it’s back to the hot seats in the buggies they park In the sun. Pro tip, don’t leave anything behind because the street kids will rummage through your stuff. We stepped back early and saw it. The kids fun up and down the road trying to give you flowers for money. Or tell you how they need a dollar to eat. Kind of depressing when you’re trying to enjoy your adventure. Last, the van that picked us up, yeah the one that was late, with the right seats with bad repair and no shocks… guy just makes a random stop, gets out for 5 minutes, comes back with food and a drink while the entire van waits. Sign says no food or drinks in the cargo van. It was really a let down. So they get you for about another $40-60 dollars for glasses, masks, drinks and oh.. they need your tips! I left a request for a partial refund $30. Yeah it was denied after quick review. But they claim they want to provide great service. And customer support would like for You to book again with Viatar. Cancel and rebook if you see that. Pay extra for the better buggies. Their waiver also is sketchy. A cart in front of us crashed. The girls hit a pole and spilt open her knee. Other girls had concussions for sure. Looked like the steering broke and the cart took a hard right into a pole. Poor maintenance all around.
The tour was great! We rode the buggy’s all around Punta Cana. Our first stop was coffee place where we taste tested coffee and had mamajuana shots. Next, we rode the buggy’s to Macao Beach where you could go for a swim or enjoy some local food. Last stop we went to a cenote cave where you could jump off the cliff into a 25 foot deep cave. I did the jump and it was AMAZING!
