Great experience! Lots of travelers, we loved stopping at the cave to swim. Wish that part was a little longer! Great experience!

Transportation was provided, but we arrived late and still had to wait almost 2.5 hrs until we began the excursion. Once the excursion started, we had a blast! A few times, the buggie turned off and we needed a boost. It was fine because it didn't take away from the fun! The crew were young guys and they were on it to get the buggies going again. They seem very knowledgeable about the mechanics and we were up and going in no time after it shut off. We visited the coffee house, which was humble spot with nice locals. The Mamawana juice and hot cocoa was tasty! The swim hole and cave was exciting and cool! The local store next to the swim hole cave scammed us and stole money from our debit cards. We wanted to support local business and they took advantage of us. This by no means is against the buggies business, but I wanted to warn others. The store is called Macy's by Nicki Minaj and ran by an old full figured dark skinned woman and her minions.

Everything from the private transportation (which was on time) to the friendly guides was all excellent! The buggies were fun and easy to drive. We definitely got muddy. All the stops were well timed, and we got to hear about and taste mamajuana, natural coffee, tea,and free cigar! The cave and beach were great spots for pictures. There were handmade trinkets and souvenirs at some of the stops. We didn't feel pressured to buy, but they do appreciate the sales and will bargain. Overall, it was an excellent experience, I would highly recommend.

This package was not as advertised. We stayed at the Rui Palace at punta Cana and booked the trip online through trip advisor. We had 6 adults in our group. Trip was supposed to be 3-4 hours but ended up being 6 hours. First off, they were an hour late picking us up and we still had to go to other resorts for pickup. Trying to confirm that we were on correct shuttle was clear as we were not picked up by the shuttle listed in package. When we got to destination we were bombarded with sales pitches the whole time. NO sand dunes, no local house. The Macao beach is a public beach with over priced items for sale. Basically, we felt like they were trying to get you to buy their items instead of the nice resort where we were staying. It was nice to see outside resort, but prepare yourself. We found out that most of the trips are not as advertised. I specifically signed up for the package that didn’t have cave venture…. but that’s where we went. I think all the packages take you to the same spot! Disappointing.

Went on a Dune Buggy excursion about 10 years ago in Punta Cana and had a great time. Went this trip to take my 14 year old nephew. Wish I still new name of the other company as this one was/is a sham in comparison. 40+ buggies all in one line. Couldnt go more than 2 min before a buggy would break down and stop the whole line. Then at the "stops" it was nothing but an infomercial of people trying to sell you stuff. What should have been a 4 hour excursion ended up being 6+ hours as we had to wait, and wait, and wait. Bepo's "2 minutes" is now a punch line in my family for really meaning an hour.

Great communication. Be ready to get wet and muddy. Visit multiple locations. Overall we had a lot of fun .

This was such an amazing adventure. We had so much fun. Not only did they host the excursion, they also provided transportation. I was afraid to leave the resort but my point of contact Shephard was very communicative and made me feel very comfortable. Please be prepared to get dirty (that's the fun part). Bring water and snacks for the bus ride. Be sure to have a face covering and goggles unless you like the way dust, dirt and grime taste and feel. This company is highly recommended by my entire party!

No drinks were offered all day! Transport is late. Show us lots of places to get ripped off! Buggy in very bad dangerous limit condition!

An amazing buggy adventure! This experience was simply spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the team was very Pro and friendly. The buggies were in excellent condition, and the route we travelled was impressive. We passed through beautiful landscapes, full of nature, and had the opportunity to make a stop at a paradise beach. The adrenaline rush of off-road driving was the best! In addition, we were given time to cool down in a cave with crystal clear water. 100% recommended if you are looking for a fun and different activity in Punta Cana.
