Great experience worth the price

This tour was very well organized. I noticed that each Team member had a task and they executed well. From the boat pulled off the party started ! Music was up and drinks were pouring! Wow ! 1000% recommend. The tour was amazing! The boat ride was amazing! The crew was amazing. I would go again and again.

Waited at the collection point for one hour waiting to be picked up, nobody arrived. Tried to message the tour operator with no response. Disappointing and untrustworthy.

The transportation from hotel to tour company was less than average. Spoke with 5 different people relating to this excursion about the pick up time and area. The route was slow with no steady speed or ride. My buggy broke after the first stop. We end up only riding and not driving the buggy the last 2 remaining stop. No one ever stop and talk with us for the inconvenience. Very disappointing of the excursion hope tomorrow is better.

The buggies was the highlight of our trip. We had so much fun and the staff were amazing. They will make sure you are safe throughout the entire trip. Will definitely book again when we are back.

Taxi was late. On our way they sent a message saying they had to cancel. Got there and it would have been shortened. Decided not to go out and asked for a refund and we have been back 3 weeks and I had to go through my bank to get a refund.

The driver never showed up. I did not get to participate in this trip. I wasted my morning waiting for pickup that was provided on the website. Zero communication from the tour provider and could not get in touch with them.

My family enjoyed the buggy tour. I would definitely recommend this tour. The different stops were definitely an experience to remember.

I’m giving a 3-star review because, while the staff were friendly and the stops like Macau Beach and the cave were beautiful, there were several safety and maintenance issues. Most of the dune buggies had problems—some stopped multiple times, one had bad brakes, and many felt old and poorly maintained. There was no clear safety briefing before we started, which was especially concerning since we drove in heavy rain. When one of our group got sick and we asked to return to the hotel, our request was ignored and we were still taken to the cave, which felt inconsiderate. The cave stop also seemed more focused on selling souvenirs than the experience itself. Overall, the lack of attention to safety and guest needs took away from what could have been a great adventure.

First of all, we were not informed by the tour provider that they could not access our resort. They did email me informing me that they would be about 10-15 minutes early, I had no problem with that at all. We were in the lobby of our VERY LARGE RESORT @740am. Many tour vehicles come and go, I'm waiting and waiting, 810am passes and still waiting, I email the provider and they aren't available until 9am ! I get a message from the driver saying "We're here". I said no you're not 🤦🏼‍♀️ This is now 830am and I asked if they were at the right lobby. (Bahia Principe has 5-7 lobbies) He then tells me to come to the front gates as the DON'T have access to the compound 😡 even if we had to walk from our lobby, it would have taken another 20 minutes. I asked the bell boy bring us and got there quickly enough. I was RUDELY great by another person telling me that I "should have read the email they sent out last night about being picked up earlier" Ummm Karen, I was NOT INFORMED they didn't have access to our resort, I was NOT INFORMED we had to meet at the MAIN GATE !!! POOR communication and the buggies were garbage, the helmets we were given to wear were filthy and disgusting 🫣 Seat belts were broken and had to tie you in. AVOID this provider if you can. Cenote was way too small, people/kids begging for money, too many pushing to buy the souvenirs. Macao beach was nice, but had to get out of the buggies and walk quite a bit of ways, once there we were greeted again, more people badgering you to buy what they had. As the old saying goes....ya get what ya paid for it 🤦🏼‍♀️😔

Amazing the crew was great and friendly We had a blast we did Atv instead of buggy but those in our group on buggy’s had a great experience

Great family day out! Muddy trail so recommend ATV rather than a Buggy! Nice and friendly stuff, helpful and able to speak English as we can’t speak Spanish.

Pretty good, amazing adventure amazing, coffe, playa macao, cave taina, amazing view, excelent beach, the buggys thats very nice with coming with friends rhats alot fun drinks etc etc

Experience was great. Tour guide (Sean) was very informative and funny, recommended! Scenery and interactions were amazing. Plantation informative guide was educational and funny.

German was amazing 100/10 best tour guide. He communicated the instructions very well. I will definitely be back & bring my friends!

The experience was absolutely worth the price, as it included five incredible activities that kept us engaged throughout the day. The highlight was undoubtedly the water cave, where we were mesmerized by the stunning natural formations and the serene atmosphere. Additionally, the beautiful beach provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and fun in the sun. Each activity was well-organized and offered something unique, making the entire outing unforgettable. Overall, it was an amazing adventure that exceeded our expectations!

The best tour in PC. The guides make the experience 100 times better by taking care of all your needs. I would do this tour again every time I visit PC. I recommend it for everyone, families, couples, friends or solo you will have a blast

It was very funny but it lasts a very short time. They take you to a souvenir shop to waste time. The cave is not shocking and full of vendors who harass you, the stay there is also very short. It's fine but not excellent.

It was an excellent experience with my friends, I enjoyed everything is very father and you will enjoy it very much, do it and go to defray that trip with friends and family

Para recogernos en el hotel, la espera fue más de una hora. Tuvieron que utilizar un Uber porque la persona encargada, nunca llegò. El conductor del Uber, estuvo discutiendo con el operador, durante el trayecto por asuntos del pago y uno escuchando avergonzado. El guia, excelente! Muy respetuoso, amable y atento pero los vehículos 4x4, estaban en muy malas condiciones y en medio del recorrido se apagaban. Nos quedamos varias veces y hubo que sustituir. El camión que nos regresó al hotel, también tenía desperfectos mecánicos. No quería prender. Lo prendieron empujándolo y luego fue necesario el detenerse en una gasolinera para que le echarán agua y evitar el sobrecalenmiento. Toda una aventura! 🤷🏻‍♀️
