The communication was top notch. Received a text from shuttle first thing morning of travel. Erica was present when we arrived through airport and our driver to the hotel was so nice.

Old van with no air conditioning. 45 min ride with no AC and no water. Even the driver told us to complain to management. Plus I had to wait 15 min to the cab in the airport. When was I told someone will be waiting for me with a sign with my name on it as I arrived. Plus it would have been cheaper if I booked at the airport instead of online. I would have saved $10 each way!
Confirm the type of vehicle you want for your transportation. We ASSUMED it would be a Tahoe/Suburban/ Escalade type vehicle as in the past
Excellent service. Our guide Francisco was safe and gave us a lot of tips about the island. Erica and Eddison greeted us at the airport and got us on our way. Would definitely use this service again.
Booking was very easy. They texted us the day of and sent a picture of where they were at. I wish the instructions were a little more detailed because when we landed, we were in terminal B and they were in terminal A. Our flight was an hour delayed and when I texted the person that we had arrived, I didn’t get an answer. One of the other drivers that was parked outside called the company for us and explained where we were. They then came and picked us up very swiftly. Michael was our driver and he was amazing —-super kind and sweet. We enjoyed speaking with him and listening to music on the way to the resort. We picked the minivan and it is an older vehicle. That doesn’t really matter to us. We felt very safe and that is what mattered to us most.
Rachel greeted us as soon as we got outside and helped us with our luggage, was a great welcome. Oscar got us to the hotel quickly and efficiently. Would def recommend!
Make sure you know who the sub vendor is when booking through viator
Great experience! My flight got delayed by more than an hour and Rashel waited for me. She is very attentive and provides great service. Highly recommended!
Michael and Rachel were amazing. Michael let me control the radio on the way to the hotel and we conversed with our translators to fill in thegaps in our language barrier.

Rachael our greeter was very pleasant & helpful. We had 4 people in our group & I was worried we might be sharing & therefore making multiple drop offs, but that was not the case. Fabian our driver was also pleasant & and excellent driver. No weaving or honking like some reviews out there say about other shuttles. We booked the round trip option & had an amazing experience as far shuttles go. Highly recommend!

Was not waiting with a sign on arrival. Could not locate him outside airport and no one responded to several messages asking if they were there or where to meet. Other tour operators tried to help me locate this service and they couldn’t find them either. Ended up getting a cab for $50 after I paid $80 for this service.
