I found this company in a Punta Cana FB page and a lot of ppl recommended this company. I am so glad I booked. Very friendly and large as life. They were very punctual both ways. I would not hesitate to book again in the future.

Great service and communication from the company and driver the day of. We took a private ride from Bavaro to PUJ and everything went off without a hitch.

The best transfer service in the D.R. Always my first choice when in need of transportation . Always nice and transportation is clean

I had a very pleasant experience with my airport transport! The company stayed in communication with me to inform me of their location. They had a sign up with my name so it was easy to identify them. The car was nice, ride was smooth, and at a good price. They did not try to over charge! I also arranged for drop off the airport, different car but was same pleasant experience!

I recently used Tropical Dominican Transfer for my my transfer between the airport and my hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free

Very professional and dependable. They stayed in contact prior to my arrival and departure to ensure things went smoothly. Great drivers! Transportation can often make a vacation more stressful. That was not an issue with Tropical Dominican. Very punctual.

Excellent service! Great communication through the whole process. They established pickup times days in advance and touchbase on the day of pickup to let you know they are on there way. Very clean vehicles also.

I didn’t have a reception coming out of the airport so had to wait to get in touch with Cesar .When arriving be aware of all the drivers trying to get your service

Can't say enough about this service!! Every bit proffesional and courteous! We used him twice for an airport transfer and a ride to the a local club! He waited outside the club for 4 hours until my finace and I were ready to go! If you need a transfer or any type of ride, this company is the way to go!

The transport team was prompt, professional and the vehicle was very clean and nice. The driver was friendly and played good music for us! It's definitely better than using a bus service and sharing the ride with strangers!

Cesar transportation service was an unforgettable, top notch experience I have ever experienced since I’ve been traveling all over the world! He made it so easy to locate him through the crowd of all the other transportation companies. He made sure he was on time, made us extremely comfortable, was concerned about our safety, took us to the best restaurants, gave us options on the best entertainment places and he waited for us everywhere he took us. He’s our new brother from another mother even listened to our music in his truck. lol hands down Cesar is great at what he does! Great Transportation is #2 on my list when I travel and he made sure he provided #1 Service! My 1st travel traveling to the DR was the best and also with the help of great transportation. We thank you Cesar!

Excellent service. Ceaser was the best. Took great care of me and my group and all our needs. I would highly recommend him and his team.

From the moment we landed to the moment we returned to the airport, Cesar took spectacular care of us! He has a great heart and genuine demeanor, but it’s most important to note his due diligence in assuring every detail was qualified regarding our requests. Book this service with confidence!

Excellent service! I used Tropical Dominican Transfer for airport pickup and dropoff. I was able to schedule a ride at the last minute, yet they picked my family up on time and provided safe travel to the resort. They communicated with me on travel days to ensure all was well. I will definitely utilize their services again!

I have had the pleasure of experiencing the impeccable service of this luxury transportation company for three consecutive years, and each time has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I step into their luxurious vehicles, I am greeted with professionalism and warmth, setting the tone for a truly exceptional journey. Professional chauffeurs, elegant vehicles, and top-notch reliability. Highly recommended!

Very diligent service all the time. I have been using their services for 3 consecutive years. Every time I land in Punta Cana I also use their services to go to Casa de Campo and Punta Cana nearby areas.

Cezar is one of the best, if not the best, drivers I have ever used while traveling. I use his services every time I come to DR and I visit at least 4 times a year. He is kind and super courteous. He knows all of the best places to visit and he gets us to our destinations quickly but safely of course! I truly recommend his services! You definitely won’t regret it.

We used this company in December 2022. The ride was good, the vehicle was clean and the drivers were very professional, not to mention the price was very reasonable as we were traveling to my husbands hometown of La Romana, which is about an hours drive from Punta Cana. We will surely be using them again on our next visit to the Dominican Republic.

Very prompt and professional. The experience was awaome. Would recommend and use again. Direct transportation

I absolutely love this company! They arranged rides to and from the airport and excursions via what’s app and always answered promptly and professionally. I cannot recommend them enough!

Driver was kind and courteous. Transfer was prompt and efficient little to no wait time at the airport.

I really appreciated them being on time to take us to and from the airport. They had the sign with our name on it when we walked out so it was easy to find them! I highly recommend skipping the hassle of a taxi and booking this service instead.

Booked in advance and was happy with my outcome. Punctual, felt safe, overall great service! Highly recommend booking.

Excellent professional service! Our driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and followed all of the COVID guidelines. In addition to his welcoming personality he drove safely and ensured that we had everything set up for our pick up. The driver was punctual and had visible signs with our name both at drop off and pick up. Great communication from the company and everyone was available to answer any questions.

Excellent service. They were there early for our airport pickup and early for our trip from the hotel to the airport. We will definitely be using them on our next trip to DR.

Our driver was there at the airport waiting on us. Once in the vehicle he offered us beverages. He played the kind of music we wanted to hear. He actually became some what of our personal driver while on our vacation. He even gave us tips on excursions and places to go. This company is more than transportation! We will definitely use them again. I cant say enough about them.

My driver was perfect he was on time and knew exactly where to go.He was very courteous and kind. I felt very safe as this was my first time to DR. I will be going back to The Dominican republic in May and I will definitely be using tropical Dominican transfer as my means of transportation to and from the airport. Excellent service! I arraigned through the resort for pick up. The driver contacted me shortly after through the WhatsApp to arrange our pick up from the airport. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived holding a sign with my name on it. When we got to the hotel, the driver arraged our way back from the hotel to the airport with them. Definitely the best transportation company I’ve ever used. The driver contact me from the moment I requested transportation to mins before he picked me up. The punctuality was amazing. I will definitely be using this company again

A friend recommended Adriel’s transfer service for airport transfer. I sent him a WhatsApp message a day before we were scheduled to depart from Punta Cana and head back to the US. He immediately responded and confirmed the pick up time and price, which was extremely reasonable. Our driver-Ray- arrived early and was very polite. I will definitely use Adriel’s services if I’m traveling to Punta Cana.

Amazing service. They contacted us from the beginning through WhatsApp to arrange our pick up from the airport. They were there on time and took us to our hotel. On our way to the hotel we arrange our way back from the hotel to the airport with them. Both driver very nice and friendly. I highly recommend their services. I will personally use it again.

Best service, kind and very nice I was picked up by Ramirez Bisquelly, I’m highly recommend to use him. Also we were a few families together and each family used anther driver all of them were kind and nice.

Amazing and reliable service. They contacted us from the beginning through WhatsApp to arrange our pick up from the airport. They were there in time and took us to our hotel for a very fair price. I highly recommend their services.

The drivers our group had from the airport pickup/drop off to driving us around town to get essentials was spectacular. Always on time and available to take us to get what we needed whether it was groceries, fresh seafood from the beach or cigars the drivers knew the best places. It was even more essential since a curfew was in order so everything had to be done within a certain time frame. Could not have asked for better drivers and guides.

I first learned of Tropical Dominican Transfer through an expat when I visited DR at Thanksgiving 2019, and have been using them ever since. Friendly, punctual service in a large, comfortable SUV. Highly Recommended.

Miguel is super friendly and everytime we needed something he was there perfectly on time. Amazing service and super helpfull. Definetely recommended!
