I am satisfied with the airport transfer service! I received clear instructions and helpful text messages. The support team was always in touch and replied very quickly. The rides to and from the hotel were very comfortable. Both drivers were professional and there were no delays. Everything was just perfect. Thank you so much for the great service! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable transportation.

HQT was prompt, courteous, and quick. They got us there in the time we needed to be and did everything expected. The driver was waiting for us with a tablet with our name on it. Communication with the company occurred via WhatsApp prior to our trip

DO NOT RECOMMEND I booked well in advance with HQT transportation for r/t airport transfer and prepaid the advertised price. My spouse and I arrived at the meeting spot with our luggage to be told we owe more money or they would cancel our ride leaving us stranded at the airport. After showing me a list of names with everyone have the (same amount owed) They got someone on the phone who said they texted me that it would be more money because of distance to the hotel. I didn’t receive any such text, email or in app message. If I had I would have made other arrangements. I’ve been to DR many times and never had an issue with the other companies I’ve used. These people are crooks! NEVER AGAIN. Too bad the drivers were nice but that’s it. BAIT AND SWITCH

After 50 years of travelling and taking the transportation provided by the resort, we decided to book a private transfer with high-quality transport HQT, and our driver was great and we would definitely use this company again.

Driver arrived on time. Came into lobby looking for us.

Company tried to shake us down for an additional $60 twenty minutes before our scheduled pick up and then refused to drive us when we refused to pay more. This company is a scam and i found out the hard way that this is their regular business practice—they did this to my friends who booked a separate reservation when i had referred them to the company prior to my pick up.

A little difficult to locate provider at airport Driver was friendly. Vehicle was clean. Would use Viator again.

We were booked with another company who canceled last minute. The Viator rep booked us with them while we were sitting in Punta Cana airport. They were able to set up transportation with this company within 15 min. We used them for round trip private transportation. The drivers were friendly, on time and the vans were clean.

I’ve used this company twice for a transfer and both times were great. I forgot to write a review the last time I took it. So just wanted to write one now, as I used this company last week as well. Drivers both ways were amazing. Our driver who picked us up was great. Greeted us, welcomed us, put our bags in and took them out when we arrived at the resort. Our driver who picked us up from the resort to take us back to the airport was awesome. His name is Will. He spoke English really well, which allowed a larger conversation about Punta Cana and he provided some great recommendations. Drivers were on time for all trips. The staff who were holding our name on a sign at the airport were great too. Prompt service. Would recommend, and will use them again in the future.

Tricky pickup at the airport. They didnt meet us personally we had to go find them. However, the communication after that and the pick up from the hotel was great.

Easy to book and on time. Clearly marked pickup and led us right to our van. Being private was nice, no extra stops!

It was a very easy and seamless experience. The team at the airport, had my name and reservation displayed on my arrival. I didn’t have to wait very long for a ride.

Very disappointed with the service. The driver never showed up at the airport, leaving me stranded with no communication or support. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Arrived in DR on the 14th met with our driver outside by pick up was easy to locate short wait time and returning to the airport pick up from the airport was on time both rides were smooth both drivers were helpful, would recommend to friends and family for sure

This was our second time using HQT for transport and it went smoothly both times. Good communication, drivers were on time and friendly. Newer vehicles and the drivers drove safely. I got a round trip airport ride. Then was told it was only 1 way. Now I have to find a ride while at the resort. Not fun

I was able to book this transportation for my auntie and uncle, they where at the airport and needed a ride and this company came through to get them.

Maybe it was my mistake but I wasn’t made aware that I would need to pay an additional fee when I arrived, prior to boarding the taxi service. I was not allowed to board the taxi without pay the additional fee. I wouldn’t recommend this service. It should be completely transparent from the beginning. All fees and cost should all be included at booking.

The provider chartered me and did not show up. They sent me a text requesting almost 200 dollars more and when I responded immediately to cancel they ignored me and never showed up. I lost 58 dollars.

Easy to book and great communication. Both drivers were super friendly and helpful. A little tricky finding the right spot coming out of the airport when we landed, but you just need to keep walking and look for their signage.

Very poor experience both on collection transfer (very rude driver who when we tipped on drop off he didn't say thank you and just walked off) and then again on my return transfer to airport (initially a wrong date I entered for collection but a flight number was included which I thought was for flight checks or delays) Would never use again for my airport transfer's, the driver didn't answer phone to confirm a price as they insisted there would be a additional charge because the somebody had come to collect s day earlier so there would be a fee but never confirmed the price before we travelled and the pick up time needed to be earlier as they were insisting a 1.30pm collection for a 4.40pm flight but again driver wouldn't answer phone so we had 5 minutes to spare and had to book another taxi to get us to airport as to not miss our flight at a cost of 100 dollars (£80) I had been online with Viator since 7.30am and it took most of morning trying to resolve and chase issue (very poor) The return journey was a much more professional company so in future we would do transfers that way and AVOID doing it this way

We booked this private transfer and they communicated so well with us! We knew where to find them at the airport, they picked us up within 5 minutes of our arrival and the vans were nice and cool. The drivers were very nice and friendly, and made the 30 minute drive very fast and easy. Highly recommend and we will use them again!!

Poor communication. Can’t find a phone number or contact info. Email confirmation isn’t helpful either. I would not recommend them at all

Great experience. When you get to airport walk all the way out like your are leaving , they are a private pickup. Don’t get confused by the pick ups inside. They had a clear sign with my name , took me directly to the vehicle , and straight to me resort. Friendly & helpful

Having your name on a sign held up by a cab company in the Dominican made our transfer much less stressful.
