We were never picked up and did not answer messages or phone calls they need to be taken off the website!!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH DIAMOND TRANSPORTATION, absolutely terrible experience!!! We booked and paid for airport transportation to our resort, and once we landed, they canceled on us. We were left scrambling to find another ride after a long day of traveling and forced to pay for another ride. On top of that, we also booked two excursions through them, and they canceled on us again 10 minutes before they were scheduled to pick us up. At that point we had no choice but to book with another company and pay even more money just so our vacation wasn't completely ruined. We're still waiting on our refund and keep getting the runaround. Taking people's money, canceling their reservations, and refusing to refund them is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and book with a different company!

Booked through them, no one ever called until I got there and when i did they claimed I did not have a reservation. Showed no proof of this , asked me for cash to go to a gas station atm. Nope. Had to pay an extra $75

First, I had to track them down the day of my scheduled airport transfer in WhatsApp to get confirmation. They confirmed that I had a vehicle. Then, 10 minutes (10 minutes!!!!) before my scheduled pick-up, they messaged me that there was no vehicle to pick me up and that I should request a refund from Viator. I had to get an uber last minute. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK FROM DIAMOND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STRANDED.

Excellent communication and service with this company. Morvins was in contact with us, walked us to the shuttle and got us quickly and safely to the resort!

I recently booked Diamond Transfers & Tours for a roundtrip transfer from Punta Cana Airport to my hotel (August 29 – September 1), and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, reliable, and stress-free. Upon arrival at the airport, the ride to the hotel was safe, efficient, and welcoming—perfect after a the flight. For the return trip, pickup was punctual, giving us plenty of time to reach the airport without any stress. Communication was excellent throughout; confirmations and instructions were clear and reassuring. We had booked a private shuttle with wifi round trip to our hotel in Uvero Alto. The reason for the 3 stars is, upon arrival at the Punta Cana Airport, we were told last second as our shuttle pulled in, that there was a "change" and now we had to board a shuttle with another couple who was also going to the same hotel, and no wifi was provided. As we were entering the shuttle, we were told we would be partially refunded by the guy who told us to get in. During the ride to the hotel, I reached out to Diamond tour to figure out why the change and what the compensation was going to be. Their excuse was a photo of a flat tire they sent me. They refused a partial refund (despite asking several times) and said they would "surprise me with something better on the trip back" and subsequently left me on read and did not respond afterwards. On the way back, nothing extra was provided. Our driver arrived on time, and we were given a private shuttle to the airport. Nothing extra, nothing above what we had booked. So, would I book them again? No. I understand last minute changes happen. However, I don't like when I book things and last second things change, and then they promise things and then don't follow through. I don't want to support companies who scam you like that. However, did they get us safely to and from the airport and hotel? Yes.

Diamond Transfers personal transfer service was excellent. SUV was available within minutes of checking in. The SUV was immaculate and air conditioned to our comfort. Music was played at a comfortable volume. Driver was professional and friendly. Will definitely use again on future trips.

Elvin was very nice and welcoming. he answered all our questions and made us feel feel comfortable. He drove very safely and even entertained our child.

Pickup from the airport was flawless. As soon as we got out of the airport there was a board with our name, they took our bags and hooked us up with a couple welcome beers and bottled water. Communication via WhatsApp was flawless once I was able to get on WiFi at the resort. You may not encounter this issue if you’ve already worked out an international data plan. Communication leading up to our trip was prompt and pickup from our resort heading home was also excellent. Will definitely use again.

The driver was friendly and the van was clean however the company lacked clear communication regarding pickup instructions. I messaged and called the company 48 hours before arrival asking where I should meet them. They did not respond. When we got to the airport they were not there. A very kind airport worker was able to call them for me and direct me to an area to wait for them.

The entire team was professional and respectful from Arrival to departure. Private transport is the only way to go with Diamond Tours and reasonably priced. Will definitely book with them again in the future.

We had 3 transfers booked with Diamond each one was on time and we were very happy with the service. My only complaint is we paid the extra $10 for 2 beers and waters on our arrival transfer from the airport and didn't receive them

Listen: these guys are awesome!!! Our flight to Punta Cana was late by like 3 hours thanks to a broken 1st plane. Bummer for us but no worries at all with these guys! Sent a quick email once we found out and they were ready for us upon arrival as if nothing happened! (In the event that you share a similar unforeseen change just go to the "my bookings" portion of the app or the website. You'll find a link to make a change to your booking and may choose to email or call them.) After you collect your bags go all the way outside the airport to the pickup area and you'll find them. Just walk in a straight line once you exit the airport and you'll find them located at the end of the pick up area as of May 13 2024. There's also airport staff located nearby the area to assist you if needed. The gentleman from Diamond who initially greeted us had us download the WhatsApp Messenger so that on the day before you leave you can contact them to them to confirm your pickup time. We reached out around 130p Sunday and confirmed the drivers arrival time for Monday morning. So for our 12 noon flight the driver was there at 830a sharp, as promised. We had a 50 min drive and and he had us at the airport with plenty of time to spare! Good thing too, we had to check a bag and security wait was looooooong! One last note, we had a different driver each way, both were fantastic! Mis nuevos amigos son fantásticos, muchas gracias!

We were impressed with our greeting at the Punta Cana Airport by Diamond Transport. Kelly greeted our family and found us a quiet spot to wait with our luggage while our transport pulled up. He told us several tips for our trip and we got his contact info to book a tour for later in our trip. Our driver arrived quickly and loaded our bags. He was very friendly and patient with our family as we practiced our Spanish with him. He described where we were going along the way to our hotel and pointed out things of interest. We had such a great arrival to our hotel that we immediately booked our trip back to the airport for the next week with Diamond Transport rather than using the free hotel transportation. For our return to Punta Cana airport, our driver arrived early and we had another great ride back to the airport. Both trips we had booked a suburban and the drivers provided a smooth and clean ride from and to the airport.

Exceptional service and price! Only "snag" was, we booked on a third-party site and the confirmation email didn't specify to look for DIAMOND transport, so there was a little hiccup there, which was met with an apologetic representative once we figured it out. Vehicles were in good shape. Drivers were polite and courteous. Pickup-drop off were timely with no issues. Recommend!!

Excellent round trip transfer from and back to PUJ airport. From airport: Easy to locate driver service upon exiting the airport, crew had a sign with our name and after a short wait we were on our way to the hotel. Driver provided water on our ride hotel. Trip was smooth and efficient, ~35 mins. Returning to airport: We received a confirmation text the day prior to our departure confirm our flight, hotel and pickup time. Driver arrived early, was kind and friendly. Offered to play music of our choice, delivered promptly and smoothly to PUJ airport with plenty of time for airport checkin procedures. Would definitely recommend booking in advance with Diamond.

I would definitely use this service again. Just find your way through the maze of taxis and tour groups to Diamond Tours and your name should be on a sign. We were greeted and quickly moved to the pickup area where we were greeted by the manager. He gave us some tips while we waited on our driver then we were on our way. They use the WhatsApp for communication on pickup from your resort when you leave. Reliable, friendly and affordable.

They were prompt! Actually arrived before the pickup time. The driver was courteous and got us to the airport in sufficient time to board our plane.

We ran into a delay at customs and they continued to wait even making the effort to call me. It was 90 minutes and still grabbed our luggage and got us to our location. Jose was great informing us of the island and all of the activities.

I booked a round trip for 2 people on TripAdvisor site through Viator tours, transportation provided by Diamond Tours. My flight from JFK to Punta Cana airport was 2 hours delayed. Diamond tours called me as soon as my plane landed in Punta Cana. What a relief! We received an excellent service at the airport and on the way to Breathless Resort. A day before the departure, Diamond tours contacted me to confirm the time. The driver arrived 30 minutes earlier. What a surprise! The driver was professional as well as the service.

Starling Samuel was wonderful, very professional and made getting around the Dominican Republic incredibly easy & efficient -we had a transfer from samana to punta cana and my fiancé was comfortable enough to sleep the whole way - thank you for making the ride so enjoyable and easy for us :-)

We booked a private shuttle to and from the airport and the service was good. On the way back to the airport, there was also Wi-Fi in the van. One thing, someone else offered us water or beer when we got in the shuttle at the airport and we didn’t realize it was not included.

Used Diamond for transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. Selected the company based on reviews and ratings. Service was reasonably priced and I was able to prepay. Communication from the company before our arrival to Punta Cana was good (via Whatsapp), they checked several times to confirm the flight. We found the desk fairly quickly and were greeted by a very friendly representative. After that we waited for our ride for about 20 minutes. The drive to the hotel was uneventful, though the vehicle was not very clean and some seat belts did not work. For the way back we had several issues. First, I had to contact the company several times 1-2 days before departure to confirm our pickup time. I am not sure what the standard procedure is, but in all previous similar trips we'd get a confirmation of pickup 24-48 hours in advance without constantly messaging the rep. I finally got a confirmation of pickup the evening before our departure. On the day of the departure I received a message from the company letting me know that our pickup time got moved to be 30 minutes later, which would be 3 hours before the flight (and it's 1 hour drive to the airport), so already cutting it close. The driver ended up being more than 45 minutes later than was originally scheduled, so we got to the airport with less than 2 hours to spare. The vehicle was not very clean again and the driver was steering with one hand, constantly texting and using his cell phone, which made our group feel unsafe. This is unacceptable in any road conditions, but especially in heavy traffic. All in all, an average experience with room for improvement.

We did several activities in Punta Cana, but Diamond Tour was the best. The organization was excellent and the treatment of the staff impeccable. They explained everything to us from the beginning and they always kept an eye on us. The atmosphere was very nice and we enjoyed it a lot. We would definitely choose them again.
