Communication was good. While waiting to get through customs I would recommend to let them know you have landed and are waiting to make it through; in case it’s very busy or takes longer than usual and you miss the grace period to wait. They went off of my direct flight arrival details so travel delays were taken into consideration. There are 2 security check points to get through before we could look for them. They sent the guide’s name and a photo of him, be mindful they may have multiple people from the company waiting for travelers so look out for their logo on signs and shirts. From there they carried my bags and waited for one of their drivers and vans to come to do the hotel shuttle. Just so you can take that into thought when the person they send in a picture may not be the one driving.

Everything went perfect Christian waited for us at the exit of the airport and walk us to the vehicle. The driver was polite and drove us safely to the hotel and help us unload our luggage.

Service could have been better for pickup. I was told the driver would be in front of the cafeteria with a sign and my name on it. I never saw him because he was not there. Someone had his phone number and they escorted us to the car where he was waiting. Our return pick up was perfect. Topnotch!!! Would I use this company again ? Yes.

The experience was great, very professional. I used them for airport pick up, they were prompt and on time. Great service. There was a mix up, on our part, and they worked with us, very patient. They are great at communicating and giving specific instructions on where to meet. Our driver, Alex, was super fun, friendly and informative. He allowed us total control of the music and let us dance (safely in our buckled seats) all the way to our resort. Transportation on the way back nothing short of profesional, my husband had a business call and Alex made sure he was comfortable. Would totally use them again.

JB Transfers is the best when needing a ride from/to the airport/hotel in Punta Cana with decent prices. Their service provides good communication with me and to confirm that I get picked up at the right place and time.
