Had a great experience with them. Victor was on time and even offered to come early. Very nice and personable. I would just recommend proactively reaching out and confirming if you don't hear from them first. I reached out the next day and they responded quickly, but confirmed details for an airport pickup when the reservation did say the pickup was at the resort and going to the airport. Resolved in about 2 minutes and everything was great. Would recommend.

Nobady came to pick us up . I need my money to be refunded , I had to double pay . I won’t recommend to anybody.

The tour operator, Felix, refused to take us to our resort unless we agreed to pay an additional fee of $30. However, terms and conditions explicitly say “no hidden fees.” I asked for a refund via Viator, but was denied. I ended up paying a taxi driver $60 CASH just to get my family to the hotel.

The service provided was great. Our driver was at the pick up area ahead of time and kept in contact in case anything else was required. Also the best price provided compared to other transportation operators. We will be using them again!

The exit from the airport is a little chaotic and it was hard to find our driver/service provider. Once we located the driver and shuttle, everything else was delightful. Don’t make the mistake I did though! I forgot to book the return trip and getting in touch with the company was a real hassle. Would be great of you could book round trip. Perhaps I missed that bit when I was booking.

Prompt, clean, excellent condition van, price is 1/2 what Uber or a Taxi would charge you. The driver was very friendly and had a sign with our name to find us at hotel.

The van look old and ran down but it was cheap and it was safe . It got us to our destination safely at night . I would ride again.

The vehicle we were searched for and taken in had comfortable and clean air conditioning. The trip was very safe and the driver used the traffic signs.
