Private Vip Suv Transfer – Puj Airport To/from Punta Cana Hotels

Francis was a great driver. Very prompt and responsive. Made our trip to the airport after a long week very nice.

Brandon was excellent! Great music. English is great! Highly recommend.

Francis our driver was the best.

Our driver was Francis, he was efficient and timely. He was very patient and waited for all of us to arrive and did not make us feel rushed.. highly recommend

Our driver Miguel Vielma was awesome. He was very courteous and professional and provided great assistance. If I ever return, I will definitely request Miguel. it was a smooth and comfortable ride. And it made the ending of a long travel day very easy

Very smooth and comfortable ride. Felt safe with driver. Would recommend

The best of the best; driver was pleasant and very helpful and communicative

Francisco was awesome!! Will definitely use this service again!

This is the ideal service for travelers going from Santo Domingo to SDQ with a lot of luggage or bulky items. Leandro communicated with us ahead of time, arrived early to pick us up, and drove us efficiently and safely to the airport. It was raining when we arrived at the airport, and he expertly maneuvered the large SUV into position at the curb so we wouldn’t get wet while unloading. Highly recommend this service!

Daniel was an absolute gem! We lived him! He was friendly, informative and fun!!

They are very good with excellent customer service skills. If anyone wants a great and dependable service you should contact them.

It was really a pleasure to do business with this company. They are accessible, quick to accommodate changes and even refund you partially if forwatever reason the accommodation you were promised is not honored fully.

Where they advertised as being luxury private travel was wrong. We watched multiple parties get picked up at the airport in very nice blacked out Suburban SUVs and offered drinks or snacks from the trunk upon arrival. Our driver, came around the corner in an old white expedition with no drinks or snacks offered even though the listing said we would receive. I had marked we were traveling with a 3 year old and needed a carseat. The carseat was not even installed we had to do it ourselves. After traveling since 6am with a toddler and in an extremely hot airport waiting almost an hour for our luggage to arrive, we just expected a different greeting based on how it was advertised. The driver was very kind to us and we had no issues feeling safe on the way to and from the airport to our hotel destination, however I wouldn't have paid the amount we did for what we received.

Communication was great with Felipe! Our flight was delayed so it impacted our original arrival time. There was also a lot of traffic once we landed, but he kept us advised of his arrival to PUJ. He was very personable during the transport to our hotel.

Brandol was so sweet, helpful and accommodating! We were able to use him for a few other rides too! 100% recommend

Brandon was great. He brought us to the airport safely and timely. Very much appreciated.

Our driver Pablo was great! However, I was told I would be getting a Suburban and ended up with an old Expedition. I then attempted to request a birthday sign and received no response. A little disappointed with my overall experience. But grateful we got to our destination safely.

They picked us up on time both times and they were very professional. Truck was nice, new and clean. Shout out to Edgar our driver.

No one showed up. Number listed appeared dead. Contacted via Viator Message and no one responded. I am not sure if they are in business or not so would not booked. Requested a refund as I did not use their service.

Antonio our driver was the best he was on time and knew what I needed. This company is the way to go when arriving in PUJ and returning.

Our HONEYMOON private luxury SUV airport pickup with BRANDON was perfect and felt so luxe :) it was for our honeymoon and Brandon was waiting for us right at the airport. The company provided us with video instructions on how to get to the meeting point from security, and we then had an escort to meet our driver Brandon. So it all felt super safe and organized. The SUV was super clean and luxurious. Then Brandon provided us with free water and great tunes for the hour long ride. He's a great driver and super friendly. Highly recommend him and the company to getting you to your destination :)

Brandol was an awesome driver, ride was quiet/peaceful and on time. Made our transport seamless. Would highly recommend

Service and communication was amazing. My driver Dariel was super friendly and welcoming. He provided 10/10 service from pickup to drop off. Thank you guys!

The driver arrived late to pick us up, claiming there was traffic, which is inexcusable because he should have anticipated the delay and been there with the other drivers, who had signs indicating their passengers.

Pick up was on time and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Israel was very courteous & attentive. The way ride was very pleasant, my family enjoyed the ride to our destination.

Israel was very friendly, made sure me and family were very comfortable and felt safe. Very helpful with our luggage and very knowledgeable and took the time to point out areas during the way to our hotel

Israel was great driver. Cold air con car on arrival with water, easy ride to hotel.

Great service! Brandon was on time, smooth driving, trustworthy

Excellent driver. Recommend to all parties!!

Great driver. Got us to the airport in a timely manner. Driver was amazing. Great smooth luxurious ride!

Great experience we had a wonderful trip with Brandon

A very nice trip in a clean and comfy suburban with our polite and friendly driver, Israel.

Driver was professional. Ride was pleasant. Booking was easy. Will use this service again.

Isairr was an excellent driver and a great introduction to the local hospitality. He was very knowledgeable about the area, the car was clean and comfortable, and he got us to our destination safely and smoothly. He even helped with our bags and kindly held our son while we strapped the other one into the seat—small things that make a big difference when traveling with kids. We really enjoyed our trip, and having such a friendly, helpful driver was the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommend!

Brendol was an excellent driver, ride was very smooth!

This was a great experience with Brenden. He arrived on time, helped us put our bags in the car, and drove us safely and efficiently to the airport after our trip.

Brenden was the best driver! Very nice and accommodating!

Brandol was absolutely fantastic. Communication was easy, extremely friendly and talking through the trip and the area. Car was comfy, perfect temperature and everything was great! Would absolutely recommend and will do this again!

Driver was prompt, friendly. Great trip!

Israel is a very nice driver! He got us to the airport quickly and safely. It was a pleasure to chat and learn some about the country on the way home.

Quick trip to the airport! Friendly driver. Avoided traffic. A little bumpy.

Excellent Service! Highly recommend using Otium for transfers. Stayed at Paradisus Grand Cana, they exclusively use Otium. We appreciate the clean cars

Carlos F. was prompt and professional and polite. He helped with our bags and got us to our resort in a jiffy! He also picked us up from the resort to take us to the airport. He was early and got us there with plenty of time to spare. He played good music as well. Highly recommend Carlos.

Not a luxury suv, try other providers. Have to walk for ten minutes to get to a parking lot with your luggage then wait for driver to retrieve car from lot for another ten minutes.

So easy & convenient!! Always on time. Nice private transfer set our trip off right & got us back to the airport for travel home safely.

This is our 2nd trip to Punta Cana. the private transfer is the way to go. Excellent service, one time. We will for sure use them again.

Gabriel was amazing. On time a very attentive. Vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Will book again

Excellent!! Great driving experience and good conversation. Fast! I would only recommend this company as they are the best!
