Private Transportation To/from Punta Cana Airport And Hotels

Once purchased, I reached out to the company to confirm pickup time and location. They responded quickly and arrived on time. Drive to the airport was pleasant.

They were over 15 minutes late for pick up at both locations. Vehicles were not in good condition and one of the drivers was very reckless.

Was not picked up. Spent over an hour trying to find someone else I believe was honest to get us to our hotel. No communication before our arrival if they needed any info from me but took the money though. Go figure....When I called a viator rep, they were useless. Couldn't understand them and they seem to not care of the delimma I was having.

Be sure Viator provides the name of the transport company. Our flight was late and there were no name plaquards waiting us. We had a tough time figuring out who was providing our ride. The other local taxi and van drivers were very helpful.

I booked airport to hotel transportation last minute while on the flight. I was immediately contacted by Jose with confirmation and details of where he will be waiting. I definitely recommend him. He was nice, respectful and a great driver! If I come back to Punta Cana I will use him again without a doubt.

I made the reservations online and provided all my information; airline, fligjt number, and time of arrival. Iwas expecting to be picked up by someone showing my name. That didn't happen. The information was never passed to the driver. Thanks to other people at the airport they were able to finally contact the operator. We were finally picked up an hour after arrival. While the driver was professional the communication between Viator and the driver never happened. I don't recommend.

They were reliable and professional. They were prompt and accommodating. They were responsive and prompt.

It was extremely difficult to find our ride. It took several airport employees to help us find the correct vehicle and driver. Several phone calls were made in the effort. However, once our driver was located, The trip was very smooth and our driver was pleasant and an excellent driver.

We usually get private transportation, particularly if we are pressed for time or it's a new country for us. We do this to eliminate stress, particularly regarding missing a flight which would cause us to miss a connection and other downstream appointments. With the help of an agent at Viator we booked the same company for our return trip to the Punta Cana airport as had picked us up and brought us to our hotel a week prior. They confirmed that they would be there at 10 am and indeed did not show up at their prescribed time. Fortunately there was a taxi available which we took after waiting 15-20 minutes without any word, even after trying to reach the company for arrival status. Had they given us a quick call or text saying they were running a bit late we would have understood and stuck with it. Not knowing if they perhaps screwed up the order we chose to go with the taxi. This is our second such instance in over 30 years of world travel. We never used the first one again and certainly have no intent to use this particular company again either.

Dependable transportation which we used both to and from the airport during our stay in Punta Cana. Safe ride and our drivers knew the area well.

Do not recommend this company. I reached out before our trip and asked how we would find them at the airport. I was told they would have a sign with our name on it. This did not happen. It was very difficult to find them and we were getting inundated with taxi drivers and others trying to help us with our luggage and give us a ride. A man then approached and said he would help us. I showed him the transfer company name and said he would find them. He came back a few minutes later with a man who he said was our representative. I would not go with them until I saw that they had something showing my name and our reservation. It was stressful trying to figure out if we were being scammed or not. The ride to our hotel was fine and our driver was good. For the return trip to the airport we were told they would pick us up at 2:20pm for a 5:00pm flight. They did not show up at 2:20pm. At 2:40pm I attempted to call the company. Thankfully our hotel bellhop spoke with the company for us. They were trying to find a driver in our area. 5-10 minutes later we got a return text saying the driver was 9 minutes away. Clearly they had forgotten to schedule a driver for our return trip. The driver was fine and the trip to the airport was fine. By the time we got there it was 3:45pm. Thankfully the airport was not busy at all and we were at our gate by 4:15pm for 4:25pm boarding. We plan to return to the Dominican Republic again, and we will definitely not use this company.

I was picked up on time, and the driver was Very polite and helpful. I would book again. I was able to get to the airport in a nice clean SUV in a timely manner.

I'd already booked a transfer when I arrived at the airport but it was a no-show. After being pressured by multiple drivers I was very politely approached by Jose (guy in the photo), who spoke good English and was not pressuring in any way. I explained that I needed a few more minutes to check for my no-show transport. I re-approached Jose and he assisted me with transport to my AirBnB in PC. In fact he was cheaper than my pre booking. Transport on this occasion was in a comfortable SUV (in the picture). When I left PC to travel home I contacted Jose who provided a different driver and minivan to take me back to the airport. All perfectly on time, to price and polite. I'd happily contact Jose directly again for transportation options in PC - thanks

Jose was a great driver! Our hotel checkout process went haywire and Jose was kind enough to wait for an extra 20 minutes while it got figured out. We will definitely be using him again when we return to the DR!

Jose was fantastic! He kept in touch with me from the day I booked. He sent me a selfie so I knew who I was looking for. He opened doors, he even took a detour and stopped by a store I wanted to go to, he even went inside the store to assist with communication. I would definitely use this transfer company again, but I would also request Jose !

We had a great experience riding with Jose from the airport to our hotel! He had a hot spot that allowed us to connect to WiFi in the car so we felt very safe. He gave us recommendations and some fun facts about Punta Cana and played our favorite songs to get us in vacation mode! The trip was so convenient we asked him to take us back to the airport at the end of our trip and he met us right on time.

Jose was the BEST! I traveled with 40+ people to Punta Cana for my moms 60th birthday and he was able to find our group transportation every time we needed to go some place. He drove my family of 6 to and from the airport in a clean car with AC. He also recommended great spots and excursions for us while providing additional information. He was even able to accommodate a bus that fit our party of 40 people, including adults and many children. If you’re looking for a nice, genuine, informative driver I 100% would recommend Jose!
