Used this company for transfer to club med in 2025 and went well. This booking however they had no record of our arrival at airport for transfer to club med and I did not receive message back from them on day of travel asking about our pickup plan. Messaged day before departure to verify pick up from Club Med hotel back to airport at 1015. Received verification for 1015 pickup time. No driver x 30 minutes past 1015. Erika (contact) was only intermittently available via text and did not answer multiple calls from me. I rarely write reviews but this was overall a bad experience and we will not use this company again.

Called and booked with agent over phone. Gave name and address to hotel, quoted me price and I paid. Come day of trip receive a message stating that the hotel isn’t in their area and request an addition (double) fee to keep booking. Not happy with how this was handled. If your agent didn’t quote right price that is their fault.

These guys are the best, especially Clarisa, who kept in touch with me. She was able to accommodate my transfer because my flight was delayed. If you’re planning to visit DR, contact these guys.

This private transport was fast and easy. We walked to the desk and Rashel helped us get to the van with our driver, the whole process was streamlined and she was extremely kind. I would recommend getting a private transfer from the airport since there is a lot of taxi drivers trying to take you and they will charge more than a transfer cost.

Quick pick up - on time and no issues. Would have liked to have beers on the way to the hotel. We got conned at the airport. Way over overpriced. No issues with the service except was a little sketchy behind the main pick up and drop off.

Easy process. Someone messaged me on whatsapp the night before and the day of with a picture of the company logo. Wa easy to find in the airport and erison guided me to my driver quickly.

Erison took great care of us, we had zero issues getting all of our accommodations requested, we were able to quickly find them in the airport and they were very punctual picking us up in the hotel. Would definitely recommend them!

This is the third year we used their services. No complains. Clarisa was waiting for us outside. This time it took a little more than usual for the van to arrive (maybe 15 min) but nothing that will prevent us to use their services again. We had a great driver who put us on the vacation mood right away. You can't beat their price.

I booked this private Punta Cana airport round trip transfer, and it was the perfect start and end to my trip! Very Poor communication with this company, Punta Cana Transport. Tried numerous times for a couple weeks before our trip to find out where to meet at the airport, who to look for, etc. Used Whatsapp, texted, and used Viator messages,,,,,,,NEVER GOT ONE RESPONSE. When we arrived at Punta Cana airport, there was nobody there holding a sign with our name on it like in the pictures. Got help from several people in the transport area and someone finally got a hold of of a driver that came and picked us up in an older van. I tried to communicate with them later that week on what time they would have someone pick us up from Majestic resort and take us back to the airport, NEVER GOT A RESPONSE, so we cancelled the reservation and made a new reservation with different company that communicated imeediately the day before and the day of and was actually 15 minutes early with a very nice and very clean chevy Suburban. Much nicer ride that the van that had picked us up at the airport. I would not recommend this ride thru Punta Cana Transport company.

I waited in vain to see my name but i didnt. I had to pay for a another taxi in the night to get to my hotel which was scary.......

Pickup and drop off were seamless. Driver was at the airport promptly after our flight to greet us. We were picked up on time from the airport and dropped off 3 hours ahead of our flight. We were the only ones being dropped off both ways, and there were no extra stops or waiting for other passengers.

We booked round-trip transfer from Punta Cana airport to the hotel and back. The driver came on time , was helping with luggage and was nice and polite . The van is an older model but it was clean and air condition worked just fine. I want to use that company again .

Making the reservation for a shuttle was smooth and financially cheaper than going through the resort. It did take a little extra communication and coordination once we landed and had to wait about 10-15 minutes after we already had processed through immigration to get in the van, but that's not terrible I just expected the van to be there and ready since I'd provided flight information at the time of reservation. We arrived safely and swiftly. I would definitely recommend booking through viator as opposed to the hotel or waiting until you land. The lines at the airport for shuttle check ins with larger brands was soooo long. This definitely saved us A LOT of time.

Excellent pickup and transportation to our stay. Communication was excellent; their contact texted in English with me over Whatsapp, transition from airplane to van was seamless. We paid the driver to stop and wait 0.5h for us to go to the big Walmart-like store. They also took us back to the airport. #1 transfer line. Thanks!
