Excellent Airport Transfer Service in Punta Cana!Ronald_V
Oct 29, 2026, 10:09:10 PM Francisco went above and beyond to make our airport transfers a great experience, both from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport. He was friendly, patient, professional, and right on time for both pickups. The ride was comfortable, smooth, and stress-free, which made our trip even better.
We truly appreciated his excellent service and attention to detail. We would definitely use Francisco again on our next visit to Punta Cana and highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and comfortable transportation. Thank you, Francisco, for making our transfers so easy and enjoyable!

Jan 26, 2024, 11:41:09 AM My driver was very nice. He got me to and from my resort in a timely manner. He didn’t speak English but he made sure to translate with his phone so that I knew exactly what he wanted to communicate to me. He was early to pick me up from the resort to drop me off at the airport, which I appreciate. I had a good experience and I will recommend this supplier to my clients.

We were a group of 9 girls for a bachelorette and trusted Punta Cana Transport for all of our travel needs. They were timely, respectful, communicative, and went the extra mile to ensure we had a good and safe trip. Their prices are also very reasonable. Shout out to Michael for showing us a good time in our ride by letting us control the music! He was a trooper with 9 girls singing our hearts out.

We were extremely happy with the airport pickup provided by Punta Cana Transfer. Our driver Michael was fantastic so we requested him again for our return trip to the airport. We had a small delay getting into our condo and Michael helped us call the owner. He even stayed with us to make sure everything was okay before leaving. So thankful for his help. We booked through Viator and the whole process was very easy and the price so reasonable. We would use the service again and highly recommend it for all.

Aug 12, 2023, 11:55:10 AM I originally posted a 1 star review, but I have edited it since the company reached out and refunded my money. Although communication and punctuality was great, I don't recommend booking car seats with your reservation, just bring your own
Fast and reliable. Thank...Steven_D

May 13, 2023, 12:44:31 PM East, straightforward and safe. Highly recommend. Driver was on time and pleasant. And the price is so much better than letting your resort call you a driver.

Mar 30, 2023, 10:32:12 AM This company gave exceptional service, the efficiency was second to none.
The pick up and drop offs were very well organised.
The drivers were smart polite and courteous and the vehicles were modern and very clean throughout.
If you have the option of whether to travel by coach through your travel agent or via Taxi i would recommend the later.
Our journey was a 40 min run and it worked our cheaper than what it would of done with a tour operator, it was also quicker not having to do drop offs along the way.
