I felt very safe. They were very organized and professional. Jb transfer also picked a non cluttered place to meet. I would highly recommend them.

Would recommend it. The only downside is that they only give you 80 minutes from the time you land. So, having to wait to get off the plane, wait for customs, wait for your bags and then get in an additional line to show your E-ticket can definitely make it more than 80 minutes which ofcourse isn’t any of our fault.

Excellent service driver was on time for pick up. No issues. SUV was older model and interior was little worn. Only comment is that the vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke if you’re allergic. I’m sensitive to cigarette smoke, but I endured it as wasn’t that bad but I would preferred not to have that smell the vehicle.

They were more than on time, super awesome and zero hassle! As we landed they kept in constant contact.

Reliable services, staff does their best to communicate, even though there can be a language barrier. Vehicle photos are miss leading, accomadating but not luxury.

They did very well with communication and we had a very smooth transport both ways. I was informed via text/whatsapp/email the day before and the day of with detailed instructions, including names and pictures of the pickup person. My flight was even delayed and when I notified them I got prompt replies via text with no issues. They arrived at pickup early with text notification and was easy to locate with a picture of the driver and they had my name on a sign. Very friendly staff. Would 100% use again.

what I like the most was that our driver and the company was communicating with us before our pick up. We had multiple family members arriving at different times and we were all able to communicate with the driver for the arrangement to pick up my one cousin that was in terminal a when the rest of us were in terminal B our driver was very understanding and spoke good English, and got us to our shuttle and to our resort in a timely manner. The only thing I would say is that the air conditioning was not as cold, but it was OK. I would definitely use this service again as I felt it was very professional and everything went according as planned.

Team goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. However, the vehicle supplied was subpar and did not match the pictures provided when booking. That was a bit of a disappointment.

The only issue we had was not knowing the pickup time in advance. They do text the day before with the time which is based on your flight departure time. I would rather of had an estimated time with confirmation the day before.

Communication was great...we were contacted when our flight was about to arrive to let us know where to meet and at the time we requested...we were also contacted the day before our flight left to confirm pick up point and time....both drivers were friendly and provided a relaxing experience...would book through again and would recommend to anybody looking for a trustworthy quality experience

The driver was punctual and courteous! We used this service to and from the hotel (Ocean El Faro). They even made a stop for us in a store on the way from to the airport which was super helpful!! Will definitely book JB Transfer again!!

I booked this the night before my flight and it was a great pick. Though I’m not sure how I would have found the pick up area without help from the guy carrying our luggage. The airport signage isnt the best. Once I found the area their team was very good about navigating us to the driver. I’m grateful because there were a lot of people seeking business there and that can easily get confusing especially if it is your first time traveling to an island, Each person was helpful, communicative and patient which is great because of the language barrier. It was three of us and we have the van to ourselves which was nice after being on a long flight. We were offered water and gum. I’m not a fan of Dasani water but hydration is important. Expect the driving style of an island. It was nostalgic for me because I’m from Jamaica. Also, the team was welcoming with a good sense of humor. I will be using their service again. I wish I knew about their other tours before book everything ahead of time.

We traveled with Viator, JD Transfers, and they were amazing! Communication was excellent. Our original flight was delayed and we couldn't fly out until the next day. JD Transfers changed our pick-up time to accommodate our flight change without any cancelation or added fees. They texted made sure we were taken care of upon arrival as well as departure. We will be using Viator for all of our future transportation needs.

We initially booked only a ride to our hotel, but our pickup experience was so seamless that we also booked our return trip with them. All pickup details were texted/coordinated ahead of time, there was no guessing where to go once we got to the airport. They even moved our pickup time back a half hour upon request. We booked a round-trip from Punta Cana airport to our resort and back. Our flight was delayed and our driver. Kindly waited for us. The car was clean with great air-conditioning and a very friendly driver both ways:) very pleased.

Transfers were right on time. I had 6 in my group. We ordered a suburban that fit six suitcases and carry-on bags. They had a greeting sign with my name at the meeting point. Communication through text messages were excellent. Took us right to our shuttle had no time to waste. Took us right to our hotel. Notify me a day ahead of time of a pick up time from the hotel back to the airport. Everything was through text message communication was still excellent. Five stars. Drivers were very friendly. Very safe.
