Driver was unable to get on to property of hotel. Talking about upset 😡. So, we went to reception desk to get him permission for him to pick us up. He couldn't, so by time we walked all the way out to him (in the hot sun) out to him. The driver, had left us and we had to take a taxi, to make it to our flight on time. Which was more money. Be sure your DRIVERS, you send to the hotels, have the right id or paper work to get on to the secured properties. INCONVENIENCE.....

We were picked up at our hotel on time. We got to the airport on time. This was the cheapest version as opposed to hotel suggested transfer or Uber or a taxi. The vehicle was large enough but a bit run down, nothing fancy, the driver was not talkative but polite enough.

The good: I paid only $12 to get from MT Hotel to PUJ airport.
The bad: the driver kept trying to change my pickup times, so I was in suspense until about 15 minutes prior to my pickup time once the driver shared his location with me via cell phone. The van's air conditioner barely worked.
I think it would've been better to take an Uber to about 5 minutes walk from the airport [to avoid double the price airport fees].

The driver never showed up! I scheduled my ride and chatted with an operator who told me our driver would pick us up at 1:45 PM for our 4:44 PM flight and gave me their phone number to contact. On our departure date, I contacted the driver to ensure they were coming. They told me they would be coming at 2:20 PM and shared their live location with me saying that they would be there in 15 mins. After 20mins I noticed that they were not moving towards our hotel, and asked if everything was fine. They shared another number with me saying that that was our driver's contact info. I called this guy and he didn't even know, but tried to sound like he would be there in 20 mins which would be after 3:00 PM. Thankfully, the hotel was able to arrange a ride for us immediately and we were able to make it to the airport just on time.

I have a Trips Agency and on two occasions I booked the transfer for my clients never arrived to pick them up, from the day before I confirmed the transfer and they sent a WhatsApp message confirming the service, but at the time it comes time to be picked up and taken to the airport they never arrive, causing annoyance and distress among passengers, having to take a service with other people at the last minute. They pay back the money for the value of the service but it does not compensate for what my customers have to pay for the new service they take at the last minute.
