DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Purchased Round trip transfer. Driver was late upon our arrival by 2 hours and for our departure by 1 hour causing the check in to tell us they were closed and we could not get a boarding pass. Only after seeing my son was ill from the drive, did they make an exception and allowed us to get boarding passes. We discovered later that in our rush to get to the ticket counter, my son left his wallet and cellphone in the car. We reported it to the company and they have not tried to respond or return our belongings. This all could have been prevented if they would have arrived at least 30 minutes earlier. When I reached out for our departure 48 hours in advance, their response was, “Write me tomorrow.” When tomorrow came, they did not reach out to confirm the trip, I had to.” Thats poor customer service.

Could not find help. When we did he disappeared. The people outide representing the company were rude and would not help.

Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. We booked a package holiday through Love Holidays including this transfer. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND BOOK YOUR OWN TRANSFER. On our arrival to Punta Cana, the rep (Jules) was regularly messaging to say he was outside. We thought he had been waiting for a while but then learned that the taxi wasn’t actually at the airport. We waited at least 1 hour and were the last ones to be picked up. We could see the rep constantly phoning the driver to find out where he was and then being told ‘only a short time away’. We then thought this was a blip and decided to book a trip to Monkeyland during our stay. Again the driver was 30minutes late, went in the wrong direction so lost 1 hour and ended up being late for our excursion. The same rep and driver blaming each other for what went wrong. Given the experience already, I thought for our return journey I’d try and get ahead by contacting the main office the day before and regularly before the time we were due to leave to avoid a similar situation. What happens - the taxi doesn’t turn up. We were in danger of missing our flight and in the end booked a taxi through the hotel. Constant lies, please avoid!

Oh my gosh please beware if you see anyone with this shirt on please cancel immediately. They had our flight information and texted that they were ready for us right when it landed. We waited 2 hours before we had to cancel on them. They kept telling us “ten minutes away” every ten minutes and were so rude. Please beware of this company.

I’ve booked with this company so far about 4 times. Never had any issues. This trip was solo. Last trip was 40ppl. I book directly with them. Professional and no issues.

They arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes late to pick us up at the airport. We forgot a backpack in one of the vans and they still haven't returned it to us. I don't know if I will recover it; the most important thing in the backpack, I explained to the person who attended to me, are the medications for my son, who is asthmatic. For now, they are also not answering the phone.

Book the shuttle service to and from Punta Cana Airport. The first trip started badly, with the driver arriving more than 15 minutes late without giving any explanation. No one was waiting for me with the sign with my name or in the place indicated by message. The trip back to the airport was never made, the driver did not appear although in a call to the company they assured me that the driver was on his way. I called the driver and he replied that he was not going to make the trip as he was late and that the company knew his situation. In a second call, he offered to meet me 50 minutes later (1.20hs later than the agreed time) to which I replied that it was not good for me as I would miss my flight. He told me then to cancel and that the company would refund the payment. The company won't answer my phone and they answer that they'll call me when they can but they don't. They're scammers.

I got nailed in the transfer from the hotel to the airport. I had to order a taxi. Don't hire them. Too bad I didn't see they had 2.9 stars.

The boys were very good and on schedule. Anything you text them on WhatsApp and they reply. I recommend them.

Scam! On the way there it took 2 hours. and a half to come pick us up at the agreed time and when we returned they didn't show up.
