We were a party of 14. We needed service from the airport to the hotel. I booked this service over a week in advance. I received a confirmation email. When we landed I received a whatsapp message. It said the driver was already waiting for you at the airport. I was communicating with him the whole time from going through customs, getting luggage etc. They kept informing me that the driver was there. Once we got outside in the extremely very hot weather, we was looking for the driver with my name on it. We searched everywhere and no one was there. We called and was told they are on the way. We waited over 20mins and still no one arrived. We then made arrangements for another taxi company because we was hot and tired and being lied to. Once we leave they send me a picture that they are there which was over 40 mins of us waiting and then demanded an apology. I am appalled. You owe me an apology and you lied to me for over an hour that you were at the airport and was not. Appalling company. AVOID. The nerve requesting an apology when they were never at the airport at the pick up time.

The travel was perfect. Communication via WhatsApp with the operators was good and the welcome feeling from both our drivers was great.

The driver was there with my name on a printed paper to receive me and promptly take me to the resort. Very helpful and respectful. The vehicle was a bit older, but it worked well, a/c worked well and vehicle was clean.

It took over 2.5 hours to get through immigration . There was no one from this company to pick us up, ended up using a private cab. no thank you. I have emailed the company to get reimbursed have not heard yet.

The driver was waiting and a sign with my name on it was clearly visible. A/C, and quick and SAFE drive to our hotel on the north coast. Return pickup was confirmed via What's App. Recommend installing What's App for communication.

I Booked Punta Cana Vacation (All-Inclusive) through Expedia. when we Arrived at PUJ Airport, we went directly to the Expedia Desk where transportation was quickly arranged. Both vehicles were in excellent condition and very comfortable.

It was a scarey ride. Cars trucks motorcycles follow too close. Very aggressive drivers. Our driver was very aggressive also.

They were very kind, the shuttle was comfortable. They were waiting for us at the airport even when the flight arrived arrived delayed

since we made the reservation they sent us the confirmation, about our pick up time and giving us all the necessary indications. When we arrived at the airport, the driver was waiting for us with a sign in his hands where our name was, it was very easy to recognize him. very good service. Thank you!!

When arriving at the airport the driver was waiting for us with a sign with my name and it was very easy to recognize him, he drove us to the hotel and everything was very safe and comfortable, at an adequate speed, air conditioned, driver very well dressed and clean, when almost Our day came to leave, a girl contacted us to set the pick up time from the hotel to the airport, the driver was at the agreed time in the lobby to pick me and my friends.

E-mailed 2 days before I left asking for a confirmation = no response. E-mailed next day = no response. I specifically said in the E-mail that my flight times changed to an earlier time and wanted for them to acknowledge it. I finally call and talk to a lady that updated my flight times in their system. I land and go out to look for my name and no one is there. I had to borrow locals cell phones to call and they said they were on their way. 45 minutes later they show up. They never told the driver the new time. I wrote to them asking for a partial refund. No response. Atleast my return pickup went smooth. Use someone else.

We reserved private round trip transfer from the PC airport to our Uvero Alto located resort. The pick up driver was excellent waiting for us right outside of the airport easily visible with a sign that had our name and shuttle company name. We were safely driven to our resort. The pick up driver was waiting at the promised time at the front door of our resort. He was very nice and there were no issues until he left us at the airport - he dropped us off at the wrong terminal (first one instead of 2nd one). We noted he never asked us to confirm our airline with him. Both were was professionally dressed with clean van well working vans.

Convenient and quick. No issues and on time. They kept in contact to keep me updated with pick up times and all reps were very helpful and professional. Definetly reccomend using this service.

We had a great experience with this company. Our flight was delayed and tey were so accomadating to our circumstance. They were on time and waiting when we arrived and when we left. Rates were reasonable and travel was air-conditioned and comfortable.

They took us to the hotel from the airport in a big refrigerated comfortable bus since we had a large group for an all expenses paid trip from our company. On our way back to the airport they had us scheduled on our pick up time and took us on a nice clean van. I recommend you to take this service, and best if you are traveling with a group of people that way will be better because you can split cost

Excellent shuttle service to and from the airport. Everything went as planned. The company even offers a number of sightseeing tours.

We booked the Punta Cana Airport Transfer Service with Platinum Transfer and were positively impressed by the Service and punctuality of the staff. Good!

This company deserves to be shut down! We had a transfer back to the airport, so we send a message 30 hours in advance to agree on the time they should pick us up, never received a reply!!!! It was a succession of unnecessary calls and messages that were never read!!! We were a family with 2 children, this is totally unacceptable!! Finally we had to call a taxi because during their working time no one deigned to answer the phone! Never had to deal with such a lack of professionalism!!! This is shameful!!

When we decided to make an excursion we found prices in several places and Platinum gave us the best. To return to the airport we were picked up at the hotel with another van in the same conditions as the first and both the arrival and return journeys were uniquely for us
