Private Transfer Punta Cana Airport To/from Serenade Punta Cana

My stay at Serena Punta Cana was absolutely wonderful. The service was outstanding from start to finish, with staff always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. The food was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options every day, and the drinks were always fresh and perfectly prepared. The entertainment team made the experience even more special. Their energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism kept everyone engaged and having fun throughout the stay. A special mention goes to Yailin Nicole Harvey, who truly stood out. Her charisma, friendliness, and dedication to guests were exceptional. She brought so much positive energy to every activity and made everyone feel welcome and included. She is a true asset to the hotel and played a big part in making this vacation unforgettable. I highly recommend Serena Punta Cana and look forward to returning in the future!

Everything was great. Driver was on time and communication was excellent. They were easy to find and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Very professional and on time. Clean and nice raid to and from airport. Will book it again. Can’t wait to get back to DR.

Excellent and easy to use, felt safe the whole time we used them for any travelling while at our stay

Our transfer was smooth and welcoming. We used private transfer to and from and we don’t regret it one bit. Our driver made us feel comfortable and welcomed for both transports.

Smooth ride! Very accommodating! Perfect communication. So much follow up and being sure things are ran smoothly.

You never showed at the airport, we looked and asked people regarding your company, nobody had heard of the name, not sure why. I also had someone call you from their phone and it went straight to voicemail, twice. Please refund us. You also have made no attempts to contact us knowing nobody showed up. Except for a review lol

Excellent and prompt service. We highly recommend for your transfer needs!! They also keep in constant contact with you upon arrival.

The transfer didnt show, has to take alternate transfer. They wrote excusing themselves as they got confused qirh the hour

Used this for rides to and from the airport and it went great. They were extremely communicative via text the entire time and made the process very easy. I would recommend.

Very responsive and easy to reach. The drivers were there early to pick us up for each trip. The air conditioning in the vehicle was on high so it was nice and cool when we entered.

the experience was great. the driver arrived early with my name on a screen and it was very fast and efficient. would pay for their service again!

Giving three stars simply because we were asked via Whatsapp to pay an additional 10USD for arriving after hours due to flight delay . We were originally scheduled to arrive at 10:30 pm. Other than that, driver was there with sign with my name ...easy to spot and in no time we were on our way without further incident .

Excellent service. Great communication. Quickly replied to whatever question or request I had. Drivers were on time for both trips service was requested for

Julio with Caribbean Airport Transfers made sure to coordinate our pick up from the airport in advance of our arrival was there to greet us right on time as advertised. Communication with him was very clear about what to expect when we arrived at Punta Cana. He was very pleasant and got us to our hotel straight away! Same positive experience dealing with Julio for our return trip from our resort back to the airport for our departure. I highly recommend this service and especially Julio!

This is literally the easiest group of people that I have worked with for my transfers. Everything was so simple, I got a text before we had even deplaned that our van was there and the driver had a sign with my name. We were lucky enough to have the same man driving us back to the airport so as soon as he hopped out we knew he was there for us. Super professional and very kind service!!! We will definitely use this company again the next time we visit.

The driver arrived on time. The van was comfortable and the driver was helpful and courteous. The price was great too! I would definitely recommend this company for reliable transportation to and from the airport

easy to book and they responded quickly. it was a bit tricky to find the actual meeting place but it wasn't too much of a hassle. the van was comfortable and we got to the resort without any problems. I definitely recommend this service- and the price was great!

Request Alex he’s on time and very helpful with translating communication. Grate driver as well and also help bring luggage

My experience was exceptional I would definitely use them again. The drivers were great and the ride was exceptional, I had fun.

The transportation staff was on point! Always on time, friendly and efficient! And the budget was a great price also! The vehicles were supplied with nice A/C and the drivers engaged in conversations about the island! I would definitely recommend!

On time. Friendly and very responsive in helping to book other excursions! Would definitely use again!

Great opportunity here if you reach out to them. They’re on time. They’re professional. They will work with you too! I really am happy I booked them and plan on booking them again if I ever needed.

Great pick up. However, they advertised run trip but after we paid, we were told it was one way. It would have been great if they were honest upfront to help plan our trip better.

Our flight got delayed 4x and Viator was updated every step of the way ( I messaged them and they assured me they would be there upon our arrival) great experience with them and would recommend to others! Will be using them again

We booked this transfer as a college Spring Break group and love it! We felt so safe on both the ride to the airport and from! The drivers were all very nice! Definitely recommend!

We booked the airport transfer on the same daw as our arrival AND then later on during our trip a Sanoa Island tour (which was canceled last minute due to the weather). They said the driver will meet us at the airport with an iPad with our name on it (it was a piece of paper with our last name haha, not a big deal). He took our bags and we rode in a large black SUV. It was 25 minutes from PUJ to Serenade. he said he's an F1 fan and I said "Hotel in 10 minutos!" We had a laugh. He did not speak English much but that was okay, my husband and I understood some words and were able to communicate and joke around as well. I'd recommend this company to anyone. It's a bit pricier than the others but they have nice cars and excellent customer service who speaks perfect English (they're from New York) so you can ask all the questions you like via WhatsApp!

I cannot describe a better service! They kept us fully informed at every step. Safe and friendly drivers. 5 stars for sure.

Transfers were on time. Easy to contact thru text and what’s app. Always sent reminders and notifications when arrived to pick up. Great Job!!!

A reliable and professional transfer to and from the airport to hotel. The communication was excellent from the moment I booked the transfer and both drivers were on time and I felt safe. You could even book excursions with them. I can really only say good things and I travel a lot. Definitely recommend to preorder you ride through this service.

Great transportation service, we used for both arriving and departure. Drivers are extremely friendly and punctual for arrival time. Will definitely use again for next trip!

Excellent, professionals. On time and reasonably priced. Travelled with a group of teenage girls and drivers from and to airport were helpful

Took 100s of pics. Great people, food, weather, drinks, driving. An all around great time, hated to see it end.

Perfectly organised and absolutely on time. Very friendly driver both on the outward journey and on the return journey. Cars were very clean and well air conditioned. Can only recommend this transfer and would book it again anytime.

I would highly recommend. Very professional. They were on time and very nice people and frendly. Clean car and very good service. Julio is very helpful and professional when booking. They offer other tours as well. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service. Excellent, timely communication. Reliable, on time, safe, comfortable vans, friendly drivers. Would absolutely use this service again and would recommend it to my family and friends. Took the worry out of airport transfer. Thank you Julio and drivers!
