Private Transfer Punta Cana Airport To/from Riu Republica Punta Cana

Easy booking. Very responsive. Left Punta Cana a day early and was very flexible and accommodating with our change of plans.

I ordered a shuttle from the hotel to the airport for 10am and no one ever showed. Had to pay another taxi to get me to the airport on time. Requested a refund and haven’t heard anything back about it.

We were not told a name.of who was picking us up. It was difficult to find the correct driver because the transportation area at the airport is very crowded.

Driver was very friendly and helped a lot. Everything went seemless. Best option when trying to travel to place to place

AMAZING COMPANY! All contact with them was courteous, kind, honest and friendly. They went above and beyond and helped us find and get back my husband’s phone that he dropped in the back seat of the car coming from the airport. (Benjamin and Julian you are Rock Stars) I would absolutely recommend them and use them again!!!

My drivers were friendly and professional. My partner and I will book this same service again in the future. The ride was comfortable . It was just my husband and I , we were picked up in spacious vehicle. And the fee was reasonable.

I used this service both ways going to my resort and back to the airport. The drivers were friendly and professional. The ride was a comfortable experience. Would use this service again in the future.

Great communication and preparedness. Always on time. Fair and easy to deal with. Will 100% use them again.

My experience was wonderful. These guys helped me out quick and fast same day. I did not have a ride to my hotel or from my hotel in Punta Cana and they were able to help me the same day for my transportation. Great job.

Excellent service. Excellent communication before, during, and after service.

The pick up went super smooth. Everyone was friendly, polite, and happy to offer any help needed. There was a cooler with cold drinks for us in the vehicle. Excellent service.

Excellent communication from purchase to completion of the trip. I would absolutely recommend this company and would use them again!

The airport was crazy upon arrival, but Caribbean Transfers made it easy to locate our private van. They were quick to help us with our bags and get us going. Communication for our return trip was easy and our driver was very punctual! Thanks for a great experience!!

I had never used this before so I was a little reluctant. The company kept in contact with me and they delivered what they said they would do They were easy to find at the airport. Very courteous. The experience was great The driver was knowledgeable. Then the return trip went just as well. The driver was early. He got us to airport very quickly and dropped us off right at the door I felt the cost was a good deal. Definitely would use again

Fast courteous service. On time and driver was efficient. I would recommend this service to snyone who wants an excellent private service to their hotel

Deserves more than 5 stars. Non stop communication to make sure we made it to and from our destination. A prime example of honesty and respect. Best prices around for the vehicle, not per person.

Julio was very good and professional. Good communication from start to finish. Julio was in contact with me as soon as I booked to assure all went smoothly.

They were very accommodating. Two of my friends flew in from BWI, another friend and I flew in from MEM. We all were supposed to meet up at BWI, but our flight got delayed until the next day. Since I'm a travel agent and arranged this whole girl's trip, I WhatsApp this company and explained the situation. OMG Caribbean Airport Transfer was so great! They picked my two friends up and also picked us up the next day. Returning was a breeze. I highly recommend this company. They also do excursion which I didn't know. It was too late when they told because we booked it at our hotel. We would probably had a better time with this company. Oh well lesson learned.

Great job Liudi! Picked us up at the airport on time and dropped us off. Very friendly and professional.

Very professional. And even was able to take me back to the airport last minute due to the resort not having a shuttle during the time I needed to head to the airport.

Amazing service notified me via text that they were waiting for us at airport also brought my daughter to her hair appointment on the way to our resort walked her in and made sure they set her return car with them with salon, so nice and definitely would use them for all car services in punta cana

Great safe transfers to and from airport. Great communication at airport! They were there on time and very pleasant. We would use them again.

Love using this transportation service! Timely and polite. Even had excursions we could participate in as well. Will use the next time I am in DR

The driver Alex was on time and he made sure we arrived at the airport safely. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Don’t hesitate to book with these guys. They are so professional and were on time as soon as I exited the PUJ airport. The Black SUV was clean inside and out. The ride was smooth and learned a lot from the driver going back to the airport. I would definitely use them again when traveling to the Dominican Republic! Thank you guys!

Upon arrival in punta cana we received a picture of the sign with our name on it to know exactly who we were looking for. Our driver was safe and punctual. Upon departure same thing we received a picture of the sign as our driver was already waiting in our lobby for us. He even stopped at a small gift shop so we can run inside and grab souvenirs. 100% recommend this company

Great service! Booked the night before hotel departure, communicated through the chat to let the driver know what time I would like to be picked up. The driver was on time with my name on a sign. Highly recommend

Highly recommend they have your name up assist with your luggage and very friendly 🙂 the van is air conditioned and plenty of room for a large group

Easy to find our ride from hotel to airport Easy to book transport through Viator. Driver had a tablet with my name on it, so it was very easy to spot. He was 15 minutes early. Very non eventful trip to the airport. Would use them again.

Instructions were clear. Easy to find the person picking us up. The driver was friendly and a good driver. I would definitely book them again.

It was very easy to book with them. good communication throughout experience. Would book with them again.

This company was amazing. They were prompt, friendly, clean, & very personable. They also offered me amazing opportunities to explore outside of the resort. I will recommend them to everyone.

From the moment I booked my ride the company kept in contact with me I never felt alone or just another body/fare. A company rep met me after I cleared custom and it was easy peasy after that point; The driver explained how long the trip would be and pointed out things of interest. I was offered the possibly of touring the country and area of interest. A day before my trip came to an end, I was contacted by the company and we sat up my pick up time. I was taken to the airport the ride was most excellent. I highly recommend the company.

Drivers were very welcoming , funny, and knowledgeable about the area! They were always right on time and very responsive to emails.

The folks at Punta Cana Transfer took great care of us during our first trip to the Dominican Republic. They met us at the airport with my name on an east to see tablet, and promptly shuttled us to the hotel. The return was equally as efficient. We used WhatsApp to message them a couple times, confirming times and also to arrange a zip line / ATV activity. We always received responses in just a few minutes. Highly recommended.

Punta Cana was amazing and the PCT team were very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend booking transport and excursions with them

The experience was very great and professional. They stayed in constant communication a few days before the trip all the way up to the day we left. Made us feel very safe and comfortable

Great service. Julio responds quickly and both drivers where professional. Highly recommend for all DR transfer needs!

Friendly air condition water offered efficient Driver was knowledgeable I would use this service again

When looking for a transfer, this was one of the top searches on Google. Prices seemed fair and comparable to other options. Requesting and scheduling rides was easy, and the main dispatch was very communicative and responsive. I would absolutely recommend them and plan to use their company again when I come back to the Dominican Republic.

Great, professional, timely. Nice service, they texted me in advance, followed my flight via tracking, and met me outside with a sign.

Outstanding Service and easy to work with. Upon arrival the driver had a big sign and waited until we exited. On return the flight was delayed and they rebooked us very quickly. The ride was very comfortable in an air conditioned shuttle. I would highly recommend this company. They offer many excursions.

They were great!! On time, polite, and friendly. Great price. Text communication was key when my flight was late

It was a great experience. They picked us up in time. The impeccable cart and the very friendly and happy driver of our visit.
