The whole experience was amazing. We arrived with a sign and full valet service. The driver assisted with bags, and allowed us to select our music choices. Would definitely book again.
This transfer service worked out fine. They were a little late (5-10 min), but were very responsive and apologized for the delays. In the end, everything worked out fine. They were inexpensive.
Driver was a no-show. We do not speak Spanish and were not certain where to turn. Good thing we had used a porter to take or luggage to what was supposed to be the pick up spot. The porter found a representative from another company to help us. That person made a couple of phone calls and managed to get a hold of or ride. I would not use this company again. Will not us this company again.
Amazing service, and very professional staff. Already waiting for me at the airport with my name easy to identify. Vans are in good condition, full AC and very friendly drivers. 5 stars ✨
The driver was there waiting helped with everything was informative, polite and so kind. We had a long, long flight and it was so nice to land and have his professionalism and great service to greet us! Definitely using again.
Would highly recommend this transfer to everyone!! They text the day before to make sure of the details and when to pick up. Very professional! Would definitely book again!
Great Transfer from the airport to the hotel. We will be using them for our trip back to the airport. Definitely recomend.
This was our second year using Punta Cana Transfer and I'll tell you, hands down the best service, vehicles and drivers in Punta Cana. This year we had Super Mike take us to the hotel. Cold drinks at the ready he talked to us about our vacation and the DR. Helped with all the luggage and made sure we were well taken care of. On the way back Super Christopher, equally as enjoyable. Very clean and new SUV's and fleet. Haven't done any excursions yet BUT if I was to I'd be calling Jorge and the team at Punta Cana Transfer. Reliable, communicative, friendly and amazing. Also, extremely affordable and the best part, you'll beat the tour bus that has to drop off people at resorts along the way. You'll arrive anywhere from 30-90 minutes ahead and start your vacation early. On the way back get to enjoy more time at the resort as there's no one else to pick up, quick ride and boom, your at the airport. As Nike says, JUST DO IT!
Good the driver made us feel comfortable and secure. After we meet our contact at the airport. Took about 10 mins for our driver to get there. They had the wrong hotel but after I showed them our reservation everything was ok. Just double check with the airport contact and drive before getting in.
Used this service twice for my trip to punta Cana. I’m a big believer in reviews and tend to stay away from services with negative feedback or scammy practices. This service was 5star! When we landed, there was someone waiting for us with a sign and same when we departed, someone was waiting for us in the resort lobby. Drivers were kind, respectful and safe while on the road. Big shout out to Julio who stayed in communication with me, I appreciate that as well..
Highly recommend Punta Cana Transfer. They treated our family of 7 with great care! Prompt pick up at the airport upon our arrival and prompt pick up for our departure! They are very proud of their country, we just loved that! Julio was incredibly responsive to our needs! High recommend and will use again upon our return to the Dominican Republic! First Class Operation!
From the booking process through our transport from the airport to our resort and back we couldn't have been more pleased. The online system to arrange travel was very easy to use. I received prompt confirmation and was contacted with details related to communication methods available if needed to avoid cell coverage issues. Just before travel date I received details on pick up as well as helpful tips on navigating the hustle and bustle of the airport. We were met at ground transportation area by staff with a sign with my name promptly after clearing customs. The driver was professional and the drive to the resort went very smoothly. The day prior to departure I received communication with details of pickup. The driver was on time, professional. The drive back to the airport and arrival at our terminal was a breeze. I will no doubt use them for our next trip to the Dominican Republic.
I highly recommend . They were there ahead of time, very easy to locate with a sign with my name. Also as a bouns on the way there the driver was very professional and answered any question we had. Thank again
Great communication ahead of time, everything went exactly as planned. They had my name on a board at the airport upon exit and at the hotel when leaving so easy to find. Definitely recommend!
Excellent transportation! Friendly service, beverages in vehicle. We would definitely recommend this service!!!!!
Excellent transfer service, they communicated with me from the moment I arrived until they picked me up from our hotel lobby, very reliable and friendly, but again, communication is key for these services and they are 10/10.
Great transportation service at a reasonable price. They were on time and courteous. I will use them again and again
Made getting to and from the airport very simple and easy. Luxury vehicles and friendly drivers. Would recommend!
I booked both of my rides from the airport and the hotel last minute, and Punta Cana Transfer was able to accomodate me at a great price. The drivers were friendly and they were very responsive on Whatsapp to make sure the transport was as efficient as possible.
I booked a round trip transfer to and from the airport during my trip. Punta Cana Transfer made the process so easy and very safe! I was able to text the company whenever I needed and scheduling was very easy. The driver was always on time and was easy to spot! The price was great for the service I got!
Friendly, on time service. Clean vehicle. Very happy with their service to and from our hotel and the airport in Punta Cana. Fair price.
Excellent service, great communication and very responsive. Everything was on time and vehicle was very comfortable. Would recommend and will use it next time! A +++
According to the description a transfer from the airport to the hotel. Booking online and paid by Paypal. Receive confirmation immediately. Nice drivers who spoke good English. Cars were also clean and air conditioned. Can I recommend and is also preferable to a taxi. Price is fully fine !
The best very willing to collaborate. They even wait for you if before arriving at the hotel you must buy some things in a mall.
