The company was waiting for us when we arrived and they were very professional. They assisted us with our bags and made sure the driver was ready for us. The driver was very nice and he was also professional. I would definitely recommend the company.
Pay attention airport is very busy. Driver was nice. SUV was clean and comfortable. Would recommend!
Service was prompt and communication was clear through this app and WhatsApp. Driver was very nice and helpful. Picked us up directly from the hotel lobby and dropped us off at the airport. Muchos gracias!
It was a great experience and customer-oriented. We will continue to use this service wherever we are going to the Caribbean.
Drivers were excellent to and from airport! On time, smooth ride, and very friendly. Will definitely book again!
The driver was friendly, easy to locate, the company communicated well, and it was a pleasant ride. So much so that when my friend arrived the next day we used them again. Great experience.
Very pleased with our experience. Two couples, we arranged online for a private transfer from airport to our resort. Online reservation was easy; follow-up communication via WhatsApp was thorough; comcortable vehicle that held all six suitcases; our driver got us there safely and quickly. We'll use them everytime!
Great experience, the driver was right on time, friendly, accomodating and profesional. We arrived safe and on time to the airport.
Great! The driver was friendly kind and experienced I would highly recommend viator. Than you for a great experience.
There was a misunderstanding and they were fast to get it fixed. I would recommend them. Thank you!!
Julio took charge of everything. Gave a short description of places and spots we encountered on our way. Very nice and comfortable ride. Perfect.
We were very impressed with the communication with this private hotel transfer company. Julio was very attentive to arrival and departure schedule and very quickly accommodated us when our flight was delayed. Everyone was courtesy and prompt with the pickup and drop-off. We recieved personalized attention (no additional folks to wait for), which is what you want when visiting a heavy tourist city like Punta Cana....no stress coming or going.
Arranging the private transport throught Viator was easy and Julio kept in touch with to confirm arrival times. They were waiting for me when I arrived with a sign with my name. The pickup and transfer was smooth from start to finish.
It was very easy to reserve my ride- my driver was there patiently waiting - I didn’t feel rushed- he confirmed my pickup the day before Overall excellent professional service and I highly recommend
Booking with this company was the WORST…got outside the airport and I was walking down a long sidewalk to look for my name that my driver should have been holding, and my driver was nowhere to be found. several other companies tried to help me find the driver. They called the person 4 times within 30 mins & they finally answered and said the company switched drives someone else would be there…the driver to take me bk to the airport didn’t say hi or anything the entire ride because he was on FaceTime with his friend smh...HORRIBLEEEEEEEEEE
Getting instructions pre trip was very beneficial. They were always in contact with us. Greeter was very friendly and we felt safe with the driver
Very reasonably priced transfers compared to other companies and certainly better than taxis. Drivers were very friendly and safe driving. They were on time for both arrival and departure and made things much easier. Julio was a huge help, and keeps you updated on everything that’s going on. Thank you guys for making our trip safe and fun!
Alex was very very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to explain a lot of things about the island and was just very considerate and lovely. The airport pick up was seamless and so was the ride back to the airport. I will for sure be back to Punta Cana and will definitely hire Alex again for an airport transfer and an excursion. We had already booked our excursions already, but I will definitely use him next time.
Driver was on-time, professional and told a little about the Punta Cana culture. Very nice air conditioner vehicle.
Were punctual and answered the messages quickly and the driver very friendly and respectful recommend it 100%
